maaaaaaaaan that's some good shit right there. The previews just seem to build in awesomeness. -
The one thing I don't absolutely love is the electro drum beat. It's cool, it's different, but it just feels strange to me. Other than that: LP has officially smashed the shit out of that god awful 'nu-metal' classification. Just hearing thirty seconds of this makes me love the entire new sound. The HT/Meteora sound was great, but it didn't feel...original. This feels original.

First track feels like an instrumental intro of some sort, but I'm guessing that if it is, it'll be the only track under 3:30, maybe even under 4:00. 15 tracks, fucking awesome. Titles, different. And strange. In a good way. The Catalyst's placement is interesting too, the lead single's never been so close to the end of the album before.

You know, I was feeling kinda bad after I made my post before. Then Mike quoted me in his most recent blog post. Positively meant or not, it's pretty awesome. I do still stand by what I said though. Art is art, it doesn't need explanation.
