  1. Ha! Glad he finally decided to release it. I always regretted the fact that we couldn't get the full Texas 2003 shows used for Live In Texas...this is great to have.
  2. In 2004, Linkin Park joined up with Jay-Z for the popular collaboration album Collision Course and ended up performing two shows with him that year (Holmdel and The Roxy), with two more following in 2005 (MFR 05 and Live 8) as well as the Grammy's in 2006. For the first year of the Minutes To Midnight touring cycle, we didn't see Jay-Z join the band on stage anymore. However, a surprise appearance at the Madison Square Garden 2008 show sent the crowd into a frenzy and according to Pooch, registered the loudest crowd he's ever seen at a Linkin Park show. Not bad! Later that year, as the band announced a string of Projekt Revolution shows in Europe, they announced one to end the tour in Milton Keynes, UK....with Jay-Z as direct support. This show was later filmed for the Road To Revolution CD/DVD release, as you likely already know. This was the largest Projekt Revolution show ever. We've seen the proshot DVD, but our friend Bartek has decided to release his audience DVD via LPLive of the show today for you guys! A massive thank you goes out to him for filming it and deciding to release it now, as the band kicks off their third tour of Europe for The Hunting Party. Bartek's torrent comes with the audience DVD with normal audio as well as a version with the soundboard audio on it from the DSP. Not bad! DVD Video (torrent from LPL) | DOWNLOAD Show page Enjoy! If you haven't signed the petition to get Linkin Park to release more live shows online (both new and old), join us! Sign here. Milton Keynes was the only show released from this European Tour for Minutes To Midnight, with many epic shows taking place on this tour. Berlin was a true highlight (which was one of the other three Projekt Revolution: Europe shows) and Reading My Eyes even made a return on the tour. The setlists were great, which you can see here.
  3. Pukkelpop on Twitter told us that they will stream the event but LP hasn't agreed to have their set broadcasted (yet). However, this era seems like we've had more streams than ever before in 2014-2015, so I don't see why they'd say no. LP also has new management/different management....something, hell idk, but it's not the same guys that made the decisions in 2007-ish when they said NO to almost every broadcast. I would be surprised if they said no. The lineup is cool, I'd watch the whole day, even Enter Shikari after LP. Limp Bizkit before LP, wow that'll be filthy.
  4. Still nothing on the webcast....maybe they'll let us know today or tomorrow.
  5. 600 already. First goal is 1,000. Thanks everyone!
  6. We've met up with fans after Linkin Park shows before, most notably on the 2009 and 2010 tours in Europe, but we are proud to announce the first official LPLive Meetups event! Staff member Sucre06 has organized a meetup to be held on August 26th, 2015 in Minsk, Belarus, the day before Linkin Park headlines Minsk-Arena. This is the first Linkin Park show ever in Belarus and to celebrate, we are hosting an event at the TNT Rock Club in Minsk, sponsored by LPLive and our official page on VK: vk.com/lplive. To support this great event, Belarusian rock-band «North Aurora» (featuring MC Volt) will perform their songs, where they will also cover Linkin Park for fans. More information: Location: "TNT" Rock Club, Minsk, Belarus (st. Revolutionaya, 9) Time: The event will begin at 7:00 pm (local time) (GMT+2) Event page Any questions about the event can be directed to Sucre06! We hope to see you there!
  7. Change.org has apparently changed (lol) and you can't set actual goals anymore. We're going for 10,000. http://help.change.org/hc/en-us/articles/206135337-Change-signature-goal
  8. The Red Hot Chili Peppers fans got 5,000, sent it to WBR, and now they have just released their third show. http://www.livechilipeppers.com/ This has new ideas, not just some idea to "omg, release shows"....this will make it easier on the band, management, crew, and fans.
  9. You probably saw our "open letter" in March 2013, signed by many Linkin Park fansites, to try and get Linkin Park to continue releasing their live show recordings online. Two and a half years later, our final attempt is here...a change.org petition to see exactly how many signatures of support we can get and to offer ideas to fix the (broken) DSP program. The Digital Souvenir Packages (and live CDs) were released from 2007-2012. "From 2007 to 2012, Linkin Park released live recordings of their shows for fans to relive the experiences of their shows again. This petition is to bring those back so fans from all over the world can have another opportunity to live in the moment again." We've heard through the grapevine that Linkin Park has at least considered some sort of release of live material in the past year or two, and we thought this would be a good opportunity to get the discussion going. We spent the last few months going back-and-forth with staff members and community members on possible ideas to make the program better for both the band and their fans. If you're supportive of the cause, let's do it together. Read the full petition, including our proposed changes, and sign it HERE. Hashtags to use online for this will be: #LPDSP and #NobodysListening Ready, set, go!
  10. Our friends at LP Catalog have started a really cool website about the Fort Minor "Welcome" vinyls...people are scanning them so LPC can have a fully interactive mural wall that you can check out online. Check it out: lpcatalog.com/fmwelcome Of course, obtaining ALL of them is impossible, but at the moment they already have 31 jackets added, with 10 more coming soon (and a few white ones with just Mike's signature). They are going for at least 100 and since the project is just starting, that seems to be a very reasonable goal. If you bought a vinyl, check the website and help them out!
  11. Submit your Julien-K remix to this.
  12. I am surprised they played a show with Brandon with zero DTA songs.
  13. Cool. Good chance to get another song released....maybe a random instrumental or something.
  14. From the LPU: "As you know, this year we will be celebrating 15 years of Linkin Park Underground. In preparation, we want to get the feedback of the online fan communities. This survey will help us get an idea of what the Linkin Park community outside of LPU wants to see and how we can better their experience. Please note: All feedback is very important to us and will be kept confidential. This survey should take you approximately 5-10 minutes to complete." The survey can be completed here. Additionally, if you are an LP Underground member, check your emails as another survey has been sent out to members for them to complete also. The 15th year of the LPU launches this fall, and will coincide with the Hybrid Theory 15th Anniversary.
  15. Yes I think they will release a CD next year.
  16. I would ask it but at the end say: Do you have a response to this?
  17. Muse lacks the feeling of a band playing live? Bellamy explodes. I love Muse live, haha. They also play songs they DON'T rehearse before a tour...they'll pull something out on show day, run through it and add it to the set on the spot. Happened in Nashville in 2013 and the last show of the Euro Tour too. Hell, Tokyo Zepp too.
  18. I mean this isn't an LPL project or anything, lol, LPC is the HQ for this stuff, just go ahead and take over the project and run it and provide updates here (and on LPC). I'm interested to see how many you get.
  19. Hmm. I'll add a note for it, but it's not the whole IGD portion of the song and it's just a short clip.
  20. The tickets were like $35.
  21. What! Wow! People really think that? There is no Jay-Z on The Rising Tied outside of his sampled talk with Mike during Introduction.
  22. The reason I disagree with you is that if this was a sold out tour of 19 arenas in the US and Canada, they'd reschedule the tour. The demand would be too insane. LP wouldn't walk away from that. Playing to half-full arenas with STP coming up and LP wants to make a new album? Not enough interest by the band there to play that tour over again. I agree. It also seems to take them longer these days to rehearse songs and learn them, but that might only be because of social media updating us so much.
  23. Stay tuned about the DSP stuff. I guess we'll never see GATS again, this is why they dropped it for May then. I guess otherwise we'd have seen it in the set with ALITS...what a shame. Oh well! I hope Rebellion is back for Europe. No live debuts...shame. They said they ran through all of the album last year in rehearsals....shouldn't be too hard to work one up. No way we see KTTK or MTG on the 2016 tour with a new album coming, unless they tour before it. There will be more songs than ever before, why would they play those 2? Lmao. The album deadline in 2016 + the ticket sales must be why they didn't make that tour up that was canceled. HT 15th Anniversary....please let it be a show.
