  1. Hit The Floor didn't translate live too well. I can understand why they would stop playing that, but some of these other ones are just making me sad.
  2. EDIT: No more e-mails please. If you wish, you may ask others about this neat information and I am sure they will be kind enough to share it with you. Thank you all for your interest! - rav0k
  3. You are correct. Stating a certain website has a specific download is completely different than making a general statement. That is considered advertising an illegal download under the LPL rules and I was simply sharing the fact that it's not allowed.
  4. No, but I have been a fan of Linkin Park since they released their first official album in 2000. Secondly, your argument of being the better LP fan is irrelevant as you failed to read the red text a few posts above yours demanding not to post links of the DSP.
  5. It's essentially the same thing when you post the exact name of the website.
  6. LMFAO That has to be the first time I have ever seen those steps applied and actually work.
  7. So true...their stage design and lighting is looking pretty great too.
  8. Now can we rejoice and be a happy LPL family? P.S. I noticed Chester jumping from a platform again when LFY kicked in....that bastard better be careful.
  9. I'm going to kill a thousand sons if I don't get to catch them on tour next year. This stage design is great and I really love to hear the new album in a live atmosphere. >
  10. I prefer their song American Iridescent.

    Live Setlists

Hey man, not sure if this post was pointing in the direction of mine, but I just wanted to be clear that I have no anger towards anyone. AndOne asked us to state our opinion on the setlist rotation and I was just saying what I felt. I don't personally think it should matter that much. However, for collection purposes..I would love if they would play some material they have never done in front of a large audience (Part of Me, etc.).

    Live Setlists

First off, I never told anyone anything regarding what they wanted. If you would have read my entire post, you would see that I justified both oppositions. I stated that I think it's ridiculous how people act. That's my opinion and my opinions usually are approached in a realistic manner. I personally have went to multiple shows in a year, but I didn't complain about the setlist. You KNOW what to expect if you're going to the same tour more than once. Once again, it's like someone blaming a cigarette company because they got lung cancer. I'm pretty sure they appreciate the people coming to see them more than once, but what do you expect them to do? Drop everything they are doing and play She Couldn't? A good live performance caters to the MAJORITY of the audience. I fail to see the point here where the fans aren't appreciated, in a live show anyways. Imagine you are one of the people who has NO idea what song they are playing, then you get pissed because they wasted your time and money. You have to look at which end makes more sense for the band. There's nothing wrong with wanting something new, but taking it to this extreme is ridiculous and that is just my opinion.

    Live Setlists

I've already stated my opinion in another thread. I think it's very rude and disrespectful for people to be demanding a different setlist. Yeah, it would be pretty awesome for them to rotate it and add some new shit..but the bottom line is it's not their fault that you are attending multiple shows for a tour. Their setlist IS new and different. If their setlist was the same for 10 years on different tours, then I would understand. If you don't like the setlist, stop going to the multiple shows. If you enjoy going to the multiple shows, then appreciate what you have. That's simple math, really.
  15. Let's discuss this again, to those of you complaining about the setlists. You have a choice to be surprised by their live experience, or analyze everything about it and hope you are the one lucky fan who gets to hear the ONE song they switch up. You chose to know the setlists that Linkin Park is playing on their tour. You chose to join this website that was designed to document their live atmosphere. You chose to see them multiple times in one year. (They don't design their tours to please the fans who would rather spend money to see them 50 times within a year instead of paying the monthly rent.) Now you are blaming the band for not suiting your needs? What happened to, I don't know, ENJOYING THE CONCERT? That's like choosing to eat a banana every day for the rest of your life and claiming "THIS TASTES THE SAME EVERY FUCKING DAY". ORLY?
  16. Congratulations man! You really deserve it, especially for that "Derpmander" pic. I spent a whole night a couple weeks ago looking up the full collection and found some "Derpemon" on Deviantart.
  17. Wrong, I gave Lady Gaga a true Poker Face. I'm sure she knows what she speaks of.
  18. Happy Birthday Pooch! He probably does the best job at mixing I have ever heard. It's almost flawless.
  19. Download Festival 2012 01. Rhinestone 02. The Team 03. Reading My Eyes 04. Untitled 05. Explode 06. Sad 07. Now I See 08. Fuse 09. Pictureboard 10. A.06 11. Plaster How kind of them to use an alteration of the setlist that Xero used in 1997! What I forgot to mention is that everyone except for the lighting technician were elsewhere during technical difficulties in a gigantic stadium venue. Luckily it was only the PA system that was shut off for the entire set, so the band could still hear each other at least via earpieces but they were oblivious to the fact that their fans could not hear them. The crowd was only moshing to the faint sound of Rob's drumming. At least Pooch did his job by attending a listening party during all of this chaos to hear Limp Bizkit's new album. (lolwut?) It was also a webcasted show for those who couldn't view this epic setlist at the actual performance. The synthesizers to Carousel kicked in until a message on the screen read: WE'RE SORRY. WARNER BROS. RECORDS IS NOT ALLOWING STREAMING OF LINKIN PARK AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK IN ONE HOUR FOR A DAZZLING PERFORMANCE FROM LADY GAGA. THANK YOU. There you have it, the worst possible setlist, because of the probability of the chaos that would probably ensue due to our luck.
  20. SWEET MONKEY ACTION! THANK YOU GUYS! (gotta wait for Mr. Joze now, haha!)
