very generic song title, and unlike what someone said that it doesn't sound very lp'ish, it actually does. Bleed it out is very close. But 'what's in a name' so can't wait for it. If its fake... i won't be surprised either way.

remember back in the day when we begged then to include just one demo? Well i can safely say that this is awesome. Still too expensive for me though since the dollar is very strong vs our currency atm. But this is getting closer to being worth it to non-US and German counties.

kind of my point... it is not an achievement. Releasing 25 albums as a band is an achievement, getting to 200 million album sales is an achievement, but getting youtube views is not an achievement

i'm not that familiar with the LP setup and input from the members but i'm pretty sure that dave, rob and brad are all easily replaceable. I might be talking out of my ass though, just the way it looks to me.

sigh and thats the other side of it, as soon as someone disagrees with a hardcore fan the immediate response is 'OMSZ YOU WANTZ THEM TO GO BAK TO OLD SOUND GO AWAY' i DONT want them to go back to the old sound, i want them to do whatever they want, i just dont think ATS was as creative and powerful as some are making it out to be

ok so if a band makes an album with 11 different songs on it is automatically a masterpiece? get over yourself, i agree that those albums are all bland and boring, but that is a straw argument saying because those albums are bad LPs album is good. YES the songs are different and not all the same and some are good, but that does not make it a masterpiece. Seriously

oh because ATS is 9/10 album sent by the gods right? get over yourselves, that is his opinion just like your opinion is that ATS is the best thing since sliced bread. This is a LP forum and thus there are very few people that can review any LP material being completely unbiased. You expect people to respect your opinion so do the same to his.

agreed, but fanboys gonna fan... i used to only listen to LP, granted i still do from time to time and they are the only band i will ever 'love', i have since explored indie music and seeing how creative/great music can be had kinda opened my eyes to how plain and radio friendly lp is. I will always have a soft spot for them, and reanimation will always have a place on my playlist, but i just feel that with ATS they didn't do enough to make it memorable. There is nothing that stands out, no unique sound that makes you go back for more. It's a good radio friendly album for the most part and i want them to truly go all out creative and unique. HT was mainstream at times and very radio friendly for the most part, but it had a sound that drew you in and made you listen to it time and time again. That is what i want from LP, i don't care about the hardcoreness of the album just the awesomeness.

now see they played the same old generic playlist + a something awesome and everyone is ecstatic. Now if they do this at every show they will never have to worry about complaining setlist fans again

i hate 3D and would hate to see LP in 3D. Life is in 3D, i dont want to see more 3D when i go to the movies/watch tv

i rarely listen to ATS these days tbh... it does grow on you but after that initial growth it just gets boring imo. No real creative spark nor any draw power that makes you want to listen to it. I will listen to it when my playlist decides it time for a lp song, but beyond that.. not really. Not a bad album, but not good enough to be remembered either. Reanimation on the other hand... hehe

just remember people: don't be fanboys. hate people that worship something and can't see anything wrong with it in anyway. I do agree some people moan way too much, but just remember that LP can make mistakes and sometimes bitching is not only the right thing to do, but the only thing we can do. Not dissing anyone, just saying

exactly what i was about to post... they are playing more songs because they HAVE more songs. After the next album they will have even more.

let's hope it's not anything like the U2 'artistic' video they gave with no line on the horizon, that was like watching paint dry... BORING i am intrigued though
