  1. 110% sure they were on there initially. I specifically remember us discussing if they'd be available before the Berlin show or not. People were wondering if the DSP was going to be released but not if the show was going to be added. When they all went up initially, the South American ones said "available 30 days after the show" and Europe said "available 3-5 days after the show" lol. When they went up at the start, only South America and Europe (minus I think Newcastle?) were there. Then the Middle East shows were added with the INITIAL Australia shows. Later during the Aussie tour most recently they added the rest of the Aussie shows after someone told Pooch they weren't listed and he handled it. SA has been on there for quite a few months now lol This.
  2. P5hng Me A*wy fits in perfectly with the ATS theme. Numb -> Radiance -> P5hng.
  3. I hope so. I enjoyed the guests on stage for PR08. Maybe a Pendulum collab on The Catalyst or something. That'd be cool. I like the special stuff at like NYC and stuff but I also really like the collabs that are possible at each show of the tour. Interesting die hard fans comment. APFMH?
  4. Fail. These shows have been listed since the 2010 shows were added to the downloads site like back in September.
  5. Top 5 shows mean the most purchased & downloaded shows.
  6. MTV Australia caught up with Chester and Mike earlier this month about their Australian leg of the "A Thousand Suns" touring cycle. A few highlights from the short interview: MTV: You've just finished touring here Down Under – how did it go? Chester: For me personally, the first couple of shows on this tour were pretty rough. I felt very kind of disconnected and just off, I wasn't feeling very well and I almost was compelled to send out like a public apology of some kind on Twitter. But then I was like, no, I don’t want to do that because it's part of what we do. MTV: You famously teamed up with Jay-Z in the past, any more collaborations in the pipeline? Chester: What's special about that stuff is that it's all been very spontaneous and not planned and that's what makes it so good I think. So we're definitely open to doing things, I think we've got a couple of ideas in the works, but they’re not solid so I don’t like jinxing those kinds of things. But we do have some interesting ideas floating around, so our die hard fans who look forward to that kind of stuff, there's going to be some stuff coming in the pipeline. Read the full interview here. Sorry for posting this a bit late! What do you guys think Chester is referring to with the "interesting ideas"? Another collaboration (Jay-Z @ Madison Square Garden again)? Busta Rhymes?
  7. Linkin Park has redesigned the website used for their live downloads / DSPs (Digital Souvenir Packages) that are available. The "A Thousand Suns" theme that is visible throughout the entire linkinpark.com website is now displayed on the downloads site. The redesign comes with several new features: - News bar in the top right, displaying the latest DSP news, like "Each ticket purchased for the 2011 North American Tour comes with an audio download of that night's show." - Top 5 shows bar, with the 5 most purchased/downloaded concerts. New York City 2008 (show page here) with the Jay-Z surprise appearance leads the pack! - Individual "pages" for each show. These pages display the setlists and tells you the file names for the pictures included in each DSP. Also, a hash tag is displayed for you to tag that specific concert on Flickr, Twitter and YouTube, so that those posts show up on the show page. In additions, all of the 2011 North American Tour concerts are up in the newly added 2011 tab. All of the upcoming tour's shows are available for free for ticket buyers, but if you are an international fan you can preorder them already. Check it all out at the link below: http://downloads.linkinpark.com/ The design looks great, and hopefully the band adding more features to their download site means it'll be around for quite a while....meaning maybe some other shows will be released in the future that haven't been posted yet. The Australia / New Zealand 2007 shows were posted in early 2010, so maybe the European 2008 Summer Tour or some other performances from the band's past might show up sometime! You can also read Mike Shinoda's recommendations for which concert you should download! "Don't know which to get? Try Atlanta GA, August 2007. Maybe Madison Square Garden, 2/21/2008 (with a guest appearance from Jay-Z). Maybe Osaka, August 2009…So many good ones to choose from." What do you guys think of the new design? PS: South American DSP's are coming very very soon!
  8. Flag will be at the venue at 4:30pm before we go in for MFR. I might take it down the line and get people to sign it too if I ask for donations for MFR. Leaving Wednesday morning for Sunrise!
  9. Leaving in less than 48 hours for my huge ass road trip!!!! FLORIDA AND ATLANTA, WE COME FOR YOU
  10. Yeah always double check. First show is Thursday and I haven't received anything yet for any of the shows....
  11. Haven't been really a fan of the music videos for a while. Shadow Of The Day was surprisingly amazing in my opinion. That was the last REALLY good one they did if you ask me. Given Up was badass by Fiore with the live footage. I didn't like the space theme in LOATR at all, I didn't like New Divide's at all, didn't like Waiting For The End's one bit, BIO's was blah. Catalyst's had some sweet effects and shots in it but it could have been done a lot better. Interesting video but not one I'd watch a lot over and over again. From The Inside is my all time favorite with the band just JAMMING in the street (I love the performance videos) while total destruction is going on. Probably why I like SOTD's so much, and WID's too with the performance of the band rocking. Hoping they pick a high energy song for a single, like Wretches And Kings.
  12. Yep that's fine!
  13. APFMH is fucking epic, I'd love to see it live. I hope they do it in one setlist for the US tour. I'll fucking flip. GREAT song.
  14. Slowly starting to doubt that Sydney n2 and South America will be up before the US tour. Pooch is in Miami on the 19th. That's only today, tomorrow and Tuesday left.
  15. Definitely wasn't Mike since Mike gives more new/exclusive/informative actually cool information to the fans during 1 LPU chat than all 5 other members combined in a 4 year span of chats. Mike is LEGIT with the chats. Joe is usually not very good. Chester stayed like 2 hours late one time to chat. He was only supposed to be there for an hour and stayed for like 3. GOOD man doing that, I am very impressed. Rob's pre-MTM chat was the worst one in HISTORY (the one where he revealed "Drum Song" as a working title). The fans were so pissed because there was NO info anywhere on the LP CD, it was a dry period in time for news, we had absolutely nothing....and Rob didn't give us anything lol. Well, except that song title that later was confirmed to be legit. Who knew!: P Don't really recall any solid Brad, Joe or Phoenix chats. Mike and Chester are very good. Maybe the video chats will give us more information.
  16. Those are the only two we have! lol. I don't have any tix since I'm volunteering for MFR...oh dear. hope we get every show :/
  17. The North American Tour starts in only a few days and so far, we have almost zero ticket stubs! If you have any tickets for the tour, send them in! pics@lplive.net or attach them in a reply to this post. We'll take your scanned tickets to any show of 2011 or your PDFs of the print at home tickets. We don't post them until after the show so don't worry about your seat being given away or something, and we blur all the names on the tickets so that they aren't posted. Throughout the tour we'll also take wristbands for the pit, LPU M&G passes, MFR guest passes, the LPU Summit passes, laminates, etc...anything that people have at the shows! We got them for ALMOST every show of 2010, so congratulations and thanks for that! If you have any for the missing shows in 2010, feel free to send those in (or for any other show we're missing). We're trying to get as many as possible! Thanks! EDIT: 20.01, Sunrise 22.01, Tampa 23.01, Atlanta 25.01, Detroit: 1 ticket 26.01, Chicago: 2 tickets + 1 Summit pass 28.01, St. Paul 29.01, Kansas City: 1 ticket 31.01, Philadelphia 01.02, Boston 04.02, New York City 07.02, Montreal: 1 ticket 08.02, Toronto 10.02, Washington DC 11.02, Uncasville 13.02, Cincinnati 15.02, Houston 17.02, Dallas 19.02, Las Vegas 20.02, San Diego 22.02, San Jose 23.02, Los Angeles: 4 tickets 25.02, Salt Lake City 26.02, Denver: 1 ticket 28.02, Phoenix If you have any of the missing ones, help us out!
  18. Bands play 7-8 songs on SNL? wtf?
  19. Mike announced on Twitter that Linkin Park is playing Saturday Night Live again, this time on February 5th! This explains why it appeared that the band had two off days in the northeast United States on the upcoming North American Tour. His blog says: "Quickie announcement: Linkin Park will be playing Saturday Night Live on February 5. Dana Carvey will be hosting. (Party on, Garth…) BTW, last time we played SNL, Molly Shannon hosted. Looks like we’re a great match for returning SNL cast members…who’s next? Steve Martin? Eddie Murphy? Gary Kroeger?" LP last played SNL in 2007 as a part of their promo run of shows for "Minutes To Midnight". The show page can be found here. They played 'What I've Done' and 'Bleed It Out'. It was just the second performance of 'Bleed It Out', the first being the day before at the Webster Hall show. Unfortunately someone took down all of the performance videos of the band at that show, so INSTEAD let's check out Brad Delson talking to Molly Shannon! Which songs do you think Linkin Park will play this time on SNL?
  20. LP's Twitter = full of fail. "Help us rebuild #Haiti. Get a free unreleased Linkin Park track and enter to win concert tickets for your tweet. http://bit.ly/dGlPfC" Unreleased LP song does not equal taking stems and someone else remixing them LOL
  21. This. QFT. Road To Revolution blew because of the setlist. Dropping 'Reading My Eyes' for the DVD = ouch. This = much better setlist. I hate RTR because of the awful mix and the bland setlist.
  22. This closed the entire show for LP in 2006. BTH with keyboard intro and ext slow outro. The outro there is the slowest they'll ever end a show. I actually approve of BTH closing, I think that's badass. Better than What I've Done, damn, WID is a terrible closer. Ending with BTH is excellent. Love the 2006 setlist. I wish we had a DSP from that year. 01. Don't Stay 02. Somewhere I Belong 03. Numb 04. From The Inside 05. Lying From You 06. QWERTY 07. Papercut 08. Points Of Authority 09. With You 10. Runaway 11. Reading My Eyes 12. Faint 13. In The End 14. One Step Closer ------------------ 15. Crawling 16. Pushing Me Away (Piano Version) / My December (Piano Version) 17. Breaking The Habit Doesn't get much better than that!!!
  23. Thanks. That's great. I'll do that for my files.
  24. Calling in Astat to A/B them please!
