  1. If there are that many songs to be dropped then they should really do something different for this tour, bring back the Mashup Intro (but they'll allow "God save us everyone, we're a broken people living under loaded gun"?) and play Keys, APFMH and some others.
  2. Not expecting Mike's solo because W&K is a part of it and that has swearing. Plus they were doing an abbreviated version on RTN for the last few shows and that song is on the list. Joe's solo isn't on there but that isn't really a song so that could still be a possibility (really wish they'd drop it though). The Requiem is also on there, that's weird.
  3. Remember when The Hunting Part tour (with OM&M) was like 8/10 shows in Germany?
  4. I don't see Mike doing Milton Keynes or Madison Square Garden as a one man show, his idea of these shows being hard to get into means they will be smaller shows. It's like comparing playing in a bar to playing Linkin Park's usual venues.
  5. This is not what "selling out" is, before anyone calls it that. Linkin Park almost never does what people are telling them to do - look at A Thousand Suns, for example. They make their own choices on what they want to promote.
  6. 1. Reanimation Outtake (My December Team Sleep Remix is the first thing that comes to mind) 2. Final Masquerade (Mike vocals with different drumplay) 3. MTM demo 4. Obligatory instrumental 5. Xero/Hybrid Theory Demo (Anything from before they changed their name to Linkin Park) 6. Battle Axe (Victimized Demo with gang vocals) 7. Drawbar (different jam session take) 8. Dingleberry 9. Obligatory Instrumental 10. Cookie/Joke song
  7. Good work on this wrap up, its like a condensed version of the last 10 preshow posts. But one thing I don't get about the China shows, why would Rebellion be banned? I know Given Up and HHH were offensive because of swearing but what is wrong with Rebellion? Is it the subject matter of the lyrics?
  8. Haven't watched everything, but here are my thoughts: Hot damn Mike was incredible there. He had a thousand times more energy in that show than he did in the past tour with LP. Doing the whole show by himself went really well for the first time. Synths, some guitar, rapping, and even some singing parts. He does a great job on it all (the singing could always be a bit more confident though). Nice variety in there. Kenji is in an odd meter so that might be one reason why he modified COG experience so it would work better with it, or maybe it just looped enough times that everything lined at the end. Really surprised to see him play Devil's Drop, I expected It Goes Through if anything was to be played from MALL. His story was nice too. The WFTE/HHH mashup sounds awesome. Cigarettes just gets better as it goes. The entire show was like his Solo Medley from start to finish. Also, is that PRS (I think it's either a Vela or a Mira) a new one for touring? I have only seen Brad play something like that. Paging Astat. Looks like Mike changed up the tempos of a few songs to work better with the mashups. And here's a video of Dolla/WFTE/HHH. Really flows well, even with the rock and rap songs blending. Wonder if he's ever thought of starting a band that does that...
  9. Maybe Jeremy would come out on something even if they don't play APFMH. They just lent ADTR a few guitars so they are still in touch.
  10. If what Rob said is true about the band going back into the studio in September, then this would be then end for FM's comeback for a little while.
  11. Here's an example of a difference between LPL and LPA: during the hype right before THP, a fake tracklist was released ("Viserion" was a title on the album), and we posted about it here but LPA was more cautious and there was some backlash over their hesitation. Of course, they were right in the end.
  12. I was on LPA for 90% of the pre-release hype for THP last year. But during touring, this place is definitely where to be.
  13. The Crawling video sounds really good. Joe messed up a sample in it, so that should go on the page for the show.
  14. Just watched the Crawling video on the Loudwire page and noticed that Joe messed up a sample in the prechorus after the second verse. He played one of the intro samples instead of the lighter ones. Probably worth putting in the show notes.
  15. I'm going to make a Miscellaneous connections section at the end of it after I get everything else. Besides those, I have everything through "Snakes"
  16. I think one other thing to consider is how long he will be playing, especially in a "One Man Show". If Linkin Park has been playing concerts that are over an hour and a half lately, how would Mike be able to do that by himself? It's not like there are songs like Given Up, Bleed It Out, Joe's Medley, or other songs where he doesn't do much and the other band members take the lead. I imagine a large part of this set being at the energy of Mike's Solo Medley>Lying From You/DOYS. He's 10 years older than he was when TRT came out so I'm expecting for an "Intimate Show" it might not be that intense. Surprises, though? Hell yes.
  17. Looks cool, we'll see how it turns out.
  18. Yeah I never noticed the bass until I heard it in the stems. And I could never tell Chester was in the bridge until now.
  19. Drop Points for a more recent song or something less common (like APMFH somewhere else), rotate the Ballad Medley for a different soft song, swap GU with NMS, to name a few more...
  20. Also they are kind of similar - chord progression, rap bridge (well that's on every LP song), outro solo.
  21. It's cool, not a Linkin Park video so I don't have any real complaints about Aoki's direction. Although they did shorten the song.
  22. I believe you haha, but where did Mike say that? Was it at a chat?
  23. How did you know those were demo lyrics?
  24. I like the setlist changes and they are probably just for this show or maybe another. Crawling was probably just back for the Mexican fans, same for POA. Crawling should be shortened any other time that it is played live. FM replacing Rebellion is alright because Rob will die by the end of the set. Welcome will eventually be dropped after the comeback has run its course. But the big letdown here was no APFMH. Mexico would explode if they played that, look at the World Stage video from the last time they were in Mexico.
