If recent history is anything to go on, probably as a heavily edited bonus DVD with a completely unnecessary "The Hunting Party +" release that'll come out next year, way after the album hype has died down...

Same thoughts here.

Also, are there any differences from the DVD and LT+?

Damn... I was hoping for a CD/DVD pack like Live In Texas and Road To Revolution. Muse just put out a live CD/DVD last year and it was awesome, I think it was shot in the same quality as the Berlin show if I'm not mistaken. But on a side note, I'd rather have the ''+'' releases like that over the stupid digital only live EP's which is just retarded IMO. Why release something only digitally and include like 6 tracks and make it only for iTunes? I think the Download Festival digital album was shitty too because it was digital only and it wasn't even the full show.

Mike used the "vocoder" (in quotes because I'm not sure what the exact effect used is, it may or may not technically be a vocoder) on The Requiem (from offstage save for the first ATS show in New York) and the Numb outro on the ATS tours. He also used a vocoder for the album recording of Fallout, but when they performed it live I'm pretty sure the vocoder parts were a backing track and he just sang over them with his normal microphone.

I remember somewhere in 2010 or 2011 you mentioned that in some interview Mike used the vocoder to let the audience hear how it sounded like. Can you tell me which interview it was?

I believe it was in one of the between-song interviews at the Kevin and Bean Breakfast show: http://lplive.net/shows/db/2010/20100907
