  1. No. We didn't have anything to write about it. There are a lot of random instrumental demos in making of/lptv/lputv's. There's just no way to create sections for them all. We do have a list of working titles there, so it could be one of the songs in the list: http://linkinpedia.com/index.php?title=List_Of_Unreleased_Songs#Meteora I guess there's just no way to know.
  2. Kind of related: Korn released their cover of "We Care A Lot" from Korn Kovers. http://www.theprp.com/2016/09/08/news/korn-cover-faith-no-asking-alexandria-cover-slipknot-new-metal-hammer-cd/

  4. The second version of the Xero tape (with the baby on the cover) have the lyrics of Reading My Eyes in the insert (only Mike's verses). Are the lyrics there in the first version (with the shopping cart on the cover) too?

  8. Wasn't that only in the demo CDs? http://lplive.net/wiki/db/lists/comparison-guide
  9. It's an ambulance. That's what it means. What we have in the Downloads page is the original 1999 issue. If you downloaded it, the songs on the LPU version are exactly the same. The only difference is that the LPU version sounds louder. We can't post links for official material that's still available for sale in the forums, but you can buy a digital version of the LPU version in the LPU store.
  10. "Under Attack" is a fake name. The song was always called "Crawling". The version you're talking about comes from the 9-track demo CD from February 11, 2000: http://lplive.net/downloads.php
  11. Can you tell us more about the studio? Like its name.

  16. I think the whole point of opening the recording process to fans through social media is not having to release a making of documentary for this album. They didn't do a making of for The Hunting Party and people never shut up about it. While I agree that this last update was kind of useless, they have already given us a lot about this album. We know their approach for creating the songs, we know who they're collaborating with, we got a few sneak peeks of elements of new songs, we even got a 360° studio tour video. For previous albums, we wouldn't know anything at all until after it was released. What I see a lot of people saying is that these are not real updates because they don't give us new music. The band has spoken many times about how playing and releasing Qwerty was a mistake because it gave the fans a wrong idea of what Minutes To Midnight would sound like and they wouldn't make that mistake again.
  17. "Wednesday Was A Good Day" was a parody of Ice Cube's "It Was A Good Day" created by Jawbone (american technology company). It was part of their campaign for the JAMBOX Bluetooth Speaker. The concept of the video is described in their YouTube channel: Basically, Mike Shinoda watched the video and liked it but decided to add a few more elements from Ice Cube's original song to their song. The remix was uploaded to Mike's YouTube channel and posted in his blog.
  18. Daron created Rebellion and left the arrangements and lyrics up to LP. You can see on the booklet that he was credited as songwriter (while Page was only credited as an additional musician). They originally wanted him to work on Guilty All The Same but he didn't have anything to add to the song.
  19. You can find a list here: http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=9779&do=findComment&comment=188676 This person put together the demos available in each bundle: 2012: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-oAEIW0rxZU 2014: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcABpeEqWbc Demos like Episodes (with only 1 sound available) are not there though. You can hear the full songs (instrumentals) from the first bundle here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWx98XE3_bg And download Asteroids (from the second bundle) here: http://lplive.net/forum/?showtopic=11425 ----------------------------- Since we're talking about Stagelight, I have a question: Does anybody has a list of the demos used in the "Loop Jam"s and "Asteroids"?
  20. Updated.

  22. I wouldn't be surprised if this song is meant for the new Linkin Park album as this is exactly the kind of sound I was expecting from it. For them, "experimentation" pretty much means going in the same direction everybody else is going anyway. I wouldn't discard the possibility of this being a track for a Blackbear release though. The song being recorded at Linkin Park's studio means nothing. "Waiting For Tomorrow" was supposedly recorded there too. Remember how Mike posted a clip of "Like Riding A Bike" and everybody thought it was a new Linkin Park song? Then the track got released a few days later by Hot Karl. And this time it wasn't even Mike who posted the clip. Would the band actually allow someone else to reveal a demo from their upcoming album like this? (Non-rhetorical question here) And are you guys really sure the clip posted by Mike is from the same song? Could be something else entirely. By the way, to whoever said Martin Garrix announced in November that he was working with Linkin Park: he never said that.
