[AndOne] Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Geki's still Rebel even though he has over 8000 posts. Glitch, maybe? There's no title beyond the 3000, it's not a glitch. A custom title is always an option too. Quote

GlassCastles Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 What rank do we have to be for custom titles? Staff/VIP/Donators/Contributors? Members can have them. Don't know the actual requirements though. Quote
[AndOne] Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 There's a minimum of 500 posts if you want to change it yourself, but you can also PM me any time and I change it for you. Quote
thedamian58c Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 When I started on LPL I had Rick Rubin instead of Lurker, why? and I became Veteran when I had 400 or 500 posts, not 350 Quote
GlassCastles Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 The titles have changed. Rick Rubin used to be the first one, but not anymore. Quote

lpliveusername Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 He worked on one song. We tried a second one, but he got busy with something else, so I actually ended up doing the strings on my own. He did the strings on 'I'll Be Gone'. I've not met him in person though, I think he may have met our drummer Rob, those two were emailing back and forth. I really love what he did with the song and what he did with Arcade Fire is just sensational. Anybody knows what other song they wanted Owen to work on? Quote
Astat Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Anybody knows what other song they wanted Owen to work on? Most likely Castle of Glass, it's the only other track on the album with separate credits for strings (Owen's credited on IBG, Mike's credited on COG). Quote
1996_LP Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Lurker - 0Casual - 20Roadie - 75Soldier - 150Veteran - 350Addict - 700Icon - 1000Idol - 1500Rebel - 3000 Awesome. I always wondered what they were. Quote
Pez Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Heres another one. Is there any pics of merch or anything from like 2000 that the guys have signed. Interested to see if their signature has changed over the years. I've got a feeling Joe's has considering how careless he is when signing things these years. Quote

Astat Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 This one is for you Anthony: Has Brad or Mike ever broke a string on their guitar during a song? I'm sure it's happened plenty of times but I can't think of too many off the top of my head. Just the one Soul mentioned and Top of the Pops 2003, where they attempted a second take of Somewhere I Belong but abandoned it during the bridge because either Mike or Brad broke a string. Quote
Justin Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Anyone know what Mike's grandma says at the end of Kenji? "I remember my husband said --------. Then my husband died before they closed the camp." Quote
