I thought it was confirmed that Mike wasn't really on the Cypress Hill track. I know Cypress Hill went on Loveline a while back and I think he said that the album production had been pushed way back so no work had actually started. That could be completely wrong but I remember him saying something that made me think Mike might not actually be on it at all (at least vocally.)

Scandinavian outro is just the PoA outro. It's probably an inside joke in the band or something.

I'm one of the people that said Qwerty and of course I'd rather see the full version. But that's not happening. Plus if you rap it to yourself over the intro, it fits well. A song like Papercut doesn't really sound too great, it gets really slow.

I suggested Step Up verse 1, both Qwerty verses, or both Forgotten verses. I rapped them to myself to make sure they'd fit. XD I also suggested he could try Papercut verse 2 over the outro if he ever wanted to switch it up.

He's a professional singer that's been doing this a long time now. Doing A Place For My Head would not be impossible for him, especially for just one show. I'm not saying he will or he won't or he should or he shouldn't, but New Divide doesn't kill the possibility for 1 extra heavy song. No question New Divide is a pain in the ass to sing live though.

Crowd interaction and setlist are two different things. Which is it? I don't think the setlist matters as long as they perform what they do perform well.

I don't know about not narrow-minded at all. Hard Rock and Alternative Metal arent exactly broad horizons. Oh well. LP better kick ass, they will.

I'm actually starting to get a bit worried. I listened to a Sonisphere podcast and they think DBS is a joke (apparently they got some tracks early). If thats the attitude, then after DBS going into New Divide? That could get ugly. I realize it's just the opinion of those people but still.

I hope LP puts on a great show, though the reviews will all probably be pretty negative regardless of how they perform. Gotta love those metalheads.

Eh. Sadly I don't think that's the case. The lyrics he sang this time, although you can't really tell what the lyrics were before, are different. They'd have to be because he's singing slower than he was screaming before. EDIT: Astat beat me to this point And don't get me wrong, I love songs with singing. I actually think Fire will be one of my favorite songs off the album. It's just disappointing cause vocally the song sounded great before, why change it?

Yeah I have to go with the first one. I was really looking forward to hearing that on the album.

I completely agree. People's expectations are still in Linkin Park mode, we need to remember that this is an entirely different band.

It's also not really the point I was trying to make. The point was this isn't supposed to be some epicly long tour, just a trip around Europe and Asia, a good amount of make-up shows just to "get out of the house" I guess you could call it. When they start touring for the new album it'll be a true tour with longer sets.

Well I have to hand it to Green Day cause that's a fuckload of songs.

They did that so that when there is a DBS date, Chester won't have to sing through 25 songs. That would be a lot. This also is really just a take-a-break-from-the-studio tour so a shorter list is reasonable.
