  2. Why, because other people helped write those songs? Would you be complaining if Chester played something from LT, THP, or OML at a solo show? Why should LP as a whole have been allowed to play Invisible? That was all Mike and people not in the band! Were you upset when LP covered Wish or My Own Summer or Rolling In The Deep? They didn't write those songs either. Cmon man
  3. This was also his second show of the day while also being his one of his first ever solo performances (he did a few back in 2015 as Fort Minor, but circumstances are definitely way different now). I agree that some of the songs didn't sound great (BIO chorus is sort of rough, SFN was a bit of a struggle etc.), but dude is doing great otherwise, all things considered.
  4. yay... Machine Gun Kelly... Other than that track titles sound great. Really intrigued by the closing three tracks.
  5. I mean, "Stuff I Made" is clearly just a tongue in cheek title for a playlist rather than a definitive "Yeah, this was all me"
  6. I think using old Chester recordings on new songs would send the wrong message. Release those tracks through the LPU or something.
  7. Good Goodbye is up there as one of the band's worst. Can't believe it made the album
  8. This is very easily my least favorite of the 6. I think the hook is pretty poor and Blackbear's verse is just awful. Mike's verses really save this track
  9. Eh. It's fine. She has a good voice, but the song isn't really anything noteworthy.
  10. He does, I was more referring to having some significant role, which I wouldn't really consider the harmonies to be
  11. Jesus, you act like Chester wasn't on 9/10 songs on OML (doing lead vocals on 7/10 tracks), that Mike isn't just as much one of the lead vocalists in the band, that there are no "real instruments" on OML, and that there are more than ~6 LP songs with guest features.
  12. I voted RU because RU is a far superior song to SFN
  13. I think there's a very real chance that we don't see any Linkin Park songs in this set. Maybe some verses here and there, but that might be it.
  14. I've officially decided. NMSA is the best song Mike has ever written IMO
  15. Six. Teen. Fucking. Tracks. Shinoda is a mad man! Songs sound great.
  16. "They'll tell you that I don't care anymore And I hope you'll know that's a lie Cause I found what I have been waiting for But to get there means crossing the line" I'm here for it
  17. If my dumbass wasn't taking AP tests at the time, I'd try and make it. Here's hoping for a Chicago show at some point
  18. That reference to Cyclops is still the best part of any LP song ever...
  19. I honestly don’t think any of the remixes surpassed the original, especially Place To Start
  20. Here were my personal top 5 1. Can't Pretend (Place To Start Remix) 2. Place To Start (A. Staten Remix) 3. Place To Start (DPARK Remix) 4. A Place To Start (Metahertz Remix) 5. Place To Start (blackout. Remix) I'm noticing a trend there...
  21. Saying they lost their identity on MTM is laughable. That’s when they found it
  22. This is like the biggest mood to ever mood
  23. I'm anticipating a lot of Hybrid Theory remixes of the songs
  24. Only two I wasn't huge on were Michaels and Davis. I also thought Steven McKellar wasn't too good on WFTE. Just didn't seem to fit that song. Deryck, Ryan Key, and Jeremy were definitely the best guests, though. They killed it. Oh, and Jon, obviously.
