  1. Really excited for this. Curious to what PVRIS is gonna play. They're sort of in the middle of the White Noise 10th anniversary celebration, so it'd be cool if they tossed in a couple deep cuts from that. REALLY hoping we get some good ones from Use Me. Hallucinations is a shoe-in, and Dead Weight is pretty possible, but I'd love to see Stay Gold or Death of Me. Dream scenario is Gimme A Minute, but there's no shot that shows up. Really as long as Oil & Water is in there, I'll be happy. Oh and Linkin Park should be cool too

  3. If you've got any energy left, Germany, now's the time to use it! Linkin Park wraps up their time in Germany (for this year) with the penultimate show of the From Zero European Tour in Frankfurt am Main (again)! Since we've talked about Germany a fair few times already on this tour, I thought we should take this time to reflect on this leg of the tour and really take in just how much ground the band has covered over these shows. It should come as no surprise that From Zero makes up a good chunk of the set. That is what the tour is named after! Staples like "The Emptiness Machine" and "Two Faced" have probably cemented their spots in every Linkin Park set going forward, and they've made a strong case for it! Fans have latched onto these songs very quickly and they've become cornerstone songs for the band. "Overflow" is another rising star, and one that has only been made stronger by the band's incredible live production. The lighting work on this song is one of the highlights of the show! "Overflow" live from Hannover, Germany Now, it may be called the From Zero World Tour, but that doesn't mean the band isn't paying homage to their past. All time classic Linkin Park songs like "Papercut" and "Faint" continue to fill out the set every night, and they continue to impress all the same! They're even keeping long-time set staples like "Numb" fresh with their new intro and outro "game". The slightly different styles Colin is bringing to the dynamic breathes some much appreciated new life into these songs! Keeping things even fresher is the Act 1 song selection. "Cut The Bridge" keeps toeing the line of being a staple, only to get swapped out once I'm sure the switch has been made. "New Divide" and "Crawling", which were firm staples earlier in the tour, have also started getting rotated from time-to-time. "Cut The Bridge" even stole the "New Divide" intro at one point! Could all this juggling mean they're toying with letting the middle run of Act 1 be decided from night to night? We certainly wouldn't be complaining! "Cut The Bridge" (with the Moscow Intro) live from Wembley Stadium Either way, older fan favorites like "From The Inside" and "Lying From You" will certainly be around to fill in the gaps. "From The Inside" in particular remains one of the band's strongest live songs. Consistently one of Emily's best. Both are also in contention for that encore spot, though, with "From The Inside" starting there before migrating to Act 1 and "Lying From You" just recently claiming the spot at Rock Werchter. They're competing with "A Place For My Head" and "Let You Fade", though, so it's no wonder they usually wind up earlier on. From Zero plays the rotation game too, with the Act 3 "ballad" rotation spot being reserved exclusively for some of the slower cuts off the new album: "Over Each Other", "Good Things Go", and "Stained". With "Stained" getting the spot last night, we're expecting one of the other two to tag in. On the heavier side of things, "Casualty" and "IGYEIH" are also always in contention, the former more than the latter. "IGYEIH" has still only been played at one show so far on this leg of the tour: Arnhem, Netherlands. I'm sure Germany would certainly have a blast with that one! "Points Of Authority" shared that same status until it was brought out last night, and even "Keys To The Kingdom" ended its two month hiatus last night, so "IGYEIH" is very possibly waiting in the wings! "Points Of Authority" live from Frankfurt night 1! Let's keep the rabbit hole going and go back even further; "Lost In The Echo" has been M.I.A. all year, and it's been sorely missed! It was last played at the band's album release show in São Paulo (which is scheduled for a theatrical release sometime this year) nearly 8 months ago! It would fit right in next to "Cut The Bridge" in Act 1 in this writer's opinion. Along those same lines, "Leave Out All The Rest" has also been absent this year after being a staple for 2024. It wouldn't feel out of place in that Act 3 ballad rotation. While we're at it, every full song from the From Zero era has been played live... except for one: "Unshatter". There hasn't been any indication that this is on its way to the stage, but stranger things have happened! Back to reality, one of my personal highlights of the show comes in the form of Mike's new solo medley: the mashup of "When They Come For Me" and "Remember The Name". Even before we get to the verse rotation, this new arrangement is one of Mike's best. Adding the chorus vocals to the intro and having Colin double them on guitar gives a massive boost of energy to what was already one of the most hype Linkin Park songs! Mike stepped things up a bit starting on the last leg by extending the transition between the two songs, leaving room for some crowd work and a new verse rotation spot. He's even been really good about keeping it fresh every night, with most of the repeats so far in Europe being verses he did on another continent! Seems like everything is on the table, from Fort Minor hits like "Petrified", Linkin Park deep cuts like "Step Up" and "Until It Breaks", to his own solo work in "I.O.U." and "Lift Off"! He even pulled out the first verse of "Lies Greed Misery" to celebrate Living Things' birthday, and we somehow managed to eek a shoutout out of the whole deal! "When They Come For Me / Remember The Name" live in Arnhem, featuring an LPLive shoutout and the first verse of "Lies Greed Misery"! Mike's new solo obviously brings to mind the last solo medley he did during The Hunting Party cycle, which was a mashup of "Skin To Bone", "Wretches And Kings", and "Remember The Name". There, he would do a rotating verse over the "Remember The Name" instrumental; the 2014 equivalent of the "When They Come For Me" bridge transition. After a while, he usually just settled into doing his hybrid "Remember The Name" verse, but he did try out a couple different verses throughout the cycle that would certainly work in this new solo. "Hands Held High" verse 1, famously done at the band's Rock Am Ring 2014 show, is a fan favorite that hasn't shown up in this new era yet... You also can't bring up rotating verses without talking about the different intros and outros "Points Of Authority" had during the Minutes To Midnight tour. Mike was pulling out all kinds of verses! "Nobody's Listening", "Dedicated", "Second To None", "High Voltage". Really, you'd be better off checking out the Linkinpedia page cause there are just too many to list here. Mike's solo medley live from Rock am Ring 2014, featuring the first verse of "Hands Held High"! Last night was a heater! Like I already mentioned, audiences were graced with the ever-illusive "Keys To The Kingdom" and "Points Of Authority", and that was just the start of the surprises! I'll get this out of the way first since it's mostly exciting to me specifically, but Mike played the intro to "Nothing Makes Sense Anymore" over the intro to "Overflow", the first time any part of that song has ever seen the stage! You love to see it! More relevant to you guys, though, is it looks like the encore rotation spot has been moved to the end of the main set! "Let You Fade" was played outside its usual encore position for the first time ever as the band slotted it in between "Numb" and "In The End". Can you imagine a run of "A Place For My Head", "In The End", and "Faint" to close out the main set? I don't know that I'd have any energy left for the encore! Sam Carter from Architects, one of the openers for this final string of shows, also came out on "One Step Closer"! Don't be surprised if you see him again tonight! On that note, what should we be looking for tonight? Obviously, I think it's fair to expect most of the rotations to be different (no "Let You Fade", "Stained", "Keys To The Kingdom" etc). The band already has a history of switching things up for a second night in the same city. Back in February, Linkin Park did back-to-back shows in Saitama, Japan, and they decided to swap out "Crawling" for "Points Of Authority" as a little treat for the night 2 folks. With the set changing even more than it was earlier this year, who knows what tricks they have up their sleeve? This is it! After tonight, Europe's only got one more show at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France! Europe will be well taken care of next year, though, with a hefty tour being planned for summer 2026. In the more immediate future, Linkin Park will be taking a well deserved couple weeks off from the stage before kicking off the second leg of the North American tour with a run of shows in Brooklyn, Boston, Boston again, and Newark! Maybe you'll see a few live aficionados if you happen to be going to those. Who knows? In other news, we started a newsletter to help keep everyone up to date on Linkin Park news: The Messenger! The second volume will be getting sent out soon, so sign up if that sounds interesting! You can also catch up here if you wanna see what you're getting into. Elsewhere, we're working hard on making the show pages better for you guys! Look no further than last night's show for proof! 4. We're in the home stretch now! The first of the final three shows on the From Zero European Tour is also the first of two nights in Frankfurt am Main, Germany! Within the band's storied history in Germany is a brief but fruitful history in the city of Frankfurt am Main. Linkin Park last played in the city on the Fall European Tour in 2014 in support of The Hunting Party. This show had the novelty of getting Set B for the second show in a row, likely because the band wanted to play Set A at the following show in Berlin, which was being filmed for a webcast and DVD release (the latter of which unfortunately never came to fruition). I doubt fans were too upset about this choice, though, since Set B had the new arrangement of "Dirt Off Your Shoulders/Lying From You", a full "With You", and "Somewhere I Belong" all going for it. They were also of course blessed with cross-set bangers like "Guilty All The Same", "Rebellion", and the Experience Version of "Castle Of Glass", which featured the still somewhat new A Thousand Suns interludes mixed into the latter half of the track. Speaking of A Thousand Suns, Linkin Park played the city for that album's fall European tour too! The band treated the city to a monster of a setlist, featuring one of the best 3 song runs in the band's history of "Faint", "When They Come For Me", and "No More Sorrow". I'm sure Germany had fun with that one! They also got a special "Bleed It Out" verse in the form of "Reading My Eyes" verse 1 over the intro thanks to a fan request at the meet and greet earlier that day! If that wasn't enough, Chester also sang the chorus of "Burning In The Skies" over the bridge for good measure. The show also had one of this writer's favorite openers: "Wretches And Kings" (featuring "The Requiem" and a retooled "The Radiance", of course). Yet another song that would be a welcomed addition to the show! This was a regular occurrence in the set at the time, but I do want to take this moment to highlight the Oppenheimer Outro that "Numb" had during this cycle. One of the best extensions this band has ever come up with. The Oppenheimer outro performed after "Numb" throughout the A Thousand Suns cycle. The band's first show in Frankfurt came during the 2008 Winter European Tour, and they clearly wanted to make a good impression since they added "Papercut" back to the set when it was absent the previous night. They also got a rare "Valentine's Day" performance (which even found its way onto the "Given Up" single) and an even rarer "Bloc Party" over the "Points Of Authority" intro! Since the show happened on Rob's birthday, "Bleed It Out" was stopped after his drum solo so Chester could lead the crowd in singing happy birthday to him! Between all that, a "No More Sorrow" show opener, "What I've Done" with its incredible AMBO Intro, and a powerful final duo of "Faint" and "One Step Closer", this was a truly eventful first show. Check out the band's first show in Frankfurt am Main in 2008! So, will this one live up to the rest? If the rest of this tour is anything to go by, all signs point to yes! Poland most recently had a slightly extended version of the festival set, featuring the shortened "Where'd You Go" before "Waiting For The End". They also switched up the structure a bit by dropping the encore rotation spot to add in the "ballad" spot that comes after "Lost" in the headlining set (though it followed "What I've Done" here), meaning Poland got to see the 2025 festival debut of "Over Each Other"! The other rotation slots were filled out by "Cut The Bridge" and "Lying From You", the former of which is looking more and more like it's just become a staple of the set (not that anyone at the shows seems to mind)! The show was of course rounded out by staples like "Heavy Is The Crown" and "Two Faced", which have been getting an incredible response! The crowds are really loving the From Zero stuff! Two Faced live from the Open'er Festival in Gdynia, Poland Looking back at the last headlining show also means looking back at the last show in Germany: Düsseldorf (funny how that works). We can take that pattern a step further by looking at the LAST last show in Germany that happened in Berlin, since both of those shows had nearly the exact same setlist! They even both had the Set B intros with the "Iridescent" vocal samples and "A Place For My Head" over the bridge of "Bleed It Out"! Now, they were still treated to the crowd-favorite "Cut The Bridge" and an increasingly-rare "Given Up", so it's hard to complain. Plus, Mike kept the streak of no two shows being the same alive by rapping "Petrified" over the extended transition in his solo medley, and obviously the punk rock rendition of "Numb" separates Düsseldorf from the Johnny Cash stylings of Berlin's. They could go for a turkey in Frankfurt (who could be upset about getting "Good Things Go" or "Let You Fade"?), but I don't think anyone would be too surprised if they switched things up. "IGYEIH" and "Points Of Authority" have only been played once each this leg of the tour, both in the Netherlands. Could they work their way into one of the seemingly ever-increasing amount of rotation slots in the set? "IGYEIH" live from Arnhem, Netherlands. This is the only time the song has been in the set on this leg so far Like I mentioned earlier, the band won't be going too far for their next show, seeing as they're doing another night at this venue to end Germany's 2025 Linkin Park experience. Don't fret, though, they're coming back next year! Looking outside Germany for a moment, France gets the honor of closing out the European Tour before the band heads back across the pond for a lengthy North American Tour! If you're going to the first couple shows, you might even see a couple familiar faces! On a different note, we've made it easier than ever to keep up with all things Linkin Park related without having to worry about staying glued to your screens all the time. Introducing The Messenger! It's a newsletter that we'll be sending out every couple weeks or so with all the latest Linkin Park and Linkin Park-adjacent news, so sign up if that sounds at all up your alley! You can even check out the first edition here if you wanna see what you're getting into. We're also working on building up some of the live-only song pages over on Linkinpedia! We are Linkin Park Live after all... Right now the focus is on the tracks from this era, so if, for example, you want to keep track of what verses Mike is doing over his solo (and you'll probably need an update after this show), head on over to its page! As always, we'll keep you posted on everything in the Linkin Park world, so be sure to sign up on the forums and follow us on social media (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook)!

  6. We've arrived at the final festival show for the From Zero European Tour, and the band has not let these shorter shows dull their energy! Tonight (technically tomorrow, but we'll get there), Linkin Park hits up the Open'er Festival in Gdynia, Poland for what is sure to be a fun night! This marks Linkin Park's first time playing this festival and their first time in Gdynia in general! They do have a history in Poland, though, going back to the Minutes To Midnight era in 2007. That show was also a shorter one due to the band opening for Pearl Jam, resulting in "Don't Stay" and "Given Up" getting cut, but the band still found time to play some fan-favorite deep cuts from Minutes To Midnight like "The Little Things Give You Away" and "No More Sorrow", both of which would be very welcome additions to the set! The show was rounded out by Linkin Park classics like "One Step Closer" opening the show with the first incarnation of the Gunshot Intro (which has been retooled a couple times now, with the latest being played on this very tour!) and "Faint" as the closer. Though the band skipped Poland for the A Thousand Suns era, they sure came back swinging during Living Things! With an opening run of "A Place For My Head", "Given Up", "Faint", the long awaited returns of "With You" and "Runaway", AND "From The Inside", it's like they asked one of our staff to come up with this set! The show being before Living Things even came out does mean the only cuts from that album were the pre-release songs ("Lies Greed Misery" and "Burn It Down"), but that didn't stop Mike from teasing what was to come with the incredible Apaches Intro for "Waiting For The End" featuring the third verse of "Until It Breaks". Not to mention the still-new-at-the-time Ballad Medley and the very inventive "Sabotage" bridge for "Bleed It Out". It's clear Linkin Park wanted to make up for lost time. Check out the band's first performance in Poland on June 13, 2007! Poland didn't have to wait too much longer for Linkin Park's return, though, with the band playing two shows in Poland during the The Hunting Party era. The first featured the somewhat infamous around these parts act-based set which paved the way for From Zero's sets (at least if you ask me). That set was even the birth of the "main" Mike and Joe solos (though both look totally different to what they'd end up being in 2024/2025)! It also featured the far too short-lived "Until It's Gone" mashup intro featuring parts of "The Catalyst" and "No More Sorrow", the seldom played "A Light That Never Comes", and of course The Hunting Party singles "Guilty All The Same" and "Wastelands". They returned the following year with their new setlist, opening with "Papercut", a "Waiting For The End" encore opener (an idea worth exploring again), and adding in fan favorites from The Hunting Party like "Rebellion", "Final Masquerade", and "A Line In The Sand", none of which have been seen since that tour. It's unlikely they dust any of those off for a festival show, but never say never! Speaking of The Hunting Party, the one semi-consistent inclusion this era ("Keys To The Kingdom") hasn't been played since the Grand Rapids show back in May! Could we finally see that make its comeback? Maybe even the one-and-done "All For Nothing"? Seems like it's still loaded up on their teleprompter! Most recently, Linkin Park played in Poland on their One More Light European Tour, headlining the Impact Festival. If the 2014 shows opened the door to an act-based structure for the set, this tour set the stage for the rotating songs. Poland got the privilege of seeing "A Place For My Head' added into the late-set rotation spot for the first time (a slot previously occupied by "Points Of Authority" or "Somewhere I Belong") after it won a Twitter poll, yet another thing Mike has been doing for some shows as of late. It also featured the first time Mike rapped "A Light That Never Comes" over the new "Castle Of Glass" Experience ending (the best sounding verse of the bunch in this writer's opinion). I would of course be remiss not to mention the plethora of One More Light tracks all over the set. From the widely celebrated "Talking To Myself" (complete with the stunning "Roads Untraveled" intro), the beautiful renditions of "One More Light" and "Nobody Can Save Me", and the lively new version of "Good Goodbye", it was a very nice change of pace to see the band actually playing most of their new album (yet ANOTHER trend that continued into this era)! "Nobody Can Save Me" from this show was even used for the One More Light Live release (albeit mixed with the Brixton performance)! "Nobody Can Save Me" live from Krakow, Poland. This clip features the audio from the One More Light Live release mixed with fancam video! Bringing it back to the present, what can Poland expect this time around? Well, we shouldn't have to look much further than the previous show in Belgium for an idea! We haven’t seen confirmation one way or another, but we’re expecting a shorter set like the other festivals on the tour. The band's festival set has shuffled around a few times, so it's hard to say what exactly we'll be getting, but that just makes the speculation all the more fun! "Cut The Bridge" recently made its festival debut, and it's quickly become a crowd favorite the same way "Bleed It Out" did back in the day, so we could very well see it again here. Rock Werchter also got "From The Inside" and "Lying From You" to round out its rotation slots, with the latter breaking up the "Let You Fade" and "A Place For My Head" trade-off in the encore we've seen for most of this tour. Even staples like "New Divide" have been swapped out at recent shows (something 2015 me thought I'd NEVER type), meaning all bets are off. "Crawling" could be in the encore tonight for all I know! Either way, we can be certain modern classics like "The Emptiness Machine", "Two Faced", and "Up From The Bottom" will take the stage by storm alongside older fan favorites like "In The End" and "What I've Done". It's sure to be a blast for everyone there! "Up From The Bottom" live from Rock Werchter. This song has quickly become a quintessential Linkin Park song! Oh, and a fun bit of trivia. Remember earlier when I said "technically tomorrow"? Well, that's because the band doesn't actually take the stage until after midnight, meaning the show really happens on the 6th! Yes, I'm that kid at the sleepover. For all intents and purposes, we count the show as being on July 5, but feel free to be as pedantic with that information as you please! Even with that technicality, the band still gets some time off before ending this leg of the tour with back-to-back nights in Frankfurt, Germany and a massive stadium show in Saint-Denis, France. Don't worry, though, cause the fun starts back up again a couple weeks later with the second North American leg of the tour! You can catch this girlie at the first five US shows (unfortunately have to skip Canada, sorry to disappoint). Now for some house keeping stuff: We started a newsletter! If you want regular updates on what's going on in the Linkin Park world without having to be constantly tuned in to social media 24/7 (and trust me, you'd have to be to catch everything), feel free to sign up for The Messenger! We're gonna be sending it out every couple weeks or so (no spam risks!), so feel free to sign up if you're interested! You can even check out the first edition here if you wanna see what you're getting into. We also did a massive upgrade to the show infoboxes by adding show count functionality! Want to know how many times the band has played in Poland? How many shows have been played on the From Zero World Tour so far? It's easier than ever to find out right from the show page! It's been a godsend for writing these posts... As always, we'll keep you posted on any and all things Linkin Park related, so be sure to sign up on the forums and follow us on social media (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook)!

  12. After an intense 3 show run in Mexico, Japan is next up for the From Zero World Tour with back to back shows at Saitama Super Arena! Linkin Park has hit the ground running this tour, capping off the Mexico leg in Monterrey, where they debuted Set C. The new set featured the return of the "Burn It Down" vocals over the various act intros, "Given Up" rounding out the "heavy" rotation slot in the middle of the set alongside "Casualty" and "Keys To The Kingdom", and had the revival of "From The Inside", which was last played during the One More Light tour in Birmingham, UK. This is also the first time the song was played in the encore, but it's a spot I wouldn't mind it sticking around in. It's certainly got the energy to help close out the show! That's not to mention the new arrangement of "Lost" to replace the shortened piano version and the new From Zero additions so far this year: "Overflow", "Good Things Go", and the bridge of "Cut The Bridge" over the "Bleed It Out" bridge. It's certainly shaping up to be an exciting tour! The tour debut of "From The Inside" from Monterrey, MX on February 5, 2025 Linkin Park has a pretty storied history in Japan, though they've only played in Saitama specifically twice. Both times were in 2007 where they did back to back nights at Saitama Super Arena. Sound familiar? The first night in the city featured an elusive full version of "Hands Held High" along with some of the band's strongest show and encore openers in "No More Sorrow" and "The Little Things Give You Away", respectively. If the band happens to be looking for ideas to surprise fans, I don't think anyone would be complaining about those picks! And if you feel like indulging in some nostalgia, check out this recording of the band's first night in Saitama 2007, which was obtained for the community by the late Nick Kramar (R.I.P.) Audience recording of the band's first night in Saitama, JP on November 23, 2007 Beyond Saitama, there's no shortage of history to pull from as far as Linkin Park in Japan goes. The band last played in the country as part of the promotional campaign for One More Light, where Mike and Chester played a piano version of "Heavy" for NTV's News Zero. Their last "proper" shows were during the Living Things tour when they played Summer Sonic 2013. On top of Mike and Chester joining Steve Aoki later in the night to premiere their collaboration "A Light That Never Comes", it was also a truly stellar performance from the band (a performance so good it led to us getting a quick shoutout from Mike). "Lost In The Echo" in particular from that show is among the band's best performances in this writer's opinion. Hopefully it's not a permanent casualty of the new year setlist change. "Lost In The Echo" live from Summer Sonic 2013 in Osaka, JP Probably the most iconic moment across Linkin Park's time in Japan was the world premiere of "QWERTY" in 2006. The song has become a longstanding fan favorite, but has been relegated to deep-cut purgatory since the Minutes To Midnight era ended (plus a short stint as the conjoined twin of "VICTIMIZED"). That being said, "QWERTY" was made a single as part of the Papercuts promotional campaign, and "All For Nothing" getting its debut in Arlington proves that the band is willing to pull out songs we thought were totally out of the question. Could we see it make its long anticipated return in Japan? Along those same lines, the first and only snippets of "No Roads Left" to ever be played live were in Chiba and Yokohama, Japan back in 2011. With how much Mike's singing voice has improved over the years, I'd wager he could pull off the whole song nowadays. Just throwing that out there... "QWERTY" live from Tokyo, JP on August 13, 2006 It's gonna be an early one folks! The show seemingly starts at 6:00 PM, which is in the wee hours of the morning over here in the US. No openers for this one either, so it's all business! After this, Linkin Park is gonna stick around for another night before heading off to Jakarta to wrap up both the Asian leg of the tour and the first "mini-leg" of the tour overall. We'll be sure to keep you all up to date on everything going on in the Linkin Park world both here on the forums and on all our various channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook)!

  15. See! Don’t ever let someone tell you your vote doesn’t matter!
  16. I'd agree that Casualty is more interesting, but I still don't think it's very good. For my ranking, spots 4-8 could probably go in just about any order
  17. And with that, we are finished! The Emptiness Machine - 6 Good Things Go - 5 In an ending that honestly surprised me, Good Things Go has emerged as the victor of the LPLive From Zero Election!
