My question is about the BOW shows, scroll down a bit on that page to see them. Is that all the shows that BOW ever played, or is that just what the fanbase knows that BOW played? Because if it is, that's only 5 shows because two were canceled and one Chester got removed from the stage, so it wasn't a full set.

There might have been a couple more, but I doubt there were many. BOW was really only active for a short period toward the end of 2005, with the exception of the Club Tattoo parties.

Thank you.. It's a shame that BOW never filmed anything.. I want to watch Chester get kicked off stage at Albuquerque.

Okay, the sound that plays during the bridge of APFMH, before the screaming. WHO is responsible? I've tried watching videos of it, but it looks like it could be Joe, Rob, or Phoenix.

Also, the bubble popping sample (at least that's what it sounds like) in Runaway. Is that a backing track or is Joe triggering it?

If I remember correctly, there was hardly anything known about BOW back then. We know a lot more by now. They were pretty much incognito, playing tiny shows.

Originally there were some more shows on the Camel Tour, like 4 or 5 more? or even more? But the dates were never public I think since those were private events.

The APFMH bridge sample is triggered by Rob using one of his pads, Phoenix also doubles it on bass.

I'm not sure if this is the right 'Quick Questions' thread but anyway...

I've been having a look through the posters on PR'08, and it strikes me how different each individual date's poster was in terms of style etc.

were they done by different artists/designers or...? can anyone give me some background on them?

Yeah, each one was done by a different artist...I think there was a post on Mike's blog around that time that listed who did each one.

Here's a link from Suru that lists some of them, but it's only about half of them: http://www.suru-la.com/blog/102/projekt-revolution-posters

thanks man.

it just struck me how different they all were, and I know Black Keys have done something similar quite recently (including the animators for South Park :P). I'll go look it up on Mike's blog in a bit, cheers!

Blue is a make-up of a cancelled show. http://lplive.net/lingo.php

Sorry for the double post, but were Bleed It Out and Faint played at this show? http://lplive.net/shows/20080215.php

There's no note mentioning their absence, and LP's live downloads page says they were played, but LPL's setlist is missing them.

If they were played, someone might want to add them. ;)

Definitely a mistake...probably best to post it in the site corrections thread though.

This is a question about DBS. Does anyone know if Chester sang the Julien-K songs at the show last year for Stars Of The Season in Scottsdale or did Ryan switch? Cuz I know they played DBS and LP songs too and obviously Chester sung those.

EDIT: Also, have Carousel, Technique and Part Of Me ever been played live? I know there are no sources but I was just wondering out of curiosity.

Wasn't really sure where to put this, but...

What's the color code for the live guide? I'm pretty sure orange means the show was cancelled, but I don't know about the blue.

(under the "site" tab)

blue means the show was rescheduled fomr a previous cancelled date. it's a little difficult since the year page won't show you which date, but the show page often does.

No, none of them have been played live, but I know Carousel was considered in 2001 when they brought out Step Up.

Carousel was likely played live in the pre-Hybrid Theory album release days, as evidenced by samples from it being on the Tasty Gas Station Breaks from the Orient vinyl that Joe used during live shows from that period. We've just never been able to track down a specific date that it was performed.
