  1. Back in the middle of October of last year, Stone Temple Pilots headed to Japan for two shows - one in Saitama-shi (basically Tokyo) for Loud Park and one in Osaka as a headline gig. These shows came right after their appearances on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno and KROQ's Kevin & Bean Show. The Loud Park show has had an audio recording available from the Japanese bootleggers for quite a while (which no one has bought and shared yet, as far as we know), but just recently the Japanese WOWOW TV station showed five proshot songs from the show as a part of their Loud Park 2013 special. Thanks to forum member Ziron, you can now download those below! (click to enlarge) BROADCAST SETLIST:01. Down 02. Vasoline 03. Dead & Bloated 04. Interstate Love Song 05. Trippin' On A Hole In A Paper Heart Quality: HDTV Format: 1080i MPEG-2 TS Bitrate: 20 Mbps Size: 2.74 GB Length: 19 min 15 sec HDTV .ts (1080i) 2.74 GB (Mega.co.nz Link) | DOWNLOAD Show page The reason we didn't go ahead and upload this on YouTube for everyone is because WOWOW usually gets their content taken down ASAP, so it would be a wasted effort. Sorry! Thanks to Ziron for the recording! Enjoy!
  2. Almost a decade ago...nine full years....Linkin Park teamed up with an impressive lineup of other bands (No Doubt, Jurassic 5, Story of the Year, The Crystal Method, and Camp Freddy) to perform at the Music For Relief: Rebuilding South Asia event in Anaheim, California. This is the most recent time that all six of the Collision Course songs have been played in full (outside of the DVD taping at The Roxy, it's the ONLY time they've all been played at once), and Jay-Z has only joined the band a few times after this at all. SETLIST: 01. Don't Stay (Foreword Intro) 02. Somewhere I Belong 03. Runaway (Transition Intro) 04. Frgt/10 (False Start; w/ Chali 2na; Keyboard Ending) 05. Breaking The Habit (Piano Intro) 06. Crawling (Short KRWLNG Intro) 07. Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You (Intro Pause; w/ Jay-Z) 08. Big Pimpin'/Papercut (w/ Jay-Z) 09. Jigga What/Faint (w/ Jay-Z) 10. Numb/Encore (w/ Jay-Z) 11. Izzo/In The End (w/ Jay-Z) 12. Points Of Authority/99 Problems/One Step Closer (w/ Jay-Z) We posted the full show as an exclusive for Christmas 2012, but in case anyone hasn't grabbed the DVD and wants to get it, we provided a download below! DVD Video 50:12 minutes 3.42 GB DVD Video | DOWNLOAD Show page Enjoy!
  3. You have them backwards. LEE Interlude was before Papercut. Falling Down Interlude was before OSC. Getting around to adding this stuff now.
  4. Damn that demo compilation is really great Nick. I used to have it but can't find it for the life of me. The budweiser St. Pete DVD is fucking awesome too. Definitely my favorite 2009 source.
  5. Thank you to those of you who helped bring another date to our attention that was not in the live guide. Back in August 2013, StaticXero posted about a cancelled show from 2001 that we didn't have on the site. To start the European Headline Tour in 2001, Linkin Park originally had shows at Stockholm, Sweden's Solnahallen and Frederiksberg, Denmark's KB-Hallen, but both were cancelled before the tour began. The third show of the tour in Hamburg, Germany was cancelled because of the September 11th terrorist attacks in America, leaving the tour to start in Berlin, Germany on September 12th with three cancelled shows before it. This shirt (real or not) was found on eBay at the time as well, showing the Denmark date. Due to a gap in the archives on Linkin Park's website and other fansites at the time, we were unfortunately unable to find announcements or cancellations for Stockholm or Frederiksberg, but Skipees finally in December found a cancellation announcement for Frederiksberg on a website. The vague statement reads, "Because of the "restructuring" of their U.S. tour has Linkin Park decided to cancel their concert in KB Hallen 9 september. Since there is no immediate prospect of a replacement concert, the tickets will be refunded where they were purchased until 15 October." Anyway, this is just a reminder that the live guide here always has things that can be added to it and is always improving! If you know of something that is missing, don't hesitate to help us out and let us know about it. In addition, here are a few other dates that were missing from the guide until the last few years: 2001.01.xx 2001.01.26 Seattle, WA, Showbox Theatre, 107.7 The End "Endsession" 2001.09.28 Chula Vista, CA, Coors Amphitheatre, Rock 105.3's 'When Bands Attack' 2003.06.23 Lisboa, PT, Pavilhão Atlântico (the original show date was not on the site) 2004.06.11 Wiener Neustadt, AT, Civitas Nova, Aerodrome_04 (cancelled) + other shows that were announced, rescheduled/moved, etc (several Family Values Tour 2001 shows, Meteora World Tour 2004 shows and Projekt Revolution 2007 shows). Thanks!
  6. The version in the video above is from the full MFR video. Qwerty95k edited it and posted it. The DVD download above is from nkramar's AXS TV recording, not the MFR upload. It's a different source.
  7. On the night of the 15th, AXS TV broadcasted a 60 minute special about Linkin Park's Concert For The Philippines in January 2014 (show page here). From Club Nokia in Los Angeles, the show featured special guests collaborating with Linkin Park during their set as well as a nice lineup of opening bands (Heart, The Offspring, Bad Religion, and The Filharmonic). The download of the broadcast is now available for fans. It includes what was broadcasted of the Linkin Park set, with the commercials and other bands being cut out. Unfortunately, only six of the twelve LP songs were shown. In our forums, rips of the webcast (the full show in varying quality) are circulating. (Qwerty95k made this video of the , with just the LP songs) SETLIST: 01. One Step Closer (Ext. Outro) 02. CASTLE OF GLASS (w/ Ann and Nancy Wilson) 03. What I've Done (w/ Mike Einziger) 04. In The End (w/ Mike Einziger) 05. BURN IT DOWN 06. Bleed It Out (Ext. Intro; Ext. Bridge w/ Travis Barker + Rob Drum Solos; Ext. Outro) HDTV .ts (1080i) 3.37 GB (torrent from LPL) | DOWNLOAD | (LP only!) HDTV .ts (1080i) 6.09 GB (torrent from LPL) | DOWNLOAD | (Full Special) *Note: This download is the AXS TV broadcast, not the video MFR uploaded to YouTube. Show page Thanks to -Nick- for the quick turnaround on this recording! Enjoy!
  8. Where in the world was Einziger?
  9. They can't do Pinkpop now. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinkpop_Festival#Pinkpop_2014 Metallica is on the 9th and LP is at RaR/RiP on the 7th and 8th.
  10. Chester sounds fine to you guys because I'm sure they've been editing the hell out of this consistently for weeks lol
  11. Rock am Ring 5 june IRON MAIDEN 6 june KINGS OF LEON 7 june LINKIN PARK 8 june METALLICA Rock im Park 6 june METALLICA 7 june KINGS OF LEON 8 june LINKIN PARK 9 june IRON MAIDEN http://www.ironmaiden.com/tourdates.php This confirms it. Kings Of Leon and Metallica have their dates up.
  12. Yes it is a confirmed fact that he was sick. ALTNC was dropped from Vegas because of that and he skipped production rehearsals the day before the Harman Vegas show. WTCFM ending wasn't sung in Vegas because of it I'm sure.
  13. Wow after they first visited in 2007 they can't get enough That's a good thing.
  14. Definitely legit...LP probably made them take the announcement down lol. It wouldn't surprise me if LP announced Moscow and St. Petersburg together either tomorrow or in a few days.
  15. We can add it if we want, but: http://lplive.net/shows/20010107.php This was in "Studio 3". Found the info on a Nirvana website.
  16. Thanks for that, we want to add them to the show pages and I have the pics but not the locations.
  17. I think I have those plus the ones from the live shows (FM and LP) that he posted on there. I will check.
  18. Well that's funny because just a few days ago you said the album would sound like shit because, I quote, it's the "most rushed album LP has ever made and they need to take way more time and release it in 2015." Hmm.
  19. Mike just posted a blog discussing the band recording their next album, due out later this year. He offers some interesting facts about the process, including the fact that LP is not recording at NRG again. "As many of you have already noticed, I’ve been away from my blog / Twitter / Instagram for a while, since we’re pretty deep into the writing and recording process. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about what’s going on. As most Linkin Park fans know, the sound of each album is usually quite different from the last. The new album is no exception. But as usual, the album’s sound twists and turns as it is created, so any attempt at estimating what it sounds like today would be silly. The moment I tell you it sounds like “X”, the songs will automatically take a drastic turn and evolve into something different within a week. But what I can tell you is I’m inspired. We’re inspired. The band is trying all kinds of things we haven’t before. First of all, we’re not in the same studio. All our previous albums (except MTM) were recorded at the same studio; this album is not being done there. All our previous albums were done with a producer at the helm; this album has largely been self-produced. We normally write in a organized and regimented style, recorded into the computer; this album has been the product of a mix of focused experimentation and free form jamming. We’re even tracking parts to tape instead of going exclusively digital. I’ve been spending 10-12 hours a day in the studio–jamming, experimenting, writing, recording, re-writing, re-recording…searching for the sound that truly captures where we’re at as a band right now. Something bold and energetic. Something with a balance between the chaos and order. As ever, we’re digging deep to craft the best songs that will set the tone for the next step, that will draw a line between what we’re doing and everything else. We can’t wait for you to hear it this summer." What do you think? Are you excited?
  20. Wow, definitely has to do with Chester and the LP album then.
  21. Wow ALTNC in Europe this summer would be the weirdest song for them to play. But I bet it's at every show. Our worst nightmare might be it sticking around for years as a set staple....
  22. I did that because this show isn't 100% confirmed by the band yet. Yes it's likely going to happen but we have to wait for official confirmation first. A few shows in the past have had issues with stuff like that. Shanghai 2007, Istanbul 2008, Portimao 2009, Sheffield 2010, etc.
  23. What did I post wrong on the Facebook page? Of course, yeah, it's a part of the European Tour. It's not a festival tour, it's a European Tour. Same exact thing as 2003, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012. They'll add more headlining shows later on. Those are usually the last to be added.
  24. Why the 12th for Greenfield? Couldn't it be the 13th as well? I'd say 8th RiP too but LP is a band that can go from Lisboa to Skive in one day (2012) and vice versa (2008). Or Lisboa to Donington (2007), or Knebworth to Grafenhainichen (2009).
  25. Ah I see now, LP on the 7th at Rock am Ring because of this show. Sorry Makes sense to me.
