I don't think so. WTCFM didn't have any instrumental components in the medley, and IBG was never in the medley. We do know they rehearsed WTCFM for Carnivores, but IBG is "new".

A pretty safe bet is just to assume he plays the root notes of the powerchords. I'm not 100% sure that's what he's doing in ALITS, but you usually can get pretty close by following that. If you want the specific guitar number based on Astat's tabs, 1/2 is pretty much that.

We could just ask Astat for his isolated guitar track. It'd somehow be more accurate than the actual studio version

They've charged $40 every year they've streamed it. It comes with a bunch of extra shit, usually, all of which will be meaningless to most people here. A stream-only option would be nice, but they've never done that before.
