  1. So what's the deal with this? Are they using different parts of the song for the score, or is the score actual OTHER new music?
  2. It's EST, not PST. Jesus. Do you know about time zones in the United States? I's 3:37pm EST. It shows 1 day and about 7-something minutes left. That will give you 3:45pm EST. The countdown is exactly right. Also, 3:45pm EST is not 1:00pm PST. There is a significant difference. Don't say I'm ranting pointlessly when it's Linkin Park's only release of 2009, and one of their biggest ever, and the label screws it up. You're criticizing me on the timing and you're 100% wrong it as well.
  3. True, but this goes WAY further back than just the label being a joke over this. Warner is one of the biggest anti-fan labels around. They fuck with the LP fans quite a bit.
  4. LP is big enough to run their own label like Nine Inch Nails does.
  5. Check out the homepage of the OFFICIAL Warner Bros website here! Get Linkin Park's brand-new song on Monday May 15, 2009 - posted by siteadmin Linkin Park's brand-new song "New Again" will have its worldwide debut this Monday the 18th, and will be available for sale the same day at iTunes. The song is the first single from the soundtrack to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and you can get an early taste of it by heading over to linkinpark.com right now! Plus, on Monday at 1:00pm PST, you can hear the song fully streaming at this link for a limited time! Get the full soundtrack to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on June 23th! Notice something wrong? "New Again"? 1:00pm PST? No? Try "New Divide" at 3:45pm EST. Congratulations you fucking morons! Way to fuck up an official press release for the new song! Everyone ready for the day Linkin Park finally gets off this absolute JOKE of a label?
  6. Surely the song will come out before 3:45pm EST tomorrow afternoon?? Jesus christ that's late....
  7. Do not post links to it on the forums. You can SAY that the song has leaked of course. You can, however, be like "Yo the song is out!!! Go get it on Demonoid." I am fully aware of what we did on LPF from 2005 to 2009 and I hate Warner as much as the rest of you. If you just HAPPEN to put SOME SORT of link in your sig that perhaps...linked to perhaps...a cover of Wish or something ;) then I doubt anyone would say anything, heh. Don't be too obvious if you happen to link that version of Wish up Good luck and enjoy the song.
  8. I don't recall anyone saying it had? Where in the world did someone say that?
  9. When the song comes out I'll start a new thread for thoughts on it. Until then everything can go in here.
  10. On behalf of the staff I sincerely apologize for this happening. We had no control over it - obviously some douchebag registered and sent it out in a PM, it's probably a virus so don't click it. Sorry for that happening. It's hard for us to control but I'll see what I can do about it.
  11. Yeah it's enclosed. Thanks for the info, I'll check it out.
  12. Uhh, that's what it says? Ivan is listed on Camden. Are you saying the guy that played Faint at Long Beach is also named Billy? They aren't "interchanged". All of the notes on both pages are 100% accurate as of right now. Is Billy the name of the guy at Long Beach on Faint? If so then I'll add it to that page.
  13. Windows XP, a Western Digital 250gb HD. It's like the computer recognizes it almost but it doesn't. When I plug it in and try to open shit like Firefox, nothing opens. When I unplug the external HD, Firefox will open for example. It's very weird but I've tested it multiple times and that's proven to be true. IE, Firefox, other programs, etc. Anyway it starts up and acts like it's running, and then bam a click and it shuts down. It's like it goes into hibernating mode but it's not showing up under My Computer at all, etc. You can tell it clicks and then basically just about shuts down completely.
  14. Guys I hate to post this kind of thing in the News but I'm in a dire situation. I've had a 250gb external hard drive that I got in mid 2005 right around the time of Live 8 and right now, it has just absolutely died. 4 years worth of my data is on it and I am pretty clueless on what to do. All of my Linkin Park shows are on it - audio and DVD...all of my music (albums) by other bands....all of my pictures that I've taken since 2006 with my camera are on there. I think I can pay to get it fixed but I was wondering if it's possible to fix it myself. I don't want to mess anything up, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.
  15. I bet we'll see LP in the USA in 2009. Definitely. Even if it's December 09 random holiday shows. Astat predicted the hell out of China. LP had planned to do a summer Euro tour and then I guess they wanted to do Summer Sonic again and then make up some Asian shows on the same leg.
  16. This month. See the ticket stubs thread for info on what I've been working on today.
  17. This month. May. Today's news for 4.0 is that I completely redesigned the show pages and year pages. New demos for both...I think Jonas wants to add some stuff to the year pages tomorrow but they are looking sharp. All reviews of them so far are pretty positive. I'm adding info to the pages as well as cutting down info, if you know what that means
  18. Thanks everyone! This is pretty sweet, we're getting quite a collection here.
  19. Got a date when we can go in and add all the show info / play around with it?
  20. Sorry, I typed it in manually and typo'd the link. http://www.lplive.net/images/ticketstubs/2...ket09_Marth.jpg is the right link, I fixed it in the main post. Thanks for the heads up. But yeah Graz 09 is the only one we have so far from 2009, haha. I can scan in Stuttgart, G-Town and Zurich later, but I'd like to get them all before the tour even starts. Maybe posters for every show as well.
  21. They sure must be hurting for business because they fucking email me 2-5 times a week with their LP / Fort Minor shit, lol. Somehow there's a sale every day for them
  22. As LPLive 4.0 comes closer than ever before, I wanted to remind everyone that if you have any ticket stubs from past Linkin Park shows to please sent them in if you haven't already. We're also taking show posters from all shows as well as 2009 ticket stubs. A list of what we're collecting is listed below: -Tickets and ticket stubs to past Linkin Park shows (Can be a regular ticket, a TicketFast ticket, whatever). Example here and here. -Tickets to Fort Minor, Dead By Sunrise, and Julien-K (new!) shows. Example here. -Artwork posters from the show (as seen here) or promo posters for the show (as seen here). Send in your 2009 ones as well! -LPU wristbands from M&Gs with the band. Example here. -All Access Passes or special passes you have from the shows (hot seat passes, anything like that). and most importantly: -Tickets to FUTURE Linkin Park shows! We are trying to collect ticket stubs, posters and M&G wristbands for all future shows. If any of you have your 2009 tickets to see the band yet, then scan and send them on in. We've only got a ticket from Graz 2009 so far....if we can collect all of them it'd be great. You may attach them to a reply in this thread or you can email them to me at hahninator@sotrix.net. I'm trying to get this out to all of the people that haven't sent theirs in yet as well as the people that are getting their 2009 tickets and posters in for the shows this summer. Thanks everyone!
  23. tampa 08: - 'Bleed It Out' featured the singalong (ohh-ohh) part on the bridge - the only time it was done on the tour. nope. burgettstown had it.
