Epic fail. Joe was just using some kind of sample...call in Astat, he probably knows the exact movie/thing it's from lol.

Yeah first of all, DBS is a joke. Julien-K, not so much, lol. Brandon in Julien-K live was great. If you haven't seen Julien-K live you can't comment on that. He brings it on the backing vocals and rocks out. DBS, he just stands there and looks bored (who wouldn't, lol oops).

At least this rapes 8BR. Hated the 8BR theme because of many reasons: -rotating banners that looked exactly like we had here on LPLive (the style, etc) -8 bit theme in 2010 = fail, good god looked sooooo ugly -many more this is much better. the pics are weird but I guess if they have something to do with the album then thats cool. I hope they do their own artwork for this CD and not do it MTM style (LP doesn't make any art themselves). then make the website centered around that art like the LP.com in 03 with Meteora, chyeaaa. looks good. wish the Catalyst link worked. TOURDATES needs a space but otherwise it's good. oh, and the times on the shows from 6pm-7pm need to be fixed...just a bunch of small stuff.

Highly doubt they are playing any shows. LP show/tour rehearsals don't start until early September. It's still July. I don't believe this at all.

Linkin Park White Hybrid Theory Shirt Signed
hahninator replied to GingerLP's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Please tell me this isn't Sal. This is a great shirt. I have the blue one. Machine Shop just gave out a white one on Twitter a few days ago. Sigs look SOOO old, from like 2001 lol. Chester NEVER signs like that. -
Why did you make a new account and post that? I don't understand.

LOL OSC into BIO is the most anticlimatic way to end the show...ever. I'm pretty sure if LP played OSC then tried to play BIO right after, I'd just say OSC was the last song and go home That's the equivalent of playing Faint w/ ext. outro into Pushing Me Away (Piano Version). The shows will be late in the year, I bet they play My December too

Your sig is sooooooooo big man lol. DSP's ftw.

It'd be awesome. More shows in South America = win.

LPL user blaster667 posted in Got News? today and informed of us a newspaper article that says LP is working on playing a second show in Chile. The same newspaper that FIRST reported the band was playing in Santiago well before it was announced is now reporting that negotiations are well under way for a second show in Chile, this time at Santiago's Teatro Caupolicán. I believe that this venue seats only about 5,000. HOWEVER, the date they are giving is the 11th of October, the day LP is in Brazil. We all know they won't do two shows in one day so it's possible it could be on the 10th or the 12th. The article says that it was not announced initially because Linkin Park is a big international attraction for the Maquinaria Festival and they didn't want to hurt ticket sales for that festival by announcing two LP shows at once in the same city. It also says that they are not worried about the attendance for the second show due to a big demand for LP in Chile. The article tells us that the promoter is doing something that is fairly common in Chile, and they draw an analogy to the 2009 show by the band Faith No More. With that band, the promoter had them play a show at a huge venue and then a few days later played a small, intimate concert. With all the info the article gives on the promoter and details about the band in Chile, it seems that the promoter is trying pretty hard to get a 2nd show. LP already is playing on the 11th so it'd have to be another day. The point is, it seems they are trying to get LP back in Santiago for another show immediately after the festival. This is just a rumor, but hopefully this ends up happening! This would be LP's third show in South America this year. Source here. Thanks to blaster667 for the heads up and linkin_boss for the translation and discussion on the article!

Old LP logo is holding up the new album.

People said that for She Couldn't and we shared it

Brandon added a LOT to their live show. He was really good, especially on backing vocals. I don't really like Fu.

In an email from Ryan Shuck to the members subscribed via email to Julien-K.com.... Message To The Inner Circle 7.6.10 To our beloved Inner Circle, We will continue to give you guys special information, privileges, and opportunities straight from the band – so here is a big one. You guys can disseminate this information as you see fit, as you are our most trusted fans. Brandon has left the band due to creative differences. He was genuinely not happy with the direction we have been taking on the new record – the band on the other hand is excited and enjoying exploring new territory. We can barely contain ourselves and our new material. Unfortunately a situation like this can only mean parting ways. We remain good friends, and we love Brandon like a little brother. After touring with Dead By Sunrise, we saw first hand that Fu is perfect to replace Brandon in the live setting – Fu has always been an unofficial 5th member of Julien-K, in addition to a major contributing writer. Now we have a chance to include him in the Julien-K live show – pretty exciting for us as Fu brings a totally new perspective with regards to how we do what we do live (technically), which will give us the impetus we need to continue to push and make our live shows more interesting. Looking forward to meeting our European fans....! RS Wow, totally shocked. Unbelievable. Thoughts?

"A thousand Suns" to be released earlier?
hahninator replied to Yass's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Wrong. You were totally incorrect about that post you put up with the album name less than a week ago. You guys seem to hear rumors and jump the gun and confirm it's real when it's not. More false news comes out of LPBR than any other LP fansite. Just saying. Don't say no one congratulated you - I congratulated you on South America. In almost every big post I put up about it too. -
Sounds/looks like a clone copy/hijack of our audio/video areas on LPLive, especially seeing the words "Build your Linkin Park live collection."

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. This sure is risky, advertising this on LPL when we just got owned by LP mgmt for posting the Aussieland DSPs. Especially since LP mgmt, WBR and others check this site daily....have fun getting raped lol. DSPs are NOT allowed by them anymore anywhere. It'd be ok with just regular shows BUT WAIT I just remembered, this is LPLive and we already do that here. I commend you for trying new and different projects but this just isn't the right one. Good luck, keep trying new things if you want to make an impact in the LP community. That's how LPL came about ambition!

LP working on hi-tech visual technology for live performances
hahninator replied to zaneroks94's topic in Live Talk
Muse = best live band in the world -
First what we are doing is making a mobile version of the site. So you view LPL on a mobile device (iPhone, Blackberry, Droid, etc) and it's all good to go. Very easy to navigate, etc. Then an app for the iPhone comes after that. Not sure about Droid, etc expansion yet at this point. First priority is the mobile version and we'll go from there.
