I hope we get some Meteora 20 teasers. Stuff like footage snippets on their instagram and such like Hybrid Theory got in 2020. That would be really cool. Obviously it might not be as big as a box set but it’s surely gonna be something big if Mike’s teasing it.

And of course, it would be cool if they dropped an unreleased song this month in celebration, much like the “She Couldn’t” release.

Any way they do it, I’m excited.

Yes. That show might be released in video as well. Proshot clips were shown on MTV in 2003.

This is absolutely groundbreaking. I’ve been waiting to hear these songs for years and years and years never knowing if I actually would.

Could be! They are similar. It might be the demo for Lost. It’s working title in the studio was probably “Serpent”, I think.

 

That might not even be everything we’re getting too. Just leaked stuff so far. There could be more demos like “Sick” and “Nocturnal” we might see later as well.

Edit: my dream comes true. I said that LOST (TTTAMP) should be the first single.

Anyway, whatever it is, I just wanna hear A LOT of vocal demos, the instrumental ones we've got so far are nice but my judgment on the relationship between Meteora and the band over the years hasn't changed that much, they definitely they still prefer HT, MTM or ATS over this record and I get it, it was mostly a 'transitional' album because WBR highly likely advised them to do a similar record to HT as it worked out extremely well (while also letting them more artistic freedom, the Rap and Electronic elements clearly were implemented so it didn't sounded exactly the same). I still really enjoy Meteora to this day for the most part, BTH is still an extremely important song to me before and after Chester passed, so I have a huge connection to it, more than HT, can't wait for March.

If there is a great live video show and maybe a new or extended version of the making of I'll be extremely happy! The third disc is amazing by itself.

I am fully aware that sometimes you don't want to mention your source because that can screw it up for future leaks, but can you give us a vague idea what the type of source for this is martinez? Not questioning it's legitimacy of it, I am just curious.

Here’s a couple observations I made regarding the demo tracklisting:

 

1.) It’s intriguing that vocal demos for Somewhere I Belong and Numb are absent, considering how massive these songs are. Perhaps the demo versions of these, along with Don’t Stay (Sick) and Nobody’s Listening, are being reserved for another future Meteora anniversary release?

 

2.) The absence of Nocturnal and Serpent raises a curious question… Since these titles were in the final grouping of songs selected for Meteora, would these be the working titles for Numb and/or Nobody’s Listening? Perhaps they’re working titles for a couple of the previously unknown songs on the tracklist?

 

Regardless, this will be a phenomenal anniversary release, and I cannot wait for the official announcement!
