    This made me wonder who actually have the last decision over which song to be released. Is it the band or is it Warner? Why do whoever making this decisions, is holding back from such a money making content?

    If only they did DSP for 2013 shows.. because that's the year they came to Malaysia, after their last show back in 2003..

    Or maybe it won't, considering OSC has a lot of variation, and the instrumentals could be from an internal or promo cd and the mastering is not final, we won't be getting it. Unless LP releases it officially, it will stay in the vault.

    there's a slight different in the bit rate during my check on each file.. some wins at the old, some at the new.. However overall file size is still the same..

    It was actually removed from reddit as due to the user who uploaded it was deleted as well. I PM'd the guy and the only explanation that I received is,and I quote, "only some songs were flacs but the HT ver is legit" here's the original link to the reddit post.     One More Light instrumentals is re-relased just now. there's a small difference in the bit rate of each file comparing to the current one

    I think the real starting point is when they started Mastered For Itunes/24-bit version project , not LT.. Easy sample is the SOTD instrumental, we actually got the new version, not the old one.. Just checked the topic, quite interesting regarding COG.. It made me listen carefully to the track again, and noticed the glitches happened during the section transition..

    well LT and THP is as you mentioned, released officially and mastered by LP, while others are not. in terms of quality, Meteora is indeed the worst, glitches here and there, but at least there's something rather than nothing.. might be that these instrumentals,much like reanimation, is from internal promo CD which the mastering/editing is not yet finalized, hence the flaws..

    yeah, it's just a matter of patience before someone actually liberated the files to public for free, rather than paying fees which even they don't even have the rights for.. also if you check the post on the leak, the seller was quite pissed off in the comments..

    If I'm not mistaken it was from the CD that was sent for mastering. There was like 3 folders containing just LOTS of files.

    And I don't think we will ever get it. The leaks that we've been getting might be sourced internally,which they gotten from the group may have already been merged. The only way we can get the real deal, is through the band's vault itself, much like how PMA was leaked.

    There was an long 6 pages of discussion about this. Nobody except Mike know how the intros is in the acetate. This was Adam's reply back when everyone was doubting that the intro was sort of a glitch in the acetate.
