  1. Maybe they just aren't listing it cause it's a bonus track.
  2. FATALITY. Hahninator wins.
  3. Anyway, I'm pissed about that fucking bottle but I'll post some stuff I noticed. - Brad played the harmonics intro to PMA during the 2nd ITE verse I'm 99% sure. - Chester sounded great on WID I'm not sure what everyone else heard. - OSC outro had a Faint-esque little solo type thing goin on. - My Suffering in semi high quality kicked my ass and I wasn't even at the show. - Joe "messed up" the intro to Crawling but the note he played wasn't off-key so it didn't really matter. - Everyone seems to think Chester's screaming was great but singing was off, I'm not sure why I'm thinking the opposite. - Rob's hair reminds me of a little girl when it's up like that. He also sped through the solo. EDIT: - Ryan's G string broke during Crawl Back In. Yes, his G string. The third string on the guitar you perverts. I also think it's funny how people could complain about LP not caring about the fans enough when Tool wouldn't even allow KROQ to webcast their performance for the fans that couldn't make it.
  4. Wow XD the funny part was that was all one person.
  5. Yeah I'm not sure why everyone is saying this performance was so bad. Chester sang the shit out of What I've Done, Numb, Breaking The Habit (the softer songs where he can tend to sing a little off-key.) I'd be willing to bet a lot or most of the people there had no fucking clue about the sets in Europe/Asia. And I swear if I had seen whoever threw that bottle I would have decked him in the fucking face and gotten thrown out of the show. Disrespectful fuck.
  6. That's a little over the top. You realize the next time they tour there will be a new album right? Of course the setlist will be different, there will be new music to play.
  7. How many people at this show do you think actually know that they played the same set in Europe/Asia. Actually, how many of them even know LP was IN Europe and Asia?
  8. Nah I don't think so. It's probably just something that didn't translate well.
  9. On the Epicenter website Dead By Sunrise is listed as "just added" and is completely seperate from LP (listed towards the bottom of the list). Did DBS decide to do a somewhat longer, seperate set before LP or is the site just making sure to distinguish between the two bands?
  10. I think since it is Cali you'll find a lot of LP fans. Plus I think the crowd in general, even if they aren't hardcore LP fans, will enjoy LP and DBS. This is more of an LP-type festival as opposed to Sonisphere. And maybe Chester sings with Alice In Chains?
  11. No one's copying anyone. Chester didn't sit down and listen to that song and think "wow I want to use that in my music!" Similarities are inevitable but no one is copying.
  12. If not it should be.
  13. What is goin on with Reseda Beach? We're all patiently waiting! And whose idea was the GBC?
  14. Nice! I guess he figured that song works better with a faster tempo song like Bleed It Out. And don't forget Step Up. EDIT: Does Rob's hair in that video remind anyone else of a little girl? XD what is he wearing on his head? It looks like a hairband. Maybe to keep it out of his eyes while he's drumming but it looks silly.
  15. I'll play along. PM me a link tomorrow.
  16. I think the song is great, my only issue with it is like Geki said, I feel like I've already heard it a bunch of times. And for those saying that Chester's vocals are raw, I'm gonna have to definitely disagree. You can pretty clearly hear the effects in his voice in some parts, even when he isn't harmonizing with himself. Especially during the bridge. That's just part of the style though. DBS is an electro rock/pop band.
  17. As for the topic, it's age and smoking pretty simply. Though that is sort of okay because the damage done by smoking to the lungs, assuming it isn't cancer or anything else serious, can heal itself after you quit. It's been proven, and as of this year Chester has quit smoking for over a year. So the lungs are just beginning to regenerate.
  18. Are you serious? I'd rather have him alive.
  19. It's confirmed Fire is on the soundtrack. I can't wait.
  20. I don't see PoA ever leaving the sets for good. It's the one song that's survived over the years that always provides a lot of evergy. Brad doing those dead-string strums also sounds pretty nice in the intro.

    Interviews

I feel pretty cool for suggesting Sal. Bwahahaha. But I would really like to see it happen. And thanks in advance Adam for trying to get us an interview with Mark Fiore.

    Interviews

Mark Fiore would be cool^ Also, Sal would be a pretty cool interview wouldn't he? He's been to what, a shit-ton of shows? And this is LP*Live*, I'd like to hear what he has to say and he could share some experiences maybe?
  23. This is sort of unrelated, but the Tajomaru soundtrack comes out on Sept. 9, and Fire should be on it. So we have Crawl Back In on 8/18, Let Down around the same time? And Fire hopefully on 9/9.
  24. No way New Divide was just stuck in the middle of the set like that. That wouldn't make sense. And after Mike blogging about Points they don't play it?
  25. Wow, who told you that? That would be pretty cool.
