God damn, always people bitching. Either you want good new information on the site or you don't. Due to only a few people knowing that there is a new setlist, disclosing it can get people in TROUBLE with the band and com promise jobs at a certain point. I thought it'd be cool to at least people know that there indeed is a brand new setlist (2 actually but I haven't seen that one but I know it has Burning In The Skies in it and I'd imagine LFY and FTI in it too) would make them happy. Here's what happened. B11 was the set that was coming. Signs up for it everywhere backstage, etc. B11 is good material. Slow in the middle as always with the Numb LOATR SOTD stuff but the beginning is GOOD. There are no newer songs they haven't played all ATS cycle sadly. But I do know that the encore is the best one I have seen from LP, possibly ever. HEAVY and good. Crowds will blow up and I know it for a fact. NASTY NASTY encore. During the opening bands, LP called a set change. LP wasn't even at the venue but they were talking about it all over the radios and all that the band changed their mind and are playing A1 again. The actual name they used for this show was A-ATL. Weird. Exact same as A1. 5 minutes before LP came on, the band decided to open with Papercut instead of Wretches. We all thought Dylan had started Papercut accidentally or something backstage LOL but no, it was planned. We asked at the M&G for Blackout and Mike said they don't feel like they are ready to keep playing it yet. That's understandable due to how many times they worked on it at soundcheck. Joe's DJ rig was shipped from Aussie to Miami and when they opened the case it was full of water...hence his DJ rig problems with Wretches/Savio speech and Blackout at Miami's soundcheck. Show wise it was the worst show for me. Crowd wasn't moving at all. Really impossible to beat the experiences in Miami and Sunrise. I had a M&G...band seemed very untalkative to me. I told Phx I volunteered for MFR for 3 shows and raised over $1,000 and he didn't seem very happy. He said "great" lol. Joe said BITS was cool but that Mike didn't like it. Hilarious, obviously tension between the two of them when I asked it. I said "Do you like it?" he said yeah and I said well does Mike like it? Mike looked away and Joe said no. Interesting. M&G at soundcheck was better for me since Mike was really pleased with our flag we presented him. Show was same ole same ole. Papercut was badass opening for once...I approve. They should move Wretches down in a set and open with Papercut from Requiem. Do Requiem and have like a 10 second silent gap where the band walks on stage and BAM. Crowd was loving it. Highlights for me were the Hybrid Theory songs. Crawling, OSC, ITE obviously rocked the place. They should play way more HT and the crowd would love it better. Catalyst was good, SHINODA just fucking ROCKING ALL OVER THE KEYBOARD I mean like SLAMMING his head down and stuff. Major problems on WID intro, Mike had to change guitars mid song, intro was all fucked up. Major tech problems happening at the first 3 shows. Maybe the equipment is all messed up from Australia. Sunrise Mike changed guitars mid Crawling, mid Miami his keyboard broke on stage, mid ATL his guitar broke mid WID. Insane.

B11 is epic as it fucking gets. Wow. Well the encore is. It gets really slow in the middle as usual as always but the beginning and end RULES. Best encore LP has ever done.

Actually I'm mixing the DSP today from Miami. No joke LOL Last night I stood side stage/backstage with Chester's fucking kid. EPIC.

Love reading HUGE posts with all sorts of quotes in there questioning things that I HAVE ON VIDEO from Mike Shinoda and will be posting shortly. CONFIRMED on stage that they were making setlists right that second, tinkering around with things, etc etc. I love how people think they know everything about the band. Set is VERY weak indeed compared to what I have seen in past but the ATS songs sound solid.

What's up y'all. The three of us are at the mall in Tampa. Headed to the venue around 4, doing MFR again. Flag is done, can't wait to get it up on stage Setlist wise...Mike said they were making 3 new setlists on stage for soundcheck the other day. I have no idea why they played that old one. But tonight I am pretty sure we will get the setlist with Blackout and BITS in it. Canberra setlist. I will do live setlist updates on my phone. Since the band did not soundcheck anything like POA or Don't Stay or anything else, I don't see anything cool coming anytime soon. I am REALLY interested in the Atlanta show since I know they did that Sunrise set and likely will do the Canberra set tonight....but what will the THIRD setlist be? A brand new one??

BIO last night was one of the best ones Ive seen. raped the 2009 version easily lol. Chester and Brad had tons of energy...the APFMH shit was AMAZING.

Since today is an off day, here are a few things from our Sunrise tour kick off. Preston, Mary Ann and I having fun as usual! Hugo accidentally filming us at soundcheck..."Wisdom, Justice & Love" going in the background. Us messing around before we go into soundcheck asking each other questions. Hot as hell outside. Right around the time we were going to say hey to Pooch. Astat the show didn't start late. 9:50 was the original planned time and Catalyst was on the setlist from the get go. Also Mike did confirm the rotating sets at soundcheck, you have no idea what you are talking about once again.

Got into soundcheck by a friend of a friend. I thought it'd be cool to update LPL with soundcheck stuff. My iPhone notes during soundcheck: all this is in order. 20 mins of joe and mike playing samples to everything. blackout piano, all sorts of stuff. strings. welcome to soundcheck speech by mike that we will post; got it on video. basically explained all about how they are making 3 brand new setlists RIGHT NOW on stage. band met like for 10 mins before the first song to discuss them. said brad is sick so hes not soundchecking but he will be at the show. so they sampled all his guitar parts at soundcheck. he made a note to tell us that they do NOT sample guitars live lol. he said they are rehearsing songs that we won't see at tonight's show or for a while on tour. Wtcfm then nms intro tease 2nd half requiem x2 Wretches then papercut intro tease Jam then Blackout /phx on bass gtr. bridge samples not working. 3 false starts of blackout up to chorus1. chaz random vox here and there, every few lines. mike says phx learning it on gtr to play but it's hard to get the tech specs right on it Blackout again Blackout another time. still having bridge sample issues. -break here for ten mins- Blackout album vox /phx on the pads and not gtr. bridge stuff works. Mike talks about chaz not singing blackout every time they rehearse it cause of his voice, hard song to sing Blackout instru jam. chaz talks about it being like an 80s song. it was the end piano by mike with rob drumming over it, sometimes with joe samples and stuff. sounded GREAT. chaz says soundcheck is boring to him, he thinks it's not fun lol Bits then jam with bits samples, parts Bits again. mike playing the solo after each attempt they do it. played it like 3x in a row. Bits jam; mike w/new gtr Bits Wisdom j l Iridescent. hugo taking pic of us and the flag with band in background mid song here. Numb short instru jam, not full song. maybe 1-2 mins max. Radiance Loatr. joe sitting on stage right watching all the stuff now LOL Catalyst w/no intro. mike says start after intro. 2nd half had chaz vox only. chaz was gone and came back on the ending of LIFT ME UP, etc. Messenger chaz on gtr Short Loatr jam Then m&g with the band. no brad. then did MFR. fucking epic. I can confirm pendulum closed with watercolour. went to the pit, got like 8 rows back semi left side. ROCKING. Same set as Euro n1, here's the notes: not in order. Tired as fuck. Mikes blue gtr broke mid song on crawling and he went off stage left to get the cool sib one with all that art on it. Believe it happened during verse2. Mike in crowd on ite verse2 and bridge, chaz in crowd on numb chorus2 to end Chaz messed up nms lyrics at the last chorus 2 times. 2 lines in a row he fucked it. He skipped one line and sang the wrong shit on the next line. After the song he said something about he had to spit. Mike said like "oh I was just about to see if you were ok" messing around lol Radiance was extended. After speech1 mike played a much much longer keyboard piece and said into the vocoder mic "does this one work?" crowd yelled so he played a bit more then sang his part. No effect. But the effect worked just fine on radiance in soundcheck. Fallout and catalyst were cut likely due to vocoder issues even though catalyst was ok @ soundcheck. Long ass encore break, started with messenger. No brad at soundcheck btw so we got messenger w Chaz on gtr lol Chaz tried to talk before ite for the bday stuff but Joe started the song. Mike walked all the way up to the top of the stage immediately and said stop lol. So then we sang happy bday before ite could continue. Otherwise everything was good. Megaphone brad before the outro of wtcfm. Mix wasn't the best but cool show. Apfmh on bio is god damn insane. Requiem into wretches is my highlight. Easily. EPIC opener. Our flag was on stage all show and disappeared during the encore. Nowhere to be found. WTF. so brad wasn't why they dropped the songs im sure since he was god damn jamming the whole show lol. all up in our face with the guitar on bleed it out and stuff. dropped cause of vocoder issue probably. pooch says it wasn't a curfew thing. Festivalisten.de is reporting that Linkin Park will be the third headlining band for NovaRock 2011 in Austria, alongside Iron Maiden and System Of A Down. The festival takes place June 11th through 13th it Pannonia Fields II in Nickelsdorf, Austria. Source here. Linkin Park first performed at the NovaRock festival in 2007, playing as the direct support for headliner Pearl Jam. The show page can be found here. Please note that the official NovaRock website has not confirmed the addition of Linkin Park yet and neither has the band. UPDATE: The official NovaRock website has confirmed Linkin Park as the third headlining band.

Yeah the font IS pretty big now that you mention it. I see Pooch Thursday at the show so I'll ask him then. LP doesn't split The Radiance in their live shows. They keep it in the Numb file. So at the end of Numb, The Radiance is in that file.

Oh god lol. Be patient. That's not even a question of if they are playing in Germany. It's WHEN they are playing in Germany I'm sure there will be like 4-5 shows there in the summer
