Welcome to the fourth Linkin Park Song Election. We're going to take a step back here. Since I didn't know the song election thing would be such a success, I started with the first full album...well, it was a success, so we're going to do the first studio release as well. After this election will be the Reanimation election, the A Thousand Suns election, and the b-sides election. After the first seven elections are completed, the top 3 (or in the case of HTEP, the top 2) will move on to the eighth election to see which LP track is the best! (or at least, the least disliked lol) The rules are the same as before: vote for your least favorite of the remaining tracks and the one with the most votes at the end of the round (usually 1-2 days) will be eliminated. Maybe Linkin Park is naive enough to think that it won't go down that way and they'll stream the whole album for people who pre-ordered. We can hope, right?

Green Day's first #1 single was 6 years before LP's and now they're tied with them. I'm thinking one or two more singles into ATS and we'll see LP pass up GD.

I actually did that same thing ages ago with a fan-made OSC instrumental.

It's actually an idea I got from another board. MTM is really the only LP album we can do this with since Meteora only has A.06 and Hybrid Theory only has High Voltage (which has a transition from Cure for the Itch, so it's pretty obvious where to put that one).

I thought the same about One Step Closer. With an awesome intro, Faint could easily open a show.

It's kind of crazy that they've caught up to Green Day and RHCP like that. I'm sure we'll continue to see number one singles from Linkin Park no matter how un-radio-friendly their music becomes.

Which 4? Nevermind. I found it. S.C.O.M. Cover and Duck The Battle Right Now I don't know what's different about the tracks though since I haven't listened to them.

Bands always do that. I think that what it is is that they put the sticker on there for their initial plan for single releases. Though it is probably subject to change.

I guess that Pretend to Be was a Minutes demo that was reworked in 2008. I guess that could be included in these track lists now loll

If these songs were released at the same time, the vote would be unanimous for Across the Line. Just saying.

I like the song. It's pretty neat, but nothing special.

There were unreleased Collision Course tracks? that would be awesome to hear.
