  1. SVCD resolution is 480x480, that's why it's "480p" on Youtube in the first place, which ends up being 640x480 in the youtube 480p format and correct aspect rato. DVD would be 720 or 704x480. You can see where this is going. You can't make up something that was never there especially with youtube garbage, they apply a lot of compression to the audio and video especially for standard definition. Every time a video is converted it loses quality. Just like SergSlim said, it's ok if you do it for your personal purposes. Generally people want the best quality, which is sometimes hard to find.
  2. As far as I know the KROQ Weenie Roast video is only based on the assumption that it was a video webcast. I've never seen more than the Crawling video of the show. We have all the other video webcasts that happened prior to this show, KROQ AAC, Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe. There's also no mention of it in Omar's live guide. That all makes it more likely that it doesn't exist and Crawling was maybe uploaded afterwards.
  3. I've seen it before, someone just took that SVCD version and uploaded it to Youtube. The rule with all the sources is not to list all of the existing ones out there, but to list the best ones. 1a, the MTV Japan one is there because it's the full version of the broadcast as a DVD. 1b is not there because it's from a different channel but because it's the only other DVD version in good quality, with the disadvantage that it's missing a song but it doesn't have the subtitles, which is a plus. So there's no point in adding a SVCD version which has inferior quality and is also slightly incomplete. I believe Session was cut to remove the announcer at the beginning. With Singapore it's something completely different, it's the taper and that person only uploaded it on youtube. Are you trying to say you want to create a DVD from a youtube upload?
  4. I'm pretty sure this is an old SVCD release from back in 2003. If that doesn't exist in DVD I see no point of actually adding it. You are right about the extended ending. I guess we missed it because it's not as obvious like Let Down for example. Just like Inside Of Me i think, End Of The World just repeats the final chorus.
  5. They don't take breaks, they either tour or are in the studio.
  6. You should know by now that it's a little more complicated than that. They know that people want them to come to come to India and several other places in the world. It's not only up the band, the local concert promoters play the biggest part. Sometimes stuff just doesn't work out for scheduling reasons. This tour seems to be another short escape from the studio tour, just a couple of shows as their time is limited. Which makes me wonder, why are they doing this short tour in the first place?
  7. lol then you should pick the $10 shipping option and not UPS or whatever the other one is.
  8. You should also reseed it on Dime and get the old torrent removed. It has 80 snatches and probably a lot of them don't even know it's corrupted.
  9. lol, there are like 30 Godzilla movies, have fun It wouldn't suprise me if the theme and sounds were used for several movies.
  10. One of the 2001 show intros they used for Ozzfest/Europe (maybe more) was Welcome To the Jungle by Guns N' Roses. "Blow Your Mind" Hahn interlude from 2001 Cash Crew - High Power Rap A little more detail on the Martin Luther King Jr. speech: "Beyond Vietnam -- A Time to Break Silence" 4 April 1967, Riverside Church, New York City http://www.americanrhetoric.com/speeches/m...reaksilence.htm Mario Savio "Bodies upon the gears" speech Speaking on the steps of Sproul Hall, on December 2, 1964 Robert Oppenheimer Interview about the Trinity explosion (July 16, 1945, dropped in the Jornada del Muerto desert), first broadcast as part of the television documentary The Decision to Drop the Bomb (1965)
  11. It's Goin' Down (Promo?) the one with the speech in the beginning Bruce Lee Game Of Death (Movie) I don't remember which part of 1Stp Klosr was used from the Pokemon movie (lol) but there's also a sound in the Pitch Black movie from 2000 during the first few minutes of the movie. Maybe those are just stock sounds that were used for those movies.
  12. Isn't the Breaking The Habit instrumental only in the menu of the Breaking The Habit DVD?
  13. Hm I think no one mentioned it before but Chester could possibly perform Home Sweet Home with Motley Crue. If I would go to this show that would give me at least a reason to stay for MC, lol.
  14. The artwork was probably done before STP's confirmation. Sometime this stuff doesn't get updated later, so tour posters and show ads are not always the most reliable thing ever.
  15. We just don't know if this is the exact same setlist that was on stage or if it's just an early version.
  16. The crowd shots in between are taken from the live show
  17. It was a video shoot, that's far away from being an actual live performance, even when it looks live. What small crowd? Unless you are talking about the crew.
  18. Sorry but I dont understand your question.
  19. It always seems to me that the new STP is giving zero fucks about this so called "issue". They know what they are doing. I'm sure they kept it all so secret to figure it all out to not run in any sort of problems once they revealed it. I guess the "with Chester" thing is something they don't have to do but I think it's just fair to add it for everyone who's not aware of it. Even a new band picture with Chester on the tour posters/ads for the shows wouldn't make it clear for everyone. I hope STP is coming to Europe some time. I'd really like to see a show especially since something like BOW or Camp Freddy will never play outside the US anyway.
