  1. Brad just confirmed in the LPU chat LP is coming back to China this year.
  2. Thanks! One more song that he played with them too. I'm about to ask in the band chat.
  3. We can always ask Brad at the LPU chat today about the songs he played.
  4. Great post. Wow Chester brought back the blonde hair in San Antonio tonight.
  5. True, we could technically include that one.
  6. FYI the reason we didn't post this before with the LP announcement is we didn't know this was a legit guest spot. It sounded like it, but Brad has never guested before. Special guest could have meant anything (speech, introduction, etc).
  7. Last night in West Hollywood at The Troubadour, Brad guested with Jakob Dylan and other friends for a benefit concert. With tickets ranging between $200 and $4,000, the show was entitled "Rock the Night to Cure Chron's and Colitis." This is the first guest appearance from Brad in the band's live history, which means that we will be adding a Brad Delson page. Hopefully, he joins some more guests in the future so we can have more than just one show on his page! The setlist is currently unknown, although the set was mostly covers along with two solo songs by Jakob Dylan. Brad guested on two songs - we hope to have the setlist for you in the coming days. Currently, the only known track performed was with Jakob Dylan and Jade Castrinos, singing 'To Sir With Love'. [ We will have an update for you soon. Stay tuned.
  8. Brad guested on two songs with Jakob Dylan last night. Not sure which ones yet. I've sent some emails about it. LOL @ Fuse. Never heard that one before.
  9. Ah, thanks, I was looking at the wrong shit http://www.lpcollectors.com/
  10. Hey guys, LPCollectors wasn't really helpful to me with this....does anyone know how many versions of the Hybrid Theory vinyl there are? I know black, red, clear. I have a black one from 2000. The red one at RSD came with the OSC vinyl too, right?
  11. I can't hear almost any of it on the album version. Hell yes LOL. He seems like the perfect producer. Good to see he loves music still...you truthfully can't tell in person at M&Gs or on stage (unless Castle of Dance is exploding).
  12. I am surprised this has come almost a year after people have asked for it relentlessly. However, this is the MOST requested thing by the fanbase in the past year, even moreso than DSPs.
  13. VyRT messed up Hollywood Bowl pretty badly, but I bet that was because their systems had thousands of fans that they weren't prepared for. Surely they knew thousands of LP fans from across the world (and the three Mars fans) would watch the broadcast, but I guess their system wasn't prepared. Did they ever rebroadcast it? http://lplive.net/shows/db/2014/20140915 Our recordings are all missing part of LP. However, a concert broadcast to thousands and a private band member chat to a few hundred max are pretty different. VyRT is better than the current LPU chat I know for a FACT just because the band can now do LPU chats on their phones, etc without needing a computer. If Mike hops in on tour backstage, then that's gold and is already a win for us. I think we'll see an increased amount of band chats due to this. I've talked with Lorenzo about VyRT and it has taken a while to implement but it's a great upgrade. Leto is on the thing all the time, as Soul can tell you. If we are lucky, maybe they'll broadcast another show (which will hopefully work) on it sometime. Whatever that possible Hybrid Theory 15th Anniversary celebration is in October...if it's a show....good time to use it.
  14. Or just post the cool stuff - AFN, GATS, Rebellion, Drawbar would be great. I doubt they'll post every song, even though they definitely have footage for it all.
  15. Due to popular request, it appears that Linkin Park will be releasing some LPTV footage dealing with the making of The Hunting Party. The first episode is now up, entitled "True Chainz", which is the demo of All For Nothing (featuring Page Hamilton of Helmet). Thoughts? Who is excited?
  16. We still collect the tickets. Good example: http://lplive.net/shows/db/2011/20110217 Do you have a Brooklyn one?
  17. From Billboard.com: "Steve Aoki in conjunction with Mayor Eric Garcetti, the City of Los Angeles and Dim Mak Records today announced "LAoki," a free concert to be held in downtown L.A. on Saturday, May 16." "I wanted to do something big, not just the shows I always do, but something that gives back to Los Angeles, the city that raised me and built my career," Aoki, 37, told Billboard. "The Mayor and I thought it was a good idea to do something with community service that's on the streets of downtown LA. So it's more than just a show. " When asked if we can expect appearances at LAoki from any of his collaborators present or past (which includes Waka Flocka Flame, Fall Out Boy, will.i.am, Machine Gun Kelly among many others) or artists from his Dim Mak label (which has put out recordings by the Gossip, the Bloc Party and the Kills), Aoki will only say, "I don't want to say any names yet but I'm hitting up all the people I've worked with." Chester and Mike have joined Steve Aoki three times to perform 'A Light That Never Comes' live, all in 2013. However, Chester will be in Camden, NJ at MMRB*Q* with Stone Temple Pilots on May 16th. Mike will likely still be in Los Angeles, since Linkin Park doesn't play Rock on the Range until the next day on May 17th. Either way, you can bet he'll get a phone call from Steve Aoki. Tickets are free and this could possibly be the first performance of 'Darker Than Blood' with a Linkin Park band member.
  18. I know Lorenzo is hard at work on a Summit that they haven't announced yet, so a show is coming. I'd be surprised if it was two...I bet it's just one but I easily could be wrong. September 1-2 seems the most likely time frame, but heck, maybe it's after Roma or before Pukkelpop. LP has announced shows SUPER late before. Portimao 2009 wasn't even announced until AFTER the tour started. We didn't even know it was really happening until we saw it on the itinerary sheet at FOH at Graz 2009, 7 shows before it. Then it got confirmed a few days later. Wasn't Bucharest 2012 only announced a few months before the show?
  19. Thanks, forgot all about that. I'll have Jonas do it as I'm not sure how to list the audio from a YouTube video. We can mention in an Other Note that we ripped it and provided a download I guess. Feb 26, 2015 is when STP posted it.
  20. KNEW this was coming LOL. I put STP in the Newswire for ya man. I will be doing more News related items that way.
  21. I finally saw Mall today, via Netflix. It actually was a hell of a lot better than I thought it was. It is kind of weird in a sense but I watched the entire thing and liked it. The music fits pretty well. The themes and creativity in it were executed well, and the actors did a good job. So in the future...fuck reviews. I was thinking it was going to suck and be a really dumb movie with even sci-fi themes in it, but Joe nailed it. I'll probably even watch it again soon.
  22. Bump - now looking for North America, Europe, and Stone Temple Pilots.
