The 2011 North American "A Thousand Suns" tour dates have been released! You can find them at linkinpark.com.

 

Support acts: Pendulum & Does It Offend You, Yeah? from 1/20 to 2/11, and The Prodigy from 2/15 (or 2/13 if confirmed) until the end of the tour.

**Update** Cincinnati, OH is not confirmed yet, even though it appeared on the site. Thanks Adam for the info.

**Update 2** Denver, CO has been added on 2/26 at the end of the tour.

**Update 3** From Blabbermouth.net: "As a special "thank you" to concert-goers, included as a bonus with the purchase of every ticket, fans will be able to download a live recording of the show they attended by texting a code from their mobile phones that will be displayed at the venue. Additionally, one dollar for each ticket purchased will go to Music For Relief, a charity founded by LINKIN PARK to provide relief to victims of natural disasters and to bring awareness to solutions to the global warming challenge."

 

So each concert ticket already includes the $9.99 for the DSP!

TOUR STARTING IN TAMPA AND ATLANTA, HELL YEAH I'll be at both shows.

 

Tampa, Atlanta, Cincinnatti. That's about as far as I can go. Sucks no Nashville, Charlotte, nothing...barely any southeast compared to before. I'd like to do Philly but it's so far.

 

So those 3 work for me. Gonna be at the first 2 shows of the tour! But if they do 3 setlists then it's off to Detroit! lol

First time back at the Wells Fargo Center (formerly Wachovia, First Union and CoreStates Center) since 04, I think. Shame the prior show isn't closer or I'd try to do 2 in a row that weekend. KC is just too much hassle. MSG is a possibility as it's a Friday night.

The support on the tour are brilliant. First half Pendulum second half The Prodigy. Lucky people. Seen Pendulum 5 times this year and they are amazing live. Explains why I saw the Pendulum manager at The 02 on Thursday. Saw The Prodigy & Pendulum at Milton Keynes in the summer as well.

Shame there's no dates close enough for me to go to, sigh... Stuck six hours away from both DC and Atlanta.

 

Oh well, hope everyone who can go has a blast!

Edit: Im pissed I wont get to see Pendulum. I fucking LOVE Pendulum. Also are not all presales today it seems? But Prodigy is still epic, so thats cool.

Whhhhyyyyyyyyyyy??? Of all the dates for LP to come back to Canada... WHY does it have to be the busiest week of my University year? If they were even a single week LATER I could have gone to see them no problem... :(:(:(

 

They had better come back to Canada during a summer tour... Very disappointed.

i can't decide cuz it's at the TD Garden in Mass. Hmm..
