Holy hotcakes! I just gained like 10lbs of pure 100% excitement EDIT: August is gonna be a fuckin epic month! We'll get The Catalyst and we should get tracklisting, album art, bonus cd info, catalyst music video, maybe more previews/early reviews and maybe even a leak or two!

Looking at it more, I think it could possibly be a pupil from somebody's eye. The person we see taking the photo is just the reflection from the pupil. Just a thought that's all

From the two video set photos we've seen, I've come to the following conclusion... Joe secretly wants to play bass from here on out! Hear me out. Phoenix takes some time to pose for a promo pic, all the while he's oblivious to the stampeding elephant behind him. Meanwhile, Joe, Chester and suspicious lookin mustache dude are behind the camera lookin on. Turns out that suspicious lookin mustache dude is the elephants trainer and Joe hired him to take Phoenix out of the picture...permantly! Hence the pleased look on Joe's face All the while, Chester looks on in horror, helpless to save the Phoenix! Thus Joe's plan was successful and he is now the bassist of LP. This explains the remix contest. LP are lookin for someone with remix skills to take Joe's place now that he plays bass. Phoenix may be gone but never forgotten

BIO or Faint should be the closer IMO. Song wise, they're better closers than OSC. Popularity amongst LP fans however, would lean towards OSC closing out the show. They could go with a new closer from the new album but we'll have to wait and see. I personally would like OSC to open and then Faint/BIO to close.

I'm not saying that. What I am saying is that based on what we've been given thus far, it would indicate that Joe may have a lesser role in the song. Its by no means a given and I do hope he's got some part to play in the song. I suppose what I said could also apply to Phoenix as we got no bass stems! Although, no bass on the song would be extremely unlikely but interesting none the less!

What does Joe do on stage???? He directs the bands live performance, thats what! As to the songs he's involved in - see F.09 (Live in Texas). Fuckin awesome! But alas, judging from the stems of The Catalyst we got, it might well indicate that Mr. Hahn has no big part to play in the song (

I think if they are going to keep songs from HT and Meteora then I hope they tweek them a little to keep them as fresh as possible. An extended intro or extended outro like they've done with Faint or NMS would be cool on some other tracks that they haven't done it on. If they do keep SIB and Numb then I'd love to see the extended intros they did at RAR '04 come back! Maybe they'll even do some new acoustic versions of songs similar to what they've done with PMA.

Don't know whether this is true or not but......maybe management at Warner have a say on what songs they do and do not play when touring. I'd like to think they don't but you never know! Its likely management would want the hits to be primary focus to draw in the crowds (outside of hardcore LP fans) and thus make themselves a sweeeet profit! Just a thought thats all!

I might get some grief for saying this but I’d like to see Crawling, ITE and OSC dropped from the setlist. These songs have been played to death IMO so I’d like to see them left out of next touring cycle. That way, I could grow to miss them and crave for them to return! I’d be happy for LOATR to be dropped – don’t like it and it can seriously slow down the show when played in the middle of a setlist. I like PoA to stick around with Mike maybe throwing his Blackbirds rap in the mix to it. Love to see QWERTY and ATL played but highly doubt it. Bring back Step up/NL/Its Goin Down mash up cause that shit is epic! APFMH and F.09 would be amazing if played regularly. Not a big fan of rotating set lists. Think about it. Lets say they play APFMH during one which fans would love. Then the next show they drop it and seriously piss off a lot of fans who would have been expecting them to play it. I think they should arrange one setlist and stick to it. My thoughts anyway

Would have preferred if it wasn't explicit but won't mind if the language compliments the songs rather than them just being in the song for the sake of it. Can't freakin wait for this album!

The difficulty of these puzzles are seriously gone downhill since the binary puzzle! This puzzle is just a repeat of the previous but with added 3+ jigsaw difficulty! But I agree, A thousand suns\\ September

I hope the next puzzle is As difficult as the binary one! It's no good giving us a new puzzle, solving it super quick and then having to wait a few days/week for the next puzzle. As for 'The Catalyst' and 'A Thousand Suns', I think they're track names as I can't see LP giving us the album title first and then the track names. They've said previously they suck at picking album names but they always nail it in the end! I just don't see either of the two puzzle answers we've got as possible album titles. That's my two cents! P.S. - I'm actually liking 'PUZZLES' as a possible album title now! :0P
