  1. Why do you make fun of me for being lazy?
  2. Yeah, I can agree with that.
  3. It's true. You have to please the entire crowd. They aren't going to form their setlist around the 30/30,000+ people that want something old school and not as popular.
  4. YEAH! GO NICK! ~~!CONFETTI!~~
  5. I didn't know about that, but Astat is gonna say the exact same thing I did lol. It's probably something for Brad to do while he's bored doing nothing during the verses. The reason I debate it is because the "pieces" don't even musically fit. He's just randomly shredding.
  6. I wouldn't really call it a new "piece". If he does it on every single show maybe, but as of right now it sounded like he was just screwing around to me.
  7. True, but they also didn't play very many shows in 2009. I wouldn't freak out about it.
  8. I strongly disagree. I guess because I made a personal attachment to The Catalyst's video whereas I see this one as just visual candy. It's kinda like how people are so focused on these new "awesome" graphics for PS3 and Xbox 360...but I can beat the games in like a day because there's no content.
  9. FTI did. This music video is just a showcase for special effects which I will appreciate more with HD like someone else said.
  10. They will rotate the setlists eventually. That's something they have been doing for quite a while for their tours.
  11. I agree man. The setlist is great. My only complaint was the same as yours, OSC being a closer instead, which I doubt I would complain at the actual performance myself.
  12. Epic. That would please just about everyone.
  13. Bring back OSC as a closer and this setlist is pretty solid.
  14. I'm afraid that I am going to have to resort to decapitation.
  15. .....ATS has "songs"?
  16. I'm there with ya.
  17. Seeing that they have only posted singles so far, I doubt we will get to see Wretches and Kings, from this show at least.
  18. If he is in fact using the Theremin to control the synthesizer, it would be a great tool for a "transitioning" effect on a specific sound. Transitioning as in, instead of pushing a different key on the keyboard, he can slowly fade out a note by using his hand or he can change notes gradually. On a keyboard, when you push a different key it's a done deal and the note changes. As far as Joe's new sampler goes, it's a JazzMutant Lemur. Joe's version does not look like the one that is for sale at the moment. I think he either had it custom made or it's an older version. Here is the one he has but I don't see it on their website. I imagine they are all capable of the same thing.
  19. Yes, if it was legally uploaded. Hence, the option to share with your friends on Facebook. When have you ever seen a band post a link to download a live video? You know, they have to host the file on a server and pay for that.
  20. Good times..
  21. That is strangely awesome.
  22. I also just noticed what appears to be a next to Brad (when hes playing keys on WFTE) during the NYC show.
  23. It's probably the same people that claim there are no instruments on the entire album.
  24. I don't know if you have seen the video recordings of Wretches and Kings, but when that heavy bass comes in and that entire crowd is bouncing, that is just pure awesome.
  25. Yeah, I can agree with that. I'm not sure how to describe it, but when I hear an AUD recording my focus is on listening to the experience of the show, crowd included. When I hear a SBD recording, I have my ears focusing on the music itself. Maybe I'm weird?
