  1. How was Invisible chosen over Sorry For Now??? SFN is going to wind up as one of my favorite LP songs ever.
  2. There is no leak yet.
  3. Favorite to least favorite: 01. Sorry For Now 10/10 02. One More Light 10/10 03. Talking to Myself 8/10 04. Invisible 7/10 05. Good Goodbye 7/10 06. Halfway Right 6/10 07. Heavy 6/10 08. Nobody Can Save Me 5/10 09. Sharp Edges 5/10 10. Battle Symphony 4/10
  4. Not literally, but the point remains that they love talking about how many ideas they had, and how they made an effort to write one complete song per day, but this is still their shortest album ever. I like all the songs and I'm going to like this album, I just wish it were a bit longer.
  5. My whole issue is that they took all this time to record, and love to say shit like "we recorded 7 million demos for this record!" but we're left with 10 songs and their shortest album ever.
  6. Genius must have corrected the error, because I see "heard". "Hurt" wouldn't make sense either within the context of the line.
  7. Well that's what matters. I certainly can't say I would be disappointed in person. They could open with In Between and I would still love it just because I was seeing LP live LOL
  8. It's a great song, but I wouldn't have that as an opener. I look for the opener to be really high energy like OSC or something. TTM is better in the middle as a breather.
  9. This is hilarious and awesome lol
  10. You're right. I've already canceled. I'll be wrapping up my membership next April.
  11. It's going to destroy THP in terms of sales. It won't flop.
  12. This is my least favorite so far. It's ok. Just a little boring compared to the rest. Still not a "bad" song though.
  13. My presale never even started. Got an email saying they messed up and it would actually be on May 19th..only to find out that date was also wrong and it's now May 16th.
  14. So the email correcting the original mistake contained a new mistake? Jeez....
  15. I'm gonna listen. Somebody on here the other day, I think Nick, made the point that hearing the songs individually before the album drops won't ruin the experience of listening to the album in full and hearing those songs again in the context of the entire album. I agree with that logic.
  16. Got an email related to Houston saying they gave the wrong date. New date - May 19th, not 9th.
  17. Oh wow. I thought the groups went in order. You're right though it is ridiculous. I've been refreshing waiting for them to get their stuff together... This is set to be my first LP show, and I can't even buy tickets.
  18. I'm in group 2 for Houston. Noon was my time. I use the link provided, click the LP presale link, and I'm led to a page saying that it's not available yet. The presale, according to the venue's website, starts on May 16th. I am beyond frustrated, because it's not like I needed multiple copies of the same album. I'm starting to feel a little bit ripped off.
  19. I would be willing to bet "it was over before it's begun" is the correct line for the second verse, and Mike just messed up in rehearsal.
  20. Lol I actually thought about that after I posted.. that makes sense.
  21. Could he have been referring to the promo CD that came out not too long after this?
  22. This is confirmed? Or are we going by recent history?
  23. It's not that bad. You guys had me thinking this would be the worst video I've ever seen, and it really wasn't terrible lol. It's pretty ironic that the majority of LP's fan base find silliness to be unacceptable, since Mike and especially Chester seem to be silly all the time. It's not like LP is an ultra-serious band that takes themselves super seriously at all times. I wouldn't enjoy the band as much if that were the case.
  24. Justin

    Japan Promo

They probably won't be playing Rebellion, unless they specifically confirmed it. If they did, I apologize lol
  25. I've been saying two things about LP and New Orleans since 2007. One is that if they come here, they need to play in the Superdome. The other is that if they play TLTGYA with the images of the aftermath of Katrina on the screens...it could be one of the most emotional and unforgettable moments of their touring career. Especially if they play it here as a one-off surprise and it's not part of their normal set (which I'm sure it won't be). Even (almost) 12 years later, that would be amazing.
