    Eh, with all the hype they gave this show the bad seating is really a buzzkill. But, it was free-admission, and it isn't under LP's control. Celebrities will be treated like celebrities. I say there needs to be a celebrity mosh-pit. It would make up for everything a bit.

    Yeah, this must be the big announcement. Mike already knew about the show so they've been saving the announcement of this for a while.

    No one has said that it is LPU Only, it only says that they want LPU'ers in SoCal to get a chance to go.

    It's on the LPU right now, a short set at an undisclosed location.

    Hopefully that changes soon. I know Mike has been talking about how the band wants to make a conscious effort to put more music out more often.

    I understand being frustrated with some things, but the other poster said "They always dissappoint me." If Linkin Park ALWAYS disappoints him, then I really don't see why he would bother dealing with it anymore. Perhaps him saying that he is always disappointed was a bit of an overreaction.

    I don't understand why you're here then. There are some people on here just like you, and I'm not saying you're bad for not liking things the band does, but why are you here?

    I wouldn't say they always lie. I think they just kinda feel like interviews are silly. And what are you saying, the next LP album is gonna suck?

    I have no problem with Mike not caring about the type of music he makes. He cares about making good music, that's what every great musician should worry about first and foremost. Though he was probably just giving a silly answer for an interview.

    You're chastised because you say things like this. If you had only said "Chester is at his best when he is pissed," then I would not have said anything. It's when you act so narrow-minded to suggest that a song about love can't be a rock song, or a GOOD song, that you get criticized. Broaden your horizons a bit.

    How much more out of context could you take that statement? As someone said previously many songs you listen to everyday are probably about love one way or another. You seem to be thinking of a "love song" as only being bubblegum pop music. Don't be so narrow-minded.
