Adam wouldn't say we'd be happy to hear that. Plus Mike was just on the Nerdist podcast a few months ago talking about how the band hopes to continue to make music. And wasnt it a Philly radio station that "reported" a year or so ago about an LP Greatest Hits album?

Random demo names and the official announcement of the album title are two completely different things. So what, you don't think they'll reveal the album title until it's available for purchase?

Good point. And there'd be no reason to announce the date of a press release obviously.

Yeah I didn't mean there were 2 big announcements coming. Just happy to know there's a bunch of news coming our way soon. This isn't sports, they aren't going to stand at some podium and announce everything and then field reporter's questions (I think). I don't get why people even thought there would ever be a "press conference" to announce the album.

If he could be talking about something completely different, that means there's something completely different to talk about. So there's 2 big things. My brain hurts.

It's gotta be the album title and release date. Track-list and cover and single release date would be extra awesome.

EDIT: According to BILD (Germanys biggest newspaper) the album is coming out in September! There was an exclusive preview of the new record held at the Warner Music Headquarters in Hamburg. If the album is going to possibly be announced this month (as in this week), push everything up a month.

I wonder if Mike will use Ustream to give little album previews like some bands do. Warner might have a problem with that though.

Finally. So excited for this week. I feel like it should be announced then.

Yeah no way is the album released in summer and then they wait to tour until October 20th. Only way that statement proves true at all is if it's early September and there are more tour dates announced before 10/20.

Mike has said the new album isnt like New Divide, he said the new album is more "introverted." As for the song, I actually like New Divide a LOT more now than I did when it first came out. And I'm not sure why.

Adam, care to comment on the LP at Woodstock rumors?

A Place For My Head had that weird piano/beat/Mr. Hahn scratching at one point. Someone posted it on here. I dunno if that counts as an intro or interlude.
