Nothing against this topic, this is good stuff, like I said the list I added is more than a year old and barely has the LT stuff so that's a good addition. My comment about similarity was more related to the fact that just recently it happened a few times that similiar topics of already existing stuff were posted. I think there was no thread focusing on working titles before until this one. The other titles were mentioned in one of the quick question threads I think. So it would be nice to have a comprehensive list of everything that we can use for the site later on.

Damn you, now I watched the entire Inside Living Things ^^ With helpful topics like these, don't forgot to search for existing similar topics. I'm sure working titles for the other albums have been put together somewhere before. Not that you "waste" your time on something someone already has put work into. Of course, you can recompile, complete the info, whatever you want. This will be something that we want to put on a page in 5.0, so it's definitely important. To save you some work, this is what I had so far. It hasn't been updated in over a year. I think it was originally compiled by Astat and maybe a few more people

I'm pretty sure this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJ_hGvUf8zc is the "gothic intro". I don't have a Euro 2003 show here right now to compare it but I'm pretty sure they used this one.

Sean told me NRL was originally intended as an alternate for We Made it. PMA piano became truly horrible. I saw it like 7 times, it got really boring after the 2nd time. I never wanted to see it again. They even played it at festivals, what a coma song.

Just for the record, I deleted this show here: 16.08.2000 West Hollywood, CA, The Roxy Theatre Reason: There's no proof this show ever happened. A email to the Roxy confirmed only the 2nd date plus it seems very unlikely they played the Roxy twice within a month. Found old 4.0 transfer typos: 21.11.2000 Ritlas Little Uptown -> Rita's Little Uptown 28.07.2000 Club Lagona -> The Chameleon 19.09.2000 Townson -> Towson

I especially like the part when his face is covered by the mic mount...

I deleted all the remastered version I had, I didn't like them. It got really ridiculous after so many different "remasters", they only seem to become worse. My favourite is still the one we have on our downloads page http://lplive.net/cache/Xero-Demo_Tape-FLAC-1997-LPL.zip

Is there even a flac version of this?

Very hard unless we get a higher resolution. Sadly CSI is not reality ^^. It looks a lot like the Berlin set for example I can see What I've Done ?? Faint? No More Sorrow Wake 2.0 Given Up Lying From You Don't Stay In Pieces Somewhere I Belong Points Leave Out All The Rest Numb? Shadow Of The Day Valentine's Day ??? Crawling? In The End Bleed It Out --------------------------- ??? No Roads Left? Breaking The Habit note? --------------------------- A Place For My Head One Step Closer but the first song of the 1st encore doesn't look like Pushing Me Away might be No Roads Left

http://www.belowempty.com/discography.php?..._stp&id=198 I guess it doesn't have a front cover

That was one of the fake ones. It's filled with too many things that don't make any sense. Too many new intros, the NRL note makes no sense etc. I think this is the pic Astat is talking about:
-
Scott Koziol(?) the replacement for Phoenix.
-
People don't want to get into trouble that's the main reason things like that don't get out so easily.

What CD?

When did Chester really join "Hybrid Theory"?
[AndOne] replied to Skipees's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Just like Astat said, that they recorded demos of those songs at home or whatever is much more likely than recording the songs in the studio and then go back again for Chester's vocals. Studio time is expensive, it sounds to me like that they scrapped all their money together to pay for the studio to record these songs (APFMH, Blue and Slip I assume). -
Linkin Park Headlining LA's Sunset Strip Fest 8/3
[AndOne] replied to hahninator's topic in Newswire
Adam is not the only person working for the LPU. M&G's also worked without him. If the laminates are required I'm sure they'll let the LPUers know. I'm sure will call will be run by someone from the festival staff. -
The forums are full of crap too. At least my recent HTEP thread there showed me that a lot of people don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

LPTV about something that didn't happened 6 months ago, I'm impressed I'd say the flyers themselves are a huge clue that they might do something special. I mean using "old school" music is the only thing that really makes sense here. But on the other hand the band has shown several other times to be very boring when it was the time to do something cool/special. But you never know. I do hope they pull of something nice that fits to this promotion gag.

Mike also said that And One was the first song they wrote together when Chester joined. -
To achieve an M. Night Shyamalan bonus tracks plot twist xD

The technology itself is to blame I guess. When I entered the LP trading in 2003, it was a pretty big deal to even trade a show in mp3 and I had only a 64 kbit/s connection back then lol. It was the exact thing for VCD/SVCD's those where still pretty big.I remember not coming across DVD's and Lossless shows until like 2004/2005 and it took ages to send them. Sending files over the internet made it all so much easier. I did a couple of snail mail trades but it was so much more work and sometimes people were living in the most random places like Thailand or whatever. mp3 was invented because the internet was so slow back then. FTP/HDD storage was so much more expensive back then. It's all linked to each other. Several years back it would have been impossible to me to have as much as I have now. These days bigger HDDs are much cheaper but the size of the HD videos makes up for it. If you look at it that way DVD's and all the compressed HD stuff is lossy as hell to, but that's a thing you can't really do anything about it so the people just deal with it. Speaking of flac, I'm stuck with a couple of SHN shows that are NOT naturally supported by most of the players. VLC can't play. I don't know about Winamp, I don't have the latest version but you had to install extra codecs. On the other hand I don't feel like converting them to Flac or whatever but I also want to keep the original files

like what??? lol

I'm a taper myself and I think it's ok as long as the lossless version is passed along as well. I mean when we post a lossless show there will be always someone asking for an mp3 version, so we tend to offer that from the very beginning, cause someone else will do it and post it sooner or later you can't prevent that. Not everyone is a hardcore collector looking for the lossless stuff and just download it for the show to have it and have it in a format you can put on your ipod or whatever. I wouldn't call 320kbit/s that crappy but back in the days like 192kbit/s was the standard which is pretty crappy. What I personally hate is that many of the older shows have only been traded as mp3's and some jerk(s) burned them to an Audio CD. And then many years later you finally find the show and then you find out it's mp3 sourced, and was a complete waste of time. It even got to the point that most people don't seem to care anymore, if something is truly lossless or not. Because no one bothers to check to check in the first places.
