Personally, anyone who doesn't like the '08 CD has no sense of humor! I agree, its not something you can listen to all the time, and B-sides demos would have been WAY better, but it shows LP's talent. Come on, the Monty Pythons would be proud! anyway, regarding LPU9, hopefully it will be good mix of b-sides/demos/remixes/live tracks. After the reaction of last year & the year before they'd be stupid not to! Besides, some fan clubs dont even get a CD! we should count ourselves lucky!

Yes, I've got it. Its a B-side to his '03 album "Closer" its not bad at all, it has a very big sound to it compared to LP's version. But I always go back & listen to LP's after. You can't beat the original. but hey, if anyone should cover it, Groban's the man (or at least "the man for Xmas songs" )

Astat's right. I mean, look at "she Couldn't" that hardly sounds like anything off of HT. I wouldn't be surprised if "Be Yourself" was exactly like that. Besides, both tracks where cut for any of the albums/eps because of sounding so different. Hell, even "Dedicated" was cut, and that was more LP's style than those tracks where.

Thats a relief to know. It has such an epic & dark feel compared to most of the other songs we've heard. I hope the rest of the album has a bit more of the WIC vibe going on. "in the darkness" seems the most similar so far.

Yeh forget what other people say, this really would be epic. LP should complete shed away their poppy/radio friendly style (see Numb, LOATR etc) & go completly the other way. Imagine the styles of "Part of me" combined with TLTGYA. Insanely powerfull. Sure this enevitably would make it their least comercial album ever, but it'll certainly be their best.

Yeah, yeah i no OVERALL Mike Pwns DBS, but chaz has actually announced it to be a ongoing project. Everytime FM is mentioned to Mike he trails off & says "my FM energy will be on the next LP album" which is a shame

Wow, this really is terrific news! new DBS albums every 5 years!? new Acoustic tracks, and a cover!? FORT MINOR FO' SHAME! Plus that little bit at the end regarding LP... EPIC!

Thats a shame, but if its not good, its not good. We'd probably be really disopointed. But I know what Mog214 means, it sounds so tempting. cut from the album because it was too dark!? if its anything darker than Manson's mix of "by myself"... who knows? Ah well...

SETLIST I: "Minutes to Midnight" + QWERTY + ASP + No Roads left + lockjaw & New Divide (17 songs) SETLIST II: "Meteora" + A.06 + Wish + SoldMySoul2YoMama (16 songs) SETLIST III: "Hybrid theory" + High Voltage remix (13 songs) SETLIST IV: "HTEP" + Reading My Eyes + Dedicated (9 songs) now THAT would be epic!

Yeah thats partly the main reason why I want With You back in the setlist - to my knowledge we never got a soundboard recording of this intro. - tho if there has, someone please send it to me! xD it sounded epic! & I agree completely with everyone else, to bring back the Reanimation bridge to 1stpklsr & an acoustic version of Numb be it piano or acoustic guitar - the orginals getting boring, it needs a fresh new sound. Another song that really needs something new is "lying from You" give it a new outro like Faint & it'll rock!

Fantastic! It isn't as raw as I expected, but the production really suits it well. It's gonna be one of those songs that the more times you hear it, the more different sounds & instruments you'll pick out. Again, Fantastic!

Voted "Walking in Cirlces" - Epic win The thing is, I havent heard a bad song yet! - Though I must admit I wasn't too keen on Fire at first, but after a few more listens I love it. Heres my order of best .... Walking in Circles - First time I heard it, I loved it. the music & melodies & everything about it is epic In The Darkness - Love it in the same way as WIC, the chorus is so hauntingly beautiful. Let Down - Been listening to it for the past 5 years! & love it the more times I hear it xD fantastic ballad Crawl Back In - Such an awesome "in your face" rocker. Something old skool about it + clever lyric My Suffering - Yes the orginal was better. it was like OSC with the same energy. it would have been higher if chaz didnt mellow out the verses though now it sounds like a mix of "Faith No More" & "Nirvana"! Fire - Real good musicianship in this. & it screams of "Grey Daze" Morning after - Still really fond of this track, but all the others seemed to have blowed it out the water - maybe thats why Chaz cut it from the album xD

Not bad man Though "Don't want the world staking death through my heart" should be "Don't want the world second guessing my heart" The bridge should be: "Sometimes I lie, sometimes I crawl, Sometimes I feel like, I wanna die!" & im pretty sure its "I wanna crawl back in"

Thanks dude! This is so cruel for non-Aus fans. I dont get why on earth it had to be just an Aussy exclusive. Wasn't it suppose to be a european single anway? But for what you've described, I have no doubts that the album version will be epic! Can't wait to hear more
