This should be the next holy grail. Look at all this stuff!!!!!!

Indeed. I agree. This should be the next holy grail. Actually all the songs that are listed (besides the Xero demo tape with the baby cover) is the biggest holy grail ever!

Let's just hope this stuff either gets leaked someday in future, by Jeff Blue or someone else, or gets released officially by Linkin Park sometime in the future.

Deftest is also one I hope either gets leaked someday in the future, by someone, or gets released officially by Linkin Park sometime in the future.

And why this list is not an Anniversary Edition...

There is no mention in all the track listings of So Far Away and Dedicated.

Edit: And there is no mention of Slip w/Chester/

Interestingly, this list includes twice Esaul and A Place for My Head, as well as Dust Bros. and Now I See. Probably Harmonic Song and Pushing Me Away are the same thing.

According to this list, Slip, And One, Pictureboard, were re-recorded for the album...

March 16, 2000:
A Place For My Head

I think I noticed something regarding the Hybrid Theory - 2 Track Demo, if you look Esaul was called "Esaul" till January (9 Track Demo) but was Esaùl then around March It was changed to Esaul (A Place For My Head) possibly due them finalizing to change it to A Place For My Head, which they did, also that Esaul is similar to the one played on Lockout Documentary in February 2000. SuperXero was originally called Sad but was called Super Xero till March maybe before to By Myself even the version that was released on Hybridtheory site in April 2000 it was called By Myself plus they almost sound identical leads me to believe The 2 Track Demo was made around March 2000 or sometime around that.

I'm not trying to spread misinformation, this is just a theory a Hybrid Theory lol, from analyzing things about the 2 songs history like I could be wrong or right or halfway right who knows tho.

That may be true, but I'm not too sure. Harmonic Song was done 3 days before Rob worked on Pushing Me Away. I think for now we should just believe it to be an early version of Pushing Me Away, or that Harmonic Song and Pushing Me Away are the exact same song until we get a precise answer on what Harmonic Song actually is.

I feel like the only shot we have at hearing any of this stuff is like... an HT50 release. I wouldn't hold my breath on this one, though this is truly some amazing information.

Then again... the tapes exist. Maybe all we need to do is some sleuthing 👀

Agreed, who do we contact and where do we look? I was searching it up and I only found stuff on the original Xero demo tape. That's it.

Edit: Can't find any specific information on the demos themselves.

This information just got revealed in a book. Of course there is no information online about this stuff, it just came out. Lmao.

There is no way we will get this stuff anytime soon, if ever. It's just notes about what was going on in the 1997-2000 era.

I think there´s quite the possiblity that we´ll never hear EVERYTHING that the band did from 1997 to 2000. So many variations of several songs, I think some of them will be lost, CDs and tapes too

Holy shit this is so fucking amazing!!! I want to hear it all shiiiiit! I always thought Carousel was a Xero Demo because it sounds like Xero Demo! And now I know that Mike just released nothing in the HT20 if I compare it with this. OMG. My mind will blow up with these info. I want the first studio Xero CD so much.
