  1. Where's Astat when you need him, lol?
  2. I think LP just sells a lot more than Muse and brings bigger crowds in the U.S. because they've been a big staple here for such a long time. All the singles off of HT and Meteora are huge, there's WID, SOTD, WFTE, and now BID to keep everyone's interest and what not. People here are just now getting used to Muse being this huge act. The only songs most people know by them are Knights of Cydonia, Uprising, and Madness. To be honest, I think that LP and Muse are RIGHT at the same place, fame-wise. They can't both headline the same show, nor can one open for the other. So one of them opening for Metallica had to be the compromise, since Metallica opens for no one, lol.
  3. Anyone in their right mind should take APFMH over ITE anytime, anywhere. I seriously think that it replacing the other was just a one off thing though. I do love seeing ITE live, it's a classic and having the crowd sing the bridge is always an awesome part of an LP show. But APFMH is much less common and much more of an energetic song. My final verdict is:
  4. Who's pick is this? Brad's? I got it from the first show of the HTC.
  5. Starting in 2012, the band started playing "No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn" by The Beastie Boys over the PA before every show. The band used to play a bluegrass version of One Step Closer over the PA at the end of shows. Since 2012, the band has played "The Roadie" by Tenacious D over the PA at the end of every show.
  6. Holy moly. Is this the only full set that hasn't had ITE EVER?
  7. Yeah, the ending of WTCFM is definitely sampled. All of these are. As far as if they are actually singing it but we can't hear them, who knows. I'd like to believe that they are all legitimately doing it with the samples to make it sound better, but we don't really have any way of knowing. Don't think the band would ever own up to it.
  8. Is this worldwide or only for Europe? Kinda smart to rerelease the album to try and get sales again....they need to launch a second successful single at the same time though.
  9. If anything, probably an intimate show somewhere in California. For the millionth time.
  10. Not really any way of knowing what ANY LP song is about (besides specific ones like TLTGYA or In Pieces). The band has said they want the listener to find their meaning for their songs.
  11. The sound of the guitars on the DSPs got EXTREMELY diluted once the band began the ATS cycle. I'm assuming this was because Pooch now had to deal with a million new sounds and the guitars were put on the backburner. They've gotten better ever since the LT cycle started and the guitars came back, but it's still not the same loud crunch you can hear in the earlier recordings.
  12. I'm sure they do ACTUALLY sing every part most of the time, but on those three songs the album version is definitely blasted over the speakers at the same time, so that's all you hear.
  13. I liked The Seed(?) a lot. This should be good.
  14. Time to bring back FTI, if you ask me. Drop that LGM crap.
  15. "Fuck that song, let's play A Place For My Head" may be one of my favorite Chester quotes ever now.
  16. Vinyls are usually always black. It's just special if one is a different color.
  17. Is a 13 year old not capable of enjoying soft music?
  18. Actually, it is harmonizing, lol. And I was 13 when Minutes to Midnight came out and got into it after a couple listens, lol.
  19. Chester sounded pretty good at this show. Chester sounded pretty good at this show.
