I'm almost buying a Boss DS 2 Turbo Distortion, but i don't know if it's good for LP songs.

I remember astat saying somewhere that lp never ever uses pedals for distortion. They always use the amps distortion

Yeh that is the case.

 

But I think he needs one for Distortion in the first Place (eg some amps have shocking or no distortion channel on it)
