I'm hoping the 8-Bit Rebellion song is heavier than Not Alone at least...something like Across The Line would be awesome.

Just from what all the band members said so far about the album and this statement saying heavy hip-hop...I like the rock side of LP more than the hip-hop side.

I'm not so sure I'm going to like this album if it's going to be heavy hip-hop/electronic. I don't like music without a lot of guitar generally. Oh well. I'm glad I have DBS to listen to then.

I love Brandon's remix of Maestro and Dreamland too, both excellent songs. Killing Fields is the gem on this release though, IMO.

I like the song a lot, it's not the best, but it's good. I'm glad they gave it to us, better than no new LP music.

DBS and FM are awesome though. I'm not too upset about the album being pushed back until 2010. The only thing I'm upset about is that there most likely will not be an LP tour this Summer because of it. I still love MTM and I haven't gotten sick of listening to it yet, same goes for Out Of Ashes, New Divide and 9.0.

You never know with LP. I want a heavy LP song but I'll probably never get to hear one again, everything LP does now is soft shit which is why DBS is like better.

Probably something sucky...I'm not expecting anything good or with vocals because LP always releases instrumentals and I hate instrumentals.

Who the fuck cares if Chester isn't perfect every night? Mike is going to read your blog post and think of how ignorant of a post that was. Who are you to tell him how LP should run how they do things? They've sold 50 million albums, they're a huge band and plenty of people love seeing them live. I'd rather have a performance that wasn't perfect than a performance that was lip-synced or autotuned live. Ryan doesn't suck either. He isn't a 'great' singer live, hell, he isn't a 'great' singer studio either, but he isn't that bad really. His singing style if much different than Chester's so it sounds off when he does backing vocals, plus we're all used to hearing the album versions of the OOA songs which don't have Ryan doing vocals because obviously Chester is the better singer.

Are you honestly upset because Chester's performance of a song in Asia wasn't up to your standards? I'd like to see any of you guys go play this song live and sing it better than Chester.

The only reason I'm pumped for the DSP's is because of Bamboozle being my first LP show and all. I mean nkramar's audience recording is great but still. I really want 8Bit Rebellion too though, not even just for the song but because the game looks mad fun.

I liked the Re-Up! I guess I could have said IMO his run has been over since like Curtain Call with When I'm Gone.
