I like the idea of having an encore with a song from each album. They should definitely do that. But I also agree that you can't have One Step Closer followed by Bleed it Out to end a show. That's just blasphemous.

I know he layers his voice and crap. He's improved as a singer since 2004 though. I think that since Chester got the majority of the lead vocals on the last album, maybe Mike should get his fair share this time. Though, Chester didn't have nearly as much a hand in the instrumentation of Minutes to Midnight where Mike played all sorts of instruments. I guess it is fair in that respect. I just wanna hear me some more Shinoda vocals!!

They've probably got stuff lying around from Meteora. They could probably put together a full album of b-sides by now. I'm sure High Voltage wasn't the only song they recorded for Hybrid Theory that didn't make the album either. There are also at least 4 b-sides for Minutes to Midnight to throw into consideration. And then, there's even the unused Transformers songs that they started before deciding on New Divide.

There will always be exceptions, of course. But, I believe, most people who pay that much for an item wouldn't want to diminish the value of that item even if it is to benefit the fan-base at large. And again, a big thank you for She Couldn't. It's always cool to hear unheard stuff from your favorite bands.

Well one has 2 slashes and the other has 3 slashes. 2 divided by 3 is .666 which is very similar to 666. And yes, I know that 2 divided by 3 is .66666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666... but that's not the point. The point is LP are satanic and their satanic practices are holding up the new album.

I really like the Minutes to Midnight era logo. If they keep it, I'll be fine. They don't need a new logo for every album.

I would love to see Chester take the backseat for this whole album. Mike can do lead vocals on 80 percent of the album (singing and rapping), while Chester does backup singing and some screaming. I'm a Mike fan, what can I say? Oh yeah, and I want another really cool instrumental like Session.

It would be cool if they released a handful of b-sides on the deluxe edition of the album...similar to what they did with No Roads Left on Minutes to Midnight. But, you know, with more than just one.

I think that they feel like it's a nice amount to have on the album...or it's just a coincidence that they decided to keep that many that they thought were good enough for the album.

I'd rather hear Chester covering a song I don't hate, so I'm very happy with him covering the Doors.

There was a lot of Mike on Minutes to Midnight. He played keyboards, rhythm guitar, sang backup, rapped, sang lead on a couple songs... Mike was all over MTM.

I'm gonna enjoy hearing Chester sing some Doors. This is gonna be great!

I agree 100 percent. What I've Done was a much-needed song for Linkin Park. It's amazing that they made such a good song in as short a time as they did. I'm not saying it's the greatest thing since sliced bread or anything, but it is a very solid track that really transitioned the old Linkin Park sound with the new sound.
