Recently, Mike posted asking for people to post their websites or blogs in a comment on his blog. He just picked the top 10 today, which you can check out right here. He also mentioned LP fansites in the post. I wrote in and put something in there about LPLive in his comments, so check out what he said: "Thanks to all the fan sites covering our stuff--I didn't expect so many of you to post links. Assuming that if you're coming here, you already know what's going on in the LP world, I'm not going to re-post any links to fan sites (although they're great, and I did check them out)." I didn't really think he'd post LP sites since most visitors to his blog check them out anyway, but I thought it was cool he mentioned the fans! They are idiots and made SIB, Papercut and POA extra "BONUS" tracks on RTR. After you watch the full DVD start to end, it says you unlocked "secret bonus tracks" SIB, Papercut and POA. Stupid as hell but that's what they did.

New Divide Macao is badass. Definitely my favorite intro. Perfect keyboard piece over the synth. Seems like they nailed the song too. Top 2 shows for me this summer are Macao and Stuttgart.

If this was a US Tour, then that would happen. There was so much stuff that was involved on this summer tour that made it impossible to do that. PR08 was slower because of the clusterfuck that preceded it. The equipment was shipped via boat and it was stuck in storage (Warner, lol) until after the 2nd show of PR08. Then Pooch had to mix Milton Keynes, the two Canadian shows, and the first two PR08 shows while on tour...so he got behind. Then the last 4 were later, etc. So the record for the best mixing turnaround is still PR07, ironically the first time they did it, haha. I hope the next US tour is fast too.

The Summer 2009 DSP's (Digital Souvenir Packages) from the shows this year are almost here! There should be only about a week left - I expect us to get them before the end of the month. The shows are fully mixed...now they have to be split, etc by Dylan and prepared to be uploaded. "There is still a 7 day process of mastering and uploading to the company that hosts the stuff. Still gonna be a bit before you get em", Pooch (LP's live engineer) had to say yesterday. http://downloads.linkinpark.com/ will have the shows as soon as they are available, and of course, we will be posting links to every show right here on LPLive. We'll need your help again in obtaining and sharing the shows, so be sure to be checking the site next week! Just thought I'd give you all an update - thanks!

Disagree. That'd be like making LPU M&Gs only for people near the show, aka I wouldn't have gotten one in Zurich. LP fans are hardcore. They fly and drive places, yo.

I'm split on that. MTM had almost no rapping due to FM so I'm glad the new LP CD will have more. If we had FM right now in 2009 with record 2, I'm sure there'd hardly be any rapping on the next LP CD. So really it's good and bad. Mike will make another FM CD someday I bet.

Hell no. FM We Major Mixtape, a 16 song album, 3 b-sides on the album, demos from the FM Militia, all those behind the scenes pictures and a great DVD with the album..... FM > DBS by far in my opinion so far.

All indications are showing that Inside Of Me is going to be some sort of epic piece of music lol. I hope WIC and Let Down are good. Benson layering the everliving fuck out of Chester's vocal pieces are making me really worry. I hope we get some awesome live rips of the band.
