  1. This has to be the absolute stupidest post I have ever seen on any Linkin Park forum or page that I have ever visited in my life. People on YouTube and Blabbermouth aren't even this bad.

    Beyond Epic

    That's pretty fucking awesome...
  3. My bad. Just realized I said 2005, edited my post.
  4. I love it because it's an old SOB demo from 1995. It does have a good flow. I have pretty much everything SOB has ever done so it's cool for me be able to add this to my collection, it's like the icing on the cake. Now if Reseda Beach would just come out finally...
  5. I have a feeling this will piss off a lot of people, but I think that once the new album comes out that they'll get rid of as many old songs as possible to make room for the new ones. If you look at their last setlist, it's all singles except for a few songs that are basically fan favorites. I'm betting that they'll drop the songs that aren't singles for new songs. Something like this, in no particular order. Given Up Somewhere I Belong Points Of Authority What I've Done Leave Out All The Rest Numb Breaking The Habit Shadow Of The Day Crawling In The End Papercut Bleed It Out New Divide Faint One Step Closer From The Inside No More Sorrow New Song New Song New Song New Song
  6. This is awesome!! Thank you for posting.
  7. I'm pretty glad that I didn't participate in this chat...seemed really boring.
  8. Strange Things, Respect 4 Grandma and Slip Out The Back for sure. Although, all songs with Mike rapping are great, whether it be LP or FM or a guest appearance.
  9. I shouldn't have ever got upset about this because obviously it's fake. Nice to know I'm not alone with getting mad when songs I love become pop songs on the radio too.
  10. I'm liking the Australian show, the ones in New Zealand are awesome too. 2007 was a great year for live performances IMO.
  11. I might participate in this one today if I'm not doing anything at the time he's chatting. Might not ask a question though, might just watch.
  12. I sent Adam a message about not receiving 4 tracks from the DSP for Melbourne Night 2 and he hasn't replied to me yet...
  13. If I were Chester, I would rather have fan true fans than be a sell-out. :0 Honestly, I don't know what Chester was expecting as far as the sales go for Out Of Ashes. It wasn't promoted well at all, first of all. The record was supposed to come out in 2005, there were even press for it then. It came out in late 2009. The record is very personal and most people know Chester for his work in Linkin Park. Obviously Linkin Park is a bigger, very successful band and the music is also better. Linkin Park is Mike Shinoda, DBS is not. Mike Shinoda is like the best musician of this generation. I think Chester should be thankful for all the die-hard fans that have supported him with this project. They still got to play a bunch of shows in the US, including an MTV show, they also toured Asia and Europe and did pretty well. They played AAC this year. They have headlined a bunch of shows. Let Down didn't do terribly in the charts I don't think. I think he should realize those things instead of updating twitter about how he thinks he made a bad record because it wasn't the most popular album of 2009 pretty much. I'm afraid of sell-out, it's starting to sound like that. And I don't really care if I get bashed for this post. I'm sick of hearing about DBS every post.
  14. Obviously Kidz Bop will not cover that Metallica song, first off for the title itself and secondly because it's Metallica. In The Darkness has a like 1000 times more chance of being covered for Kidz Bop. They've destroyed some great songs.
  15. In The Darkness isn't really a radio song. It's almost 6 minutes long, surely they'll cut it. Fire and Inside Of Me were both supposed to be singles, so this makes no sense. Chester said Linkin Park comes first, also a reason as to why DBS is not touring the US. So it makes no sense to even have another single at this time. In The Darkness is my favorite DBS song. When I really love a song and then everyone knows the song and it ends up on the latest Kidz Bop, it bothers me. I made sound like an idiot for that to you but I know a lot of other people that have the same view on songs.
  16. In The Darkness is probably the absolutely WORST choice the band could pick for a single. I'll be really irritated if this is true. It's my favorite DBS song, possibly even my favorite song Chester has ever sang on, so hearing it on pop radio will really bother me because all the little 12 year old's will be singing it. DBS also should be well over by now. Where the fuck is Linkin Park? DBS, stop and focus on LP and Julien-K please, you've already had your fair share of time.
  17. +1
  18. I don't blame Chester for leaving...that was messed up on so many levels.
  19. The decision really isn't too surprising to me actually, they want to make money off of these. It kind of makes me worried about the future of DSP sharing.

    Missing DSP's..

No, the DSP for the 10-15 show just has Wake and then Don't Stay, there are 4 songs from the show missing.

    Missing DSP's..

So are the missing tracks from the Melbourne 10-15-07 show supposed to not be there intentionally? Or are they going to be fixed? Wake sounds like it goes right into Given Up, it doesn't sound edited.
  22. Great quality, thank you for uploading!

    Missing DSP's..

I just downloaded the Melbourne show where Chester broke his wrist...it's still downloading but it when it started it said from 17 tracks? Wtf? Why would they EVER edit this show, this is like an epic show in LP's history. Anyways, I can't wait to download the Ausralian shows in full. EDIT: So no Given Up, Numb or Shadow Of The Day...wtf. At least they didn't edit out the speech after Leave Out All The Rest or anything, as well as the birthday wish to Pooch. Were these tracks edited out for a reason or are they accidentally missing? Somebody should contact LP management and see. I wanted to hear SOTD too because I wanted to hear Kurt play it.
  24. Bamboozle 2007 was recorded for MTV2 so I don't see any reason as to why it's not coming out. Total bullshit IMO. And what about Epicenter 2009? Tons of shows that I know were recorded one way or another aren't coming out for no apparent reason. Rock AM Ring 2007? WTF? We have 9 songs from that show, I know the rest are there too.
  25. I personally thought his screaming has improved a lot in the 2009 shows than the 2007-2008 shows. He sounded really good last Summer IMO.
