  2. I fucking love it. Awesome! Makes me wanna scream when I hear the chorus, so much energy.
  3. It's working only for Germans. Comment when something interesting happens, please!
  4. She IS going, she said that she won tickets via linkinpark.de. And @LPFreak64, the press conference is in 5 minutes, she can't answer you. xD

  6. There is a new interview on MTV.com that includes Dave commenting the album cover and the new video for "The Catalyst". "Linkin Park have spent much of the past year touting the overall insanity of their upcoming A Thousand Suns album (it's a "grandiose insanity," in case you were wondering), and that idea certainly carries over into the first single, an aching slice of synth doomery titled "The Catalyst." It seems that, every step of the way, the band is trying very hard to move beyond their nu-metal roots. So it should come as no surprise, too, that the video for "Catalyst" is a far different animal. " Click to read the entire interview here. Thoughts?
  7. The previous pictures looked awful to me, but these are just awesome. Looks like it's gonna be a kick-ass video! And I love the concept! Not that I didn't expect something like that, that's just what I wanted it to be! Great!
  8. When does "Loveline" begin?
  9. Love ROTW. The best one so far has been the last one imo, but they're all awesome. I hope you continue doing it.
  10. It's a version without scratching, though I'm not quite sure. It's virtually the same as the original. EDIT: Yeah, now I checked it. There's no scratching, it can be heard during the "Shut up!" part.

  12. Don't worry about that 'synthpop' part. 'The Catalyst' has some elements of this genre imo, though I'd rather use the term 'synthrock'. Anyway, I'm sure the album's not gonna be synthpop, it just has more electronica. Synthpop's not a bad genre - think of Depeche Mode, but I doubt that it's gonna be the ATS' genre.
  13. It wasn't that bad. We heard only one full recording of the chorus (after the 'transmissions echoing away' part) and there are several parts, which are really way off, but I'm sure he succeeded in recording them better later. Do you think that he recorded the vocals for New Divide or What I've Done from the first try? Because he still doesn't know the lyrics at the chorus here, I learned them after listening to the vocal clip twice. It's like the live performances - he can't nail a song perfectly until he's performed it several times. I'm sure his vocals weren't vocal-pitched.
  14. How can people not like SOTD? Seriously, BIO may kick ass live, but it's the weakest studio track on MTM /apart from Wake/. SOTD has a more interesting structure, better lyrics, a guitar solo and a more complex instrument usage. Awesome vocal performance by Chester, too.
  15. Not really. He went to a Red Light District in Frat Party. xD
