dark_master Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 (edited) What do you think? I think it's just AMAZING. One of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard! Edited September 30, 2009 by dark_master Quote
Alodia Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 I really like this song. I think it differs from the rest of the album, but I really like the style. It's soft, but the lyrics especially the chorus is just amazing. It's not my favorite from the album but it's one of the best songs on it! Quote
sckofelng Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 it's TACO IMO -Check your pm's buddy Quote
HTBG Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Yes, I like it. - It's very different from others Quote
[High_Voltage] Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 It just doesn't work for me it's boring and slow, and IMO Chester should have written a better song for HIS WIFE Quote
Astat Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 (edited) Possibly the best song on the album, it's either this song or Walking in Circles for me. Edited September 30, 2009 by Astat Quote
spraypaintninkpens Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 it's TACO IMO -Check your pm's buddy Agreed. Whatever expletive you used, fits the description. It's a bad track. Quote
Astat Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 (edited) Agreed. Whatever expletive you used, fits the description. It's a bad track. Because love songs totally suck and have no business existing whatsoever. Give Me Your Name is a better musical piece than anything Linkin Park has done in their entire career. Ever. The lyrics are debatable, but only ignorant, closed-minded people would write this song off solely based on the lyrics. Edited September 30, 2009 by Astat Quote
hahninator Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Possibly the best song on the album Yes. This. 10/10. Amazing amazing song. I am a big fan of it. Quote

danielpsoad-09 Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I have no idea why I love so much this song. It's just beautiful. One of my favorites. Quote

K then, if it's not the lyrics, why do you hate a song with amazing slide guitar work, a great chord progression and melody, and some of the best vocal harmonies on the record? Quote

My review and post I wrote were through the first time listening to the cd as a whole. I don't hate it, I'd actually rate the song higher than a 0 (lol), probably a 5 or so but I just think the instruments in the song sound kind of lame. Idk, it's not my kind of song. Quote
florez411 Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I love the acoustic guitar heard through the whole song, plus the smooth guitar solo isn't too bad, but the chorus takes it for me. Quote
MONDREUS240 Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Great song. Not my favorite though, but still one of the best. Quote

Ever. !!!! ...amazing slide guitar work, a great chord progression and melody, and some of the best vocal harmonies on the record... YES! I seem to agree a lot with you dude! *laughs* And the atmosphere and "warmth" that this song creates is just insane! Totally one of the best songs on the album - it was my personal surprise! Quote
Linda_Mr Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Lasgo I know the name but not this song... so its time to hear the song now : LoL... thanks Quote
AGumby Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 It just doesn't work for me it's boring and slow, and IMO Chester should have written a better song for HIS WIFE I agree. I just really dislike this song..... Quote
Aiman Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 The song for some reason reminds me of the music in Happy Gilmore Quote
Deafandblind Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 its a good song, the whole album is but how they put let down then give me ur name is cool (order od album) cant really say anything bad about it its a differnet side to chester and i hope that we get to see this side of him in the new lp record Quote
Synyster Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 (edited) Song is ok but not my favourite! There are some better songs...but still, they are all somehow great! Edited October 18, 2009 by Synyster Quote

So the album would have had a happy ending, so to speak *laughs* Quote
