I think you misunderstood it. Nightwish releases orchestral versions of their albums and they're all instrumental. I guess that's what he meant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwJ6Y933xyM I think you mean "symphonic version": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-H35AVXDkc -

I totally understand why they chose it as the first single since they focused a lot on the meaning of the songs on this album and Heavy seems to sum up everything they were going through during the One More Light sessions (and it was a big hit), but as a piece of music, I'm still not a fan of how it sounds. I still think the bridge is one of the most disappointing / anticlimactic moments I've ever heard in a Linkin Park song because they start that huge build up and it simply goes nowhere. It's really evident that they put all their focus on the vocals and the instrumental was an afterthought. I still don't like Chester vocals in the first verse and how Kiiara takes over the entire song after that. It feels like a Kiiara song produced by Mike Shinoda featuring vocals by Chester Bennington and should have been in a Kiiara album.

I don't really know where to post this and I don't feel like starting a new thread for it, but on BMI Michael Leary is credited for Halfway Right while, in the booklet, he isn't mentioned anywhere.

Fixed. Not verified.

SasstielExperience transcribed the lyrics. I guess the official lyrics will eventually be on Genius.

Chester wrote a song in 2015 called "I Hate The World Right Now" and that was the whole chorus. The lyrics were like "I wanna punch a hole through the ceiling." ------------------------------------

This was my first Linkin Park show in Brazil and definitely the best I've been to. Not that I've been to a lot of Linkin Park shows, but anyway... The Catalyst might not have as much energy as, let's say, Papercut, One Step Closer or Faint, but the crowd really seemed to enjoy it as an opener. Wastelands coming right after might seem a little weird but the place exploded when the song started. I heard complaints about the setlist having only one song from The Hunting Party. There were a lot of fans who knew Linkin Park's studio work really well but clearly didn't follow their live shows as they got confused with some of the changes they did to some songs. I also felt like I was the only one singing Talking To Myself. I really like how they add heavier guitars to the live versions of One More Light songs. Looks like Battle Symphony is the new Numb / Burn It Down as they mess up the intro every show. I've heard people complain about Roads Untraveled and Lost In The Echo not being performed in full and about "the crap they did with Castle Of Glass and Crawling." I admit I've never been a fan of Castle Of Glass Experience and would like to hear the album version again but the Experience version really gets the crowd going, which is something the album version wouldn't be able to acomplish. Everybody was jumping during the electronic break after the first chorus. The A Place For My Head verse was a great touch too. People loved it. When I heard the new intro of Leave Out All The Rest in the Argentina webcast I wasn't too big on it as some people here. I though it sounded a bit sloppy. Maybe that was due the quality of the webcast because it sounds absolutely stunning live. I know I've already said it in the Argentina thread but I really love the pause after the In The End intro. People get really excited rapping the first verse. Then comes all the intruments for the first chorus. Epic. I've heard a lot of people left as soon as Heavy started in Argentina. Mike's idea of doing mosh pits during the song was really fun. Probably the most fun I've had in a concert. It was so random. Papercut coming right after made it even better because that was when people in the pit really went nuts. There's always a lot of people here complaining about Bleed It Out closing the set, but I think it's a really fun way to end the night. People jumping during the chorus and singing on the bridge. Just great. -

Who's Andrew Jackson who plays guitar on Talking To Myself?
-
It's an album full of radio friendly pop songs created with the help of the biggest names in the business. It will sell.
-
Can you include the credits for Heavy from the same source?
-
Good Goodbye?
-
Can anyone transcribe the lyrics of Drop by Styles Of Beyond?

Lying From You was released to radio too. I've even found an announcement while doing research for Linkinpedia. In my opinion, a song having a music video doesn't really mean anything. I know bands who created music videos for all songs in an album and others who created videos for random songs just because they wanted to (I mean, Linkin Park has one for Cure For The Itch). I'm not saying Good Goodbye isn't or won't be a single though.

I'm glad they finally debuted (part of) Roads Untraveled live. Even though I don't really care much for that song it's always nice to see the band playing something new. I like what they did to it too. Talking To Myself is really great. First song from One More Light I don't dislike. I'm still not a big fan of Castle Of Glass Experience. I wish they would play the album version again. The live version of Good Goodbye feels a little weird to me, abruptly ending after the 3rd chorus. It would have been nice if they brought Chuck D and B-Real to each do a verse in the song. They are playing a bunch of shows with Prophets Of Rage. That could have worked. I'm really sad with Lost In The Echo being shortened. I was really looking forward for the return of this song. I guess they just don't like playing it anymore but brought it back for the fans (like they did with Runaway on The Hunting Party tour). I love that they finally got rid of the ballad medley and brought Leave Out All The Rest back. I've been waiting for this for a long time. This new version sounds great too. Looks like the band had a lot of fun with it. That In The End intro was amazing. So much energy in the crowd. I loved it. Exactly what I was thinking. I was cool but at the same time it was lacking energy. I guess it fits with the pop album thing though. It will be easier to fit other songs from One More Light in this setlist later.
