chester could get away with something like that i saw a concert (three days grace i think) where the lead singer did a song by himself on acoustic guitar in a big arena. it could work, i would just rage if it happened because i don't really care for DBS.

i don't get the irritation with not putting out updates...why are they expected to tell us everything that's going on in the studio?

i'd like to see a metal one if they get real metal bands like slayer and megadeth to contribute but i think the best would be a hip-hop one..get some new fort minor!

i'd say my least favorite is either brad or phoenix because neither of them add much to the band

all in due time i'm working on a "new" linkin park album and i don't want to release too much before it's done i've already leaked wish and my suffering here on the forum it'll be coming soon

when i first got into linkin park, my favorite was chester because he screamed and sang and i thought "who is this rapper guy in my hard rock?" now it's definitely mike. he's so much more talented in my opinion.

i'm actually editing the live version from lpu 6 into a "studio" version similar to what i did with wish from lpu 4

i'm talking about a CD a CD is 80 minutes 1 hour 19 minutes 41 seconds is 79 minutes and 41 seconds, which is less than 80 minutes i'm not talking about an mp3 cd

i actually have it on one CD in my car if you cut the rap outro off of and one (which i did because they cut it live), it totals 1 hour 19 minutes and like 41 seconds

are you sure mike sings on my own summer? during every performance i've heard, he is doing shout-out type stuff during the second verse while chester sings it (example:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkaPmGEaUro) if there is a version where mike sings the second verse, i'd love to hear it. unless i'm confused on what you mean by second verse

I thought it'd be interesting to see what people's idea of what the "Best of Linkin Park" is. i picked across the line because i think it's one of the best linkin park songs released since hybrid theory but i agree with a few who said that the lyrics are pretty weak...but then again - so are the lyrics to so many linkin park songs (new divide and she couldn't aren't exactly examples of better lyrics either)

i'm inclined to say QWERTY since i'm currently listening to it lol but, my favorites are slip out the back, where'd you go, kenji, and hands held (and i'd say qwerty goes in to round out the top 5) his lyrics in his raps got so much better when he made the fort minor album it's unbelievable

definitely fake since the track listing is way different than the description given by the only official announcement, which sucks because i would've been looking forward to this

Rebirth is a collection of remixed Linkin Park songs that combine demo versions with the studio versions for an all-new version of each song. The initial idea came from the Faint demo on LPU 9.0. Since there were no chorus vocals, I decided to just paste the chorus from the final version into the demo version of the song. i like the song a lot it reminds me of smashing pumpkins' adore album and that's one of my favorite albums ever

all i know is that i like it it doesn't really sound like minutes to midnight to me it sounds like adore-era smashing pumpkins to me to be honest edit: the guys confirmed it was a minutes to midnight song on loveline

If Linkin Park and Jay-Z were to make another collaboration album, what songs would you like to see? I'd like to see Bleed It Out mashed with something of course
