    I liked the tech talk, that's the kind of backstage stuff we need to see more of, not another video of Mike doing an interview that we could watch somewhere else.

    When Pat Smear left Foo Fighters (and later returned) in 1997, he played some songs with the band and then announced that he was leaving and handed it off to his replacement IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOW. Things like this have happened before where the band and musicians have known about a departure in the future and planned ahead for it. I think Chester may still be with them on Kimmel.

    Are you trying to say that the album is further completed than people think? Because I'm pretty sure Mike or one of the guys mentioned that before. I think they are in more than just a songwriting stage at this point. In one of Mike's chats he said that it was a little too early to describe the sound of the record but he felt like they really had something big going.

    I shouldn't even say anything until we see if Chester is present for Jimmy Kimmel, but I wonder what this means for the future of STP? They obviously have material with Chester that is yet to be released and as much as I wanted Scott to stay with the band, there really wasn't anyone I could think of as a better replacement than Chester. It's good that they did this on good terms though.

    Can somebody get the lyrics, or at least for Mike's part? It's probably time for me to revive the Recurring Lyrics page.

    It's also where the band is from so it isn't like they are travelling incredibly far. 10+ shows in NYC in one year would be a lot for them, but a lot of bands play shows constantly in their home area.

    Chester is kind of on tour with another band right now, so even if the other guys are in the studio that means he is out for a while.

    How could they do a "The Hunting Party Around The World" like they did for MTM and other albums when they haven't even played all of the songs to have a full live album? Also, Chester messes up the lyrics on here lol and it has an intended release?

    APFMH will never go extinct, the band will just play it randomly like thy have been doing for some time now. I don't see why Brad doesn't like playing it, the song has more guitar work to it than Castle of Dance and some other songs in the setlist. Plus he added a guitar improv to the Intro this year.

    Nice that they finally did another song in the encore. This would also be the first time they've done that with Warren in place of Joe.

    It just has to be HV for me. I love RTB, but I think it would be shortened if it made it. HV is just too awesome to pass on

    I like seeing them practice backstage with acoustic guitars, this was the first time I've seen Brad playing ALITS on an acoustic.
