You have to consider that the $40 are for the whole BlizzCon and not just the LP stream. Still pretty expensive though. If you are a fan of the Blizzard games and their esports tournaments at the convention I think it's worth it though.

Linkin Park, or better Machine Shop Ventures, is part of a venture capital who just bought the esport team Team8, which is now called Immortals. I don't know how much you guys care about your search engine ranking but if you keep it the way it is now (you enter lplive.com but all the links on the page point to lplive.net) you will probably lose some ranks. It's better to redirect to one domain that you want to use (so for example if I enter lplive.com/forum/ it should redirect to lplive.net/forum/ immediately). It's also a bit confusing for a user if he enters lplive.com but is logged in at lplive.net. The user thinks he has to log in and after a click he lands on the login page as a logged in user.

Almost forgot about it but after the Berlin show when we gathered at the soundbooth I heard someone talking to Pooch. He was saying something like "Two more shows in Europe and after that I think we have two more show in the US." and "yeah and then finally back home to my family". In between he said something about Los Angeles but I don't know if it was something about a show. So maybe he knew he wasn't supposed to talk about some shows or there won't be any more shows this year.

Very unlikely. Riot Games has their music guys sitting in Los Angeles and I think it makes more sense to work at the place where both teams are at home. Even if they have a collaboration with a third artist it makes more sense to get one artist to LA. Also it's way too close to the event.

I don't think that this can be right. The Splash Festival (which takes places at the same place) only sells like 20.000-25.000 tickets and the whole space seems to be packed when it's sold out. I don't know where they would put another 15k people at.

That screenshot was taken a few minutes after the poll was posted and is absolutely no good representation. Sample size is way too small if you think about how many follower he has.

I hate the direction they are going with announcing shows. It seems like the trend is to decrease the time between announcements, pre sale and the actual show, which just screws up planning for everyone who has a job or other obligations. Also announcing the show weeks (over one month) after the first two FM shows is a huge dick move in my opinion. I think there are a lot of people who don't have much money who just really want to see FM and booked flights/hotels for on of the other shows and now there is one more show that could have saved them hundreds of Euros/Pounds/Dollars.

The announcement said 8:30 GMT. It's 7:55 GMT right now (http://time.is/GMT). The UK is using UTC+1 right now so whatever is on your clock in the UK doesn't matter.

LP twitter just messed up time zones. Seems to be the hardest thing in the world for most people :-D

A different (very unlikely) idea: Remember the rumor of Riot Games collaborating with LP/FM a few days ago? The playoffs final of the European LCS (basically the League of Legends professional league) is going on right now, and the North American LCS Finals will start after that (it is planned to start in 3 hours, 90 minutes before the announcement). Maybe they will debut the song today on stream with a radio premier later today? Edit: One of the casters just made a random RTN reference. I am getting way to excited for something that is probably never happening :-D
