I don't think they've gone beyond the original timeline, I've heard March since March 2015. No - not you guys haha I meant my translation personally of what you posted!

Agreed.

Fifteen years ago today, Linkin Park released In The End as a single from Hybrid Theory! It's hard to believe it's been that long. To celebrate, Linkin Park has released three brand new In The End tees for fans. Check them out here. These items are the newest selections in the band's online store, which has added a lot of Hybrid Theory-era throwback items in recent months. Did this song make any of you guys become a fan of the band?

The rarest linkin park cd there is...HT 9 track demo cd
hahninator replied to BPERCY's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Well said. It's an authentic CD, there is only one other that we can confirm exists. http://lplive.net/wiki/db/lists/ht-demo-cd-list "Summary: This was the first large release of demos into the community. LPFuse's Energy (Simon) did the honors when he obtained the only known copy of a nine track demo of songs. This is where things immediately started to get confusing, as the date was February 2000, after the Hybrid Theory EP, but different versions of Carousel and Part Of Me were on the CD. This means that Linkin Park revisited those two songs for Hybrid Theory (obviously And One too since the live version in 2000 was different than the Hybrid Theory EP version) but they didn't quite make the cut. This was the first Crawling demo with Chester screaming the "Ahh, I hate you so much right now!" part to start the song and with the "raindrops" bridge. We could go on and on about the differences, but the most important thing to gather from this release is that it was the first large set of Linkin Park demos to hit the web." The fact that a second one of these was found ELEVEN+ years later tells you how rare this really is. I don't even collect LP items...I have the HT 2 track CD with the cool artwork (Esaul/Super Xero), the HTEP, and the 8 track with She Couldn't. But even I am considering bidding on this. If you want this, I'd bid for it because there is no guarantee it would ever circulate again. BPercy doesn't have the first copy, Simon does, so there's no way he duplicated/replicated this CD - I don't doubt the authenticity even 1%. I wouldn't even sell this if I had it, ha. It needs to go in the hands of a good collector. The date, tracklisting, etc matches up with Simon's/LPFuse's, so I think there's no need in re-ripping this version as the first release in 2005 doesn't have any skips, etc as far as I know. -
Bad translation then from the Brazilian article. April touring cycle would be good so they have more time for the world tour. They just had a year at home with family, maybe they'll play more shows this time around.

Great job by our friends Road To Revolution BR for finding this interview by Phoenix with British magazine The Courier. You can watch the video here. He says that they are still working on finishing the new Linkin Park album. They want to release the album between March and April, and release new music at the start of 2017. After that, they will plan a tour around the world... USA, UK, Europe, Asia, etc., as well as an "18-month trip to Mars." Finally we have the start of a timeline!

Probably the making of TRT DVD or something.

Latest is that I doubt LP will play in early to mid March. This says Pooch is with Justin Bieber. http://www.seelectronics.com/artists/ken-pooch-van-druten/ He's touring until March 18, just announced. http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/7526757/justin-bieber-purpose-tour-australia-new-zealand It also says "Australiasian" so maybe Asia comes after this. The last two touring cycles did not start until May (Living Things and The Hunting Party) so that might be what they are going for with this album too. But I still have heard recently, yet again, that the band wants to release the album in or by March.

The problem is they aren't going to just hand it over willingly to us. They have some master webcast file in a vault and it seems unlikely 15+ years later they'd just send it to a fansite. But it's worth a shot.

Yeah he has done this pretty much forever, even back in the Hybrid Theory/Meteora era. Really good to see him out jamming the rock covers. The Whole Lotta Love performances are just epic.

That's a good point. I'm about 50/50 on what I'd like more: Making of MTM (Webster Hall) vs the Ostrick tapes. Both would be huge.

2016 has been a great year for Chester so far! After the one-off with Stone Temple Pilots in March, he has performed three guest appearances - with Royal Machines once and Hellcat Saints twice. Now, he has three shows in Vegas lined up for December with Kings of Chaos. We've recently found that he guested again with Dave Navarro's Royal Machines last night. This was a show to celebrate Dave's TV show InkMaster's 100th episode and was held at Hollywood's NeueHouse. He joined the band for Whole Lotta Love, Vasoline, and Mountain Song, which were three of the songs he guested on with Royal Machines in July. A few clips can be seen here and here. We will work on obtaining a full setlist.

We are always working on obtaining these things, it's not something that has ever been "forgotten" by us. I have faith that it will happen one day, like the Music for Relief 2005 show. He knows what he has is valuable and as of now, he hasn't sold it to anyone. My opinion is that the best time for it will be when LP "retires" / stops making music or touring.

Our staff member Lestat has recently discovered a "new" Hybrid Theory (band) date from 1999, which we have added to the live guide. Check out the show page for more information on the show. Newspaper clippings (which you can see on the show page) advertising the show at the time lead to this fine. 1999.11.12 Fullerton, CA, The Backalley The lineup at this show was Alien Ant Farm, Hoobustank (before the name change to Hoobastank), Hybrid Theory, Boy Hits Car, and Kundalini. We are still on the search for more 1999/2000 tour dates, as we know there are more out there somewhere. Cobalt Cafe in Canoga Park, CA held quite a few shows by Incubus and Hoobustank, so we think it's possible Hybrid Theory might have played with them there at some point. This brings the amount of dates for Hybrid Theory to five that we have, plus the Lockout rehearsal and the unknown Cobalt Cafe show. Other smaller updates that we've done: - Added some clippings to the Xero section of the site. - Added a few live pictures to the Hybrid Theory (band) shows. - Added a new Tasty Snax show + clipping.

He's talking about the Papercut intro versus Around the Fur, which yes they sound extremely similar.

He doesn't hate LP, Dave Grohl does. Corey was extremely thankful at the Auckland 2013 show for Linkin Park taking Stone Sour out for the headlining shows in NZ/Australia 2013. Three shows. He gave a speech on stage and said they are great guys, etc.
