    QWERTY

anyone got a link to the 07 version. i've never heard it.
  2. just be glad it's not the Nine Inch Nails definition of soon that means a year or more.
  3. i love the piano versions, but it seems like a waste to have 6 members on stage with only 2 performing.
  4. here's my theory: the new album is 13 tracks long and is called Message. this image will be replaced by a sub-site for the new album.
  5. he said it was a leftover demo from MTM that they didn't like at the time.
  6. maybe they heard the first single that's going to drop tomorrow ...i can dream, can't i?
  7. i think it's a case of people getting press conference confused with press release.
  8. they'll announce the first single release date. edit: and maybe the title of the album/single
  9. i'd like to hear the my own summer cover. wish would be cool to have a high quality uncensored version of. the different variations of nobody's listening that have been pointed out would be awesome to have as well. they've done so much live that i would love to have high quality versions of, it's hard to choose really.
  10. 1. Hybrid Theory LP : One Step Closer, Forgotten, A Place For My Head 2. Minutes to Midnight : In Between, No More Sorrow, In Pieces 3. Hybrid Theory EP : And One, Part of Me, Step Up 4. Meteora : Figure.09, Faint, Breaking the Habit
  11. easy solution: add in high voltage, step up, nobody's listening, etc. songs that chester has minimal involvement in so that he can rest his voice for those songs.
  12. breaking the habit is an overrated track in my opinion. that's not saying i don't like it though...don't get those two statements confused.
  13. i see why people who paid money to get exclusive linkin park tracks could be upset by it though. i personally like lpu 8.
  14. at least LPU8 didn't consist of tracks that were already available.
  15. Brad's not necessarily better. It's just that he's the band's guitarist, so he gets to record the guitar tracks. It would be very difficult for Mike to be a worse guitarist than Brad. jk Edit: it appears that Mike played rhythm guitar on Minutes to Midnight according to the album credits.
  16. 4, 9, 6, 1, 2, 8, 5, 3, 7 I love 4.0 because it includes a new instrumental, a new song, the hip-hop medley, a cover of my fourth favorite song by my all-time favorite band, and my favorite vocalist (jonathan davis) performing on my favorite linkin park song. Good, good stuff right there!
  17. they still play one step closer, crawling, and in the end. those songs are just as old as papercut (crawling and ITE even older) just saying...
  18. they play the singles most of the time because that is what will get a bigger crowd reaction. they want to get epic crowd reactions, because it's more fun for them that way (i assume). i see where there coming from even if i personally wouldn't go the same route if i were playing a show.
  19. RIP Paul. My cat, my uncle's dog, and slipknot's bassist in the span of three days...dang.
  20. dang unicorn slot machines took all my money. it's been way too long since i've had a lollipop.
  21. When the band (I think it was Mike) stated that they wanted to release music faster, they didn't explicitly say they wanted to release an album faster. In the stretch between Minutes to Midnight's release and now they have released We Made It, Across the Line, Blackbirds, Not Alone, New Divide, two remixes, and a live album. That's quite a bit of new music even if it isn't a new album.
