Do we have any information who mixed the songs? I am especially interested in Prove Me Wrong but apparently no information is available.

In case people are wondering about lift off: He started with teasing the step up chorus, lift off demo verse, step up chorus, nobody‘s listening verse 1, step up chorus, drum solo (there was no sorry for now), high voltage verse 1, step up chorus 2x

I don't get the "Reply to this topic" button in the Newswire and therefore can't post a reply there. A quick check shows that I am able to see this button in any other forum. I assume some quirks in the new right settings?

KROQ livestream mixes never disappoint. How can they consistently be that bad? Is there a single KROQ show with a good mix?

Cant decide which shows to go to. Definitely Ludwigsburg since it is pretty mich where I live. Will probably also go to Oberhausen and Munich.

Lift Off

grandson recently posted a picture of one of Mike's Instagram posts on his Instagram story with the caption "you haven't seen the last of us @m_shinoda". I guess that means we can expect another song with them together in the future? Maybe for the upcoming grandson EP he hinted recently? Here is a screenshot of the story post: On the Member Guest podcast with Phoenix, Mike mentioned that he has been working on new music, specifically new collaborations with other artists lately. Let's see what happens!

I will use the rest of the day (and probably most of the weekend) to finally realise the remix idea I had for Watching As I Fall back when the remix contest was going on.

It‘s very obvious that they did that in Talking To Myself from Sohthside for example.

I also think that the Where'd you go / Waiting for the end mashup doesn't sound as good as any of the songs individually. Especially if you think about what Mike did with Waiting for the end before. The HHH version was way better.

I have a feeling that we wont see the same set two shows in a row for a while. I think Mile prepared a lot of stuff just to keep it more interesting for himself (I would think that doing the same thing every single day alone is much more boring to the person performing than playing the same set every night with a whole band) plus I think especially he will keep experimenting with the set to see what works the best.

Yeah the whole KROQ website seems to be blocked in Europe (I assume because they don't want to comply with GDPR so they just block European users).

I am really surprised that he closed the show with Running From My Shadow. I can live with that though.

Bands usually just play in Stuttgart when they are playing a couple of German shows anyway. Ive never seen a band play here when they only play like one or two shows in Germany (there are exceptions of course). Cities like Köln and Frankfurt are pretty close (around a 2 hour train ride) so most bands just play there.

Chances of a Stuttgart show are pretty much zero. I was surprised that Linkin Park played that often here in the last couple of years. Köln is a good choice though. Its much better located than Berlin or Hamburg which typically get most of the shows. I am definitely going!

Yeah because it is not Linkin Park. A lot of people seem to think Mike will attract the same masses as Linkin Park which is totally naive thinking. I've seen people in German Linkin Park groups think that he can sell out arenas... I think if he attracts only 10% of the Linkin Park "fanbase" (including casual fans that normally go to a concert) than that is already pretty huge.

Wow, 8 500 is a lot for Mike alone. I am wondering if he will sell that one out. I doubt that there will be 6-8 shows in Germany though. In 2015 for the FM show the venue was not really big and it still took ages to get sold out.

If you like the style you should definitely check out grandsons stuff. The guitar (and the track in general) is very grandson-ish.
