I think they are banking hard on this one to do well, but I don't think it's going to. It's a great song, but I think they are over-estimating its ability.

His new post doesn't suggest that there will be enough support to continue this new sound. Lack of support = lack of funding = lack of music made. That figure is the world's sales last week, so it isn't an increase from the reported 250k, it includes it.

Today the Billboard released this week's chart of the Hot 100 tracks in the nation. Linkin Park's "The Catalyst" has climbed to a new high, landing at spot #27. I think this review is brilliant. Imo, the songs are great but they could have been done a lot better. I agree with the idea that they are onto something new and amazing but they haven't yet reached it with the new focus.

The content or the actual footage? Because, I thought the DVD content showed that the band was 1) in full disagreement on the new album and 2) not ready to put it out.
