  1. Haha that's how One Step Closer was played every time from 2000-2006.
  2. $100 is pretty fucking insane for the music industry. I mean damn, I'd never pay that for LP. Muse is $50~, Foo Fighters play almost 3 fucking hours (double the LP show length) for $75, Dave Matthews Band is $85.
  3. Is Bruiser not here at all?
  4. LMAO some of the crowd is like WTF is this shit?! The ones that aren't 21~ years old are like OSC doesn't really fit in to this show at all but it's cool for sure. Chester jamming on the bridge but the song sounds really odd. Love it when Chester performs with Camp Freddy though. Pretty solid. Still, nothing beats this: 4:30 is fucking GOLD. I mean one of the best things I've ever seen Chester do. He EXPLODES when the song kicks in lol looks like he enjoys the Camp Freddy stuff about 100x more than 17 out of 19 Linkin Park songs every show.
  5. Chester does more than you think. Remember that he came up with the Shadow Of The Day guitar solo melody on piano? He wrote it, and Brad learned it and translated it into the guitar part you hear on the CD. And in LPTV you can see Mike and Chester making the lyrics for Catalyst. Chester does a lot of the vocal work and also some other stuff, like he writes some small parts of songs.
  6. It's about time P5hng Me A*wy and Figure.09 come back.
  7. Voted for: Rock In Rio: First DSP of 2012, first time we get With You, Runaway, etc again. So instantly a favorite especially after it was webcasted. Bucharest: APFMH. Crowd rocking. Bristow: First US show. Great crowd and band in A+ shape. Love the new setlist. Wish With You had the Game Of Thrones intro though. Camden: My favorite setlist. Epic. LPU Summit too, but that Set B encore, mmmmmm. Alpharetta: Loved this show, the reorganized Set B was great. WTCFM, SIB, WY - great run of songs. Sao Paulo: This webcast was insane with the crowd. Band loved it and fed off of it. Great show. Rio Night 1: Insanely loud crowd but band in tip top shape here. Cape Town: And an even louder crowd. Props to the POA fuckup, loved that haha.
  8. That's a good thing if they never play SKIN TO BONE live But in general I agree with you - Blackout and Burning In The Skies never got much of a chance in the USA.
  9. I have no idea I asked Derek to come take a look, we'll see what he says.
  10. 01. No More Sorrow (Long Intro) 02. Figure.09 03. When They Come For Me (w/ Empty Spaces & megaphone) 04. VICTIMIZED (fuck LIVING THINGS, I'll take another Meteora song, lol) 05. A Place For My Head (Cleveland 2004 version - looooong intro, really extended bridge, Chester exploding)
  11. Vote for as many as you like, but be realistic. Vote for your FAVORITE DSPs from 2012! The ones you listen to the most or that you find are the best for whatever reason. And then comment with what you picked and tell why! Ready, set, go! Sorry for the weird organization on the poll - apparently you can only have so many choices per question so I had to split it up. And for reference and a refresher, here's a list of all the 2012 shows released as DSPs before you vote: Europe 26.05 Lisboa, PT - Rock In Rio 27.05 Landgraaf, NL - Pinkpop 30.05 Skive, DK - Skive 01.06 Adenau, RP - Rock am Ring 03.06 Nürnberg, BY - Rock im Park 06.06 Bucharest, RO 08.06 Nickelsdorf, AT - NovaRock 09.06 Warsaw, PL - Orange Warsaw Festival 10.06 Moscow, RU - Maxidrm 12.06 Odesa, UA - Prostorock 14.06 St. Petersburg, RU North America (Honda Civic Tour, Canada, & Mexico) 11.08 Bristow, VA 12.08 Uncasville, CT 14.08 Mansfield, MA 17.08 Camden, NJ 19.08 Alpharetta, GA 21.08 Auburn Hills, MI 22.08 Cincinnati, OH 24.08 Tinley Park, IL 25.08 Noblesville, IN 27.08 Dallas, TX 28.08 Woodlands, TX 30.08 Englewood, CO 01.09 Calgary, AB - X-FEST 02.09 Edmonton, AB - SONiC BOOM 04.09 Vancouver, BC 05.09 Tacoma, WA 10.09 Chula Vista, CA 14.09 Mexico City, MX South America 05.10 Buenos Aries, AR 07.10 São Paulo, SP 08.10 Rio de Janeiro, RJ 10.10 Rio de Janeiro, RJ 12.10 Porto Alegre, RS South Africa 07.11 Cape Town, ZA 10.11 Johannesburg, ZA
  12. Or just make a poll of the best ones. I'll do it now.
  13. Anything I need to add to the show notes except Mike in the crowd? http://lplive.net/shows/20121208.php WID singalong outro? New Divide short synth intro?
  14. Yeah but even though I love how audible it is live, I can understand their frustrations lol. Waiting For The End sounded like total crap live until this year because of how audible Chester was "rapping" mid song and how audible Mike was singing "Chester's parts" even though I'm sure both of those are on the studio version. Hatttttted it.
  15. COG live sounds really good. What a total shame if they drop this song before they do another US tour. Hope they keep it for whenever they tour here again. LOVE how high Chester sings on it. Sounds fucking great - easily the best sounding LIVING THINGS song they've played yet, just right above VICTIMIZED (which would be #1 if Mike didn't shy away from the microphone on verse 1). Drop LGM immediately lol Typical LP. World tour -> play Blackout and Burning In The Skies only a few times here -> well fuck it, let's move on, drop them both
  16. I'll take New Divide 13 times in a row before LGM, lol....this song wow. VICTIMIZED/QWERTY would have been 100x better.
  17. lmao censor fail. L.A. SING. THIS. SHIT. What in the hell is going on lol, a normal webcast would have worked just fine for this without KROQ butchering the show.
  18. Faint? Where the hell is the first song?
  19. They are live right now, wtf. Only on their 5th song.
  20. Webcast starts in just a few minutes! Rise Against is tearing it up right now. http://kroq.cbslocal.com/the-23rd-annual-k...istmas-webcast/
  21. Yep good catch, that's true. Shinoda is going to Austin for the Dell event so I don't think LP would play at this.
  22. Sounds like LIVING THINGS to me, almost a BURN IT DOWN-sounding song.
  23. No that's not Bruiser either. That has a LIVING THINGS sound to it. Bruiser has an ATS feel and the samples are like cut up and used like the Wretches samples, if that makes sense. Almost everyone that heard it at the Summit immediately said "reminds me of Wretches & Kings" after the guy played 90~ seconds of it.
